片皮鴨賣相好好而且個人覺得好好食,拎左3次
,龍蝦湯味道好濃而且有龍蝦肉
,其實想再飲,不過個肚要留返試其他

淮山杞子響螺湯
呢個燉湯材料好豐富,朋友同我都每人飲兩盅


海南雞飯平時去食其他地方既buffet 我一定唔會食飯
,而且我平時都唔多食飯,但呢度嘅海南雞飯就一定會食

大部人來The Market 都主力推介榴槤甜品,其實它的Buffet仲有好多高質食品,就算你唔鍾意食榴槤,都有好多其他好食的。今次我就差不多試哂全大部分野食,來個總結。沙律選項多,新鮮。飲品有3款,都不錯。刺身帶子非常新鮮,生蝦甜夠大隻,仲有彈牙的北寄貝。海鮮區,龍蝦蟹鉗都不錯,但長腳蟹是最高質,因為清甜唔會死咸,肉質鮮甜。熟食區最多人取的是螺頭燉湯,雖然自助餐好多野食,但呢個燉湯我都拎左兩次,因為真係好足料又好飲。蟹粥一定要試,估唔倒咁濃咁甜!!喇沙我覺得味道一般。鍾意食魚的一定要試龍躉,蒸得剛剛好,每次一出都好多人拎。最後當然要介紹甜品,試了7/8款榴槤甜品,都幾好食,至愛榴槤奶凍,好滑好香。記得拎它們自家製的榴槤醬,可以來沾甜品食。其實唔食榴槤的朋友唔洗擔心,因為仲有好多其他口味的甜品/雪糕,而且自助餐唔覺有榴槤味。綠茶奶凍都好食,仲有Godiva 雪糕任食,女士至愛。終於明白點解The Market 可以多年拎倒最佳自助餐獎,想食的朋友記得早d上網book, 我也早了個半月先訂倒想要的日子。

大部人來The Market 都主力推介榴槤甜品,其實它的Buffet仲有好多高質食品,就算你唔鍾意食榴槤,都有好多其他好食的。今次我就差不多試哂全大部分野食,來個總結。沙律選項多,新鮮。飲品有3款,都不錯。刺身帶子非常新鮮,生蝦甜夠大隻,仲有彈牙的北寄貝。海鮮區,龍蝦蟹鉗都不錯,但長腳蟹是最高質,因為清甜唔會死咸,肉質鮮甜。熟食區最多人取的是螺頭燉湯,雖然自助餐好多野食,但呢個燉湯我都拎左兩次,因為真係好足料又好飲。蟹粥一定要試,估唔倒咁濃咁甜!!喇沙我覺得味道一般。鍾意食魚的一定要試龍躉,蒸得剛剛好,每次一出都好多人拎。最後當然要介紹甜品,試了7/8款榴槤甜品,都幾好食,至愛榴槤奶凍,好滑好香。記得拎它們自家製的榴槤醬,可以來沾甜品食。其實唔食榴槤的朋友唔洗擔心,因為仲有好多其他口味的甜品/雪糕,而且自助餐唔覺有榴槤味。綠茶奶凍都好食,仲有Godiva 雪糕任食,女士至愛。終於明白點解The Market 可以多年拎倒最佳自助餐獎,想食的朋友記得早d上網book, 我也早了個半月先訂倒想要的日子。

北京填鴨, 味道非常一般, 不食不是損失

最後一段當然是甜品時間, 榴槤雪糕, 榴槤奶凍, 茉莉朱古力餅都好好味😋👍👍 榴槤控, 緊記食榴槤醬/榴槤班蘭醬, 可淨食或加在榴槤雪糕上, 味道更香濃🤭

還有其他果凍, 奶凍, 蛋糕, 哈記雪糕, Godiva軟雪糕 & 一杯餐茶

整體環境, 服務, 食物質素都不錯👍👍 雖然熱葷種類不算多, 但我相信其他食物一定會令你食得飽😬🤭 這餐廳只跟東亞理工大學信用卡有優惠. 如果其他銀行信用卡都有優惠就更好了😅

因為疫情原因終於提前不用太多天就訂到了這間網紅Buffet!食物質素好好有很精致,亦都有好多選擇,可以配合到不同口味人士。我們第壹round去拿了最特別的片皮鴨,鴨肉多汁肥美好可口!鴨肉旁邊是各類海鮮,我們每種都試了大蝦和青口非常新鮮好食,其他的推薦叉燒、海南雞飯因為質素真是同五星級酒店的中餐廳壹樣!最驚喜是甜品區我們趕上了榴蓮主題超多選擇亦都不會特別甜膩,反而好清新!餐廳staff好friendly換餐具都好頻繁,真是愉快的一餐!

有朋友話hotel icon buffet 好食,所以生日就黎試下,點知係款式好少,拎野食既位置都係好細,不要期望有好多食物俾你揀,不過海鮮都ok,長腳蟹係新甜,仲有魚子醬多士都好食,食左3塊😆另外係無生蠔食,同埋鵝肝入口感覺太油膩,反而其他平d既自助餐仲好食,甜品方面得幾款奶凍同啫喱,兩款一口蛋糕,一款一口芒果撻,由於我不食榴槤,所以榴槤食品不作評論,兩個人食晚餐buffet$1500,我覺得不值呢個價錢囉。
