朋友生日,一早book左the market既榴連下午茶!之前一早就bookmark左,今次終於試到!3點準時去到,安排左我地坐窗邊位,好靚好舒服!坐低無耐職員主動拿左任食既自家製D101&D24榴連雪糕俾我地。就算我地擺左一陣先食都唔會溶!因為實在太多榴連肉係入面!!成個set除左榴連甜品之外,仲有5款鹹點,鹹點最鐘意係個黑松露蟹肉多士,好香口!甜品方面樣樣都好鐘意,最深刻係D24榴連卷同埋榴槤斑蘭千層蛋糕,個泡芙同貓山王榴槤都好好味!另外個tea包左每人一款飲品,我就揀左Earl grey,配埋濃味既榴連一流!食完個tea有種幸福滿足既感覺!鐘意榴連既大家一定要試!

成個set除左榴連甜品之外,仲有5款鹹點,鹹點最鐘意係個黑松露蟹肉多士,好香口!

甜品方面樣樣都好鐘意,最深刻係D24榴連卷同埋榴槤斑蘭千層蛋糕,個泡芙同貓山王榴槤都好好味!

另外個tea包左每人一款飲品,我就揀左Earl grey,配埋濃味既榴連一流!

食完個tea有種幸福滿足既感覺!鐘意榴連既大家一定要試!

本人十分喜歡食buffet,經常都會光顧一些有質素嘅餐廳,大約700至800蚊/per 例如JW Marriott, The Market, 自助山, 因為深信一分錢一分貨.的而且確以上的餐廳給我十分大嘅信心.限制令放寬當然第一時間搵一間自己鍾意嘅餐廳食返餐Dinner buffet,今次我選擇咗The Market.當然市面上還有好多buffet好抵食甚至乎半價,但是我深明一分錢一分貨的道理 The Market沒有因為疫情影響下作出任何價錢調整, 所以我更加有信心去選擇這間餐廳,因為最緊要食得開心.不過今次經驗實在令我大失所望,可能因為疫情關係,餐廳進口唔到一啲 好嘅食材. 款式減少了好多, 就好似食Lunch buffet一樣, 不過Dinner buffet嘅收費, 其實餐廳有見及此,是否應該喺價格上面作出適當嘅調整呢? 之後會逐枱送上以榴槤為主角既特別菜式
百合榴槤乜乜湯:拎舊半生熟既榴槤煲出黎既湯 普通
榴槤乜乜釀蟹蓋:入面係一堆菇黎

至於係外面任拎既d熱食 冷盤 凍海鮮
全部不值一提 基本上都係200幾300蚊既自助餐質素

食到咁上下都心灰意冷
然後再食埋遞上既5款榴槤肉
最後既感想係:
今次係第一次幫襯 亦都係最後一次🥱

As no dine in after 6pm, not alot of choice for places to celebrate a birthday.

Was lucky to get a table at The Market in Hotel Icon. Had heard lots of good things about their buffet and was not disappointed with their lunch buffet.
Was worried that due to the present situation that there would be limited offerings for food choices but there was a wonderful choice at all the food stations.
The quality of the food was good and the service was attentive.
We liked how they offered different noodle dishes and Hainanese Chicken rice in mini size which meant we could try more and less waste.
The highlight was the Durian Dessert Festival with an array of desserts in all shapes and sizes for Durian lovers. The roulade was a favourite with a delicious creamy filling with strong durian flavour. The Godiva ice cream machine was also popular.

我會覺得佢個godiva 太快溶
同出面食既godiva 唔係好同
個formula好似唔係好一樣 無咁濃既朱古力味
同佢係一整落杯 就溶左咁

椰子係 好椰~既 所以都好味

但因為我係榴連愛好者
所以 我最鍾意都係榴連
個日食左好多舊架都

The dinner buffet is served from 6:30pm to 10:00pm that is more than enough for you to try different cuisines and chat with friends for enjoying the evening. That’s why I like to come here for different kinds of celebration.There are a wide variety of seafood to choose from, including Boston Lobster, Lobster Claw, Shrimp, Clams etc. And Crab Leg is my all-time favourite! It was meaty, juicy and fresh!

There are a wide variety of seafood to choose from, including Boston Lobster, Lobster Claw, Shrimp, Clams etc. And Crab Leg is my all-time favourite! It was meaty, juicy and fresh! You can take out a complete piece of crab leg from the shell. Ate two big dishes of crab leg by myself! The Lobster and Shrimp are great too! They are refilled promptly.

The dessert bar is the best across all buffets I have tried in Hong Kong. Apart from traditional patisserie, it provides unique and special desserts that can only be tasted in Icon. For example, the handmade Durian ice cream, Durian cheese tart, Fried Durian etc. Durian fans should love it a lot!
Apart from Durian flavour, it also provides different flavours of Panna Cotta like Baileys, Strawberries and Green Tea. With collaboration with Yan Chim Kee, it also launch time-limited desserts like Coconut Ginger Pudding and Coconut Candy Ice Cream. They taste special!
