The Market自助餐這間酒店最出名是他的榴蓮甜品,雖然我不喜歡吃榴槤,但亦被這裡的自助餐排場所吸引,結果亦沒有令我失望。首先酒店的人流控制和管理做得很好,是人山人海,但秩序井然,沒有人插隊打尖,準時入場進食,氣氛甚佳。雖然人很多,但食物供應絕對足夠,補給的速度很快,沒有食物短缺的問題和疑慮。而且食物的質素很高,美味,質感,新鮮,設計又好有心思。有即煎的鴨肝,香口,脆皮,有油脂的豐腴香味,好吃得不得了。還有即切即吃的魚生,有三文魚,吞拿魚,都是我喜愛吃的刺身。非常新鮮,而且很香,很豪邁,有厚切選項,吃起來相當肥美,而且毫不油膩。是相當滿足的味覺享受。師傅毫不吝嗇,待客亦相當恭敬有禮。服務員也是相當親切殷勤。我最喜歡的甜品雖然不是榴槤,但是有我喜愛的朱古力雪糕,是Godiva品牌, 相當奢華,可以任食感覺相當幸福。朱古力味超濃郁,甜而不膩,入口即融,是極緻的味覺享受。還配上脆筒,材料擁有都非常新鮮。炸榴槤是另一款我很喜愛的甜品。脆皮做得非常好,有薄又輕盈,絲毫沒有半點油膩的感覺。而且是即場炸起的,難得吃到這樣新鮮的甜品,可遇不可求。榴槤的味道很突出。即使害怕吃榴蓮的人也會一試愛上,我就是其中之一。Read More

但都想分享一下這個中伏的自助餐經歷😔。The Market自助餐多年一直都被受歡迎,因為價錢平(我一廂情願),食物又不錯。媽媽常常說想吃魚生,所以就訂了這一家。結果去到,魚生質量不合媽媽心水。只有三文魚和帶子是比較好,其他都是一般貨色。他們這期做長腳蟹,媽媽又不喜歡。我說算吧,下次還是帶去你去吃你喜歡的大喜屋。而昨晚,自己剛剛病好,很多東西也不能吃。想到這裏的自助餐價格不是很貴就算了,最重要陪媽媽過生日。張單嚟到,真係嚇一嚇!原來加價加到八百幾蚊一個人(未計加一)!咩話?我以前嚟食$500一個人,幾時加到八百幾?當堂覺得自己好蝕。睇返上網嘅Booking,只係叫你每人比$100訂金,我亦估不到這幾年間會有這麼大幅度的加價。原來係我自己一廂情願以為佢仲係收五百幾蚊一位。🙄如果比得呢個價錢,我去Grand Hyatt食得啦!自助山都好過佢好多。全晚比較名貴嘅菜式,就係皇帝蟹(每次派兩舊)、鵝肝、榴槤醬、同啲唔新鮮嘅龍蝦。我真係唔明,佢憑乜嘢收人哋呢個價錢?我成日去Grand Hyatt「 Tiffin 」食自助餐,生蠔任食、頂級鵝肝、靚三文魚、三文魚子、仲有威靈頓牛柳!每人仲有半隻大龍蝦。都係呢個價錢。五星級酒店喎。樓下Cafe都係$1000到,魚生靚好多。如果同樣價錢「自助山」一定好過「The Market」,但佢又真係好多人去食喎,點解呢?我自己覺得,$500我都會間唔中去幫襯吓,八百幾蚊一定唔會再去啦。佢呢啲質素,AMC $340都好過佢。我食嘢從來唔睇價錢,但今次真係背脊骨落。你收我這個價錢有給我不到應有的品質,真是買了個教訓。Read More

900蚊一個嘅自助餐,仲話top 3,真係食到好嬲。😡😡😡首先係野食好一般,最過份係個overcook嘅龍蝦,咬唔爛,好硬,試左3碗都一樣,唔係一兩碗嘅問題。雖然有同經理投訴,不過投訴完都無再食。第二係成餐飯趕到痴線。今日係慶祝生日飯,7:30入座,8:20拎個蛋糕黎,8:40叫我俾錢埋單,服務完全唔ok!😡整體野食唔難食,但只係普通,只有燉椰子雞湯好飲,其他都好一般,唔值900一位,食到一半已經唔想食,隔離枱都話d野食無味😒Read More
