不愧为全港性价比最高头3位的自助餐。实在没让我失望。这餐厅是理工大学附属的酒店。餐厅员工都是大学实习的学生。首先酒店大堂非常有度假感觉。餐厅的环境也很舒适。服务也非常满意。这裏食物的种类不算很多,但整体水准非常高,除牛扒做得比较乾难吃之外,没有一道菜是难吃的。最喜欢的是带子刺身,肯定是全香港所有自助餐中最大的带子,绝对又大又鲜美。另外鹅肝也是煎得非常好吃。龙虾汤味道更是一绝,龙虾味浓郁。泰式烧猪颈肉非常惹味开胃。主打波士顿龙虾还是可以,只是龙虾肉不够多。龙虾钳稍为一般,长脚蟹蟹肉也不够多。但整体海鲜总量还是很多元化。鱼子酱不过不失。最特别是海鲜海螺,造型很特别。唯独牛扒煎得太乾,是所有菜中最难吃的。最后经验是他们的软雪糕是GODIVA品牌,绝对是全港独有。虽然只有巧克力味道,但吃落的质感很实净,和一般软雪糕非常不同。绝对是整晚最后的惊喜。这家餐厅绝对值得一试。

这裏食物的种类不算很多,但整体水准非常高,除牛扒做得比较乾难吃之外,没有一道菜是难吃的。最喜欢的是带子刺身,肯定是全香港所有自助餐中最大的带子,绝对又大又鲜美。另外鹅肝也是煎得非常好吃。龙虾汤味道更是一绝,龙虾味浓郁。泰式烧猪颈肉非常惹味开胃。

主打波士顿龙虾还是可以,只是龙虾肉不够多。龙虾钳稍为一般,长脚蟹蟹肉也不够多。但整体海鲜总量还是很多元化。鱼子酱不过不失。最特别是海鲜海螺,造型很特别。唯独牛扒煎得太乾,是所有菜中最难吃的。

最后经验是他们的软雪糕是GODIVA品牌,绝对是全港独有。虽然只有巧克力味道,但吃落的质感很实净,和一般软雪糕非常不同。绝对是整晚最后的惊喜。

这家餐厅绝对值得一试。

這pat賣相是很差,但卻是人間美食
是一位經理見我滿碟榴槤甜品過來教我吃的,用榴槤雪糕+榴槤蓉+炸榴槤卷撈埋一齊食的,一吃入口,嘩!湧出來的榴槤香氣,香滑得來有脆脆的口感,嘩,真是一絕,一試難忘,要食到瞇埋眼去享受這種美味,真的非常感激經理教授的隱藏食法,大家有機會也請一試


這餐自助餐是近來吃過最開心的一餐,因為食物全是水準或以上,每位連加一只是$4xx,實在物有所值,唯一缺點只是當天由入酒店到去餐廳用膳期間的staff們都沒精打彩,戴了口罩更加感受不到笑容和温度,我明白疫情給酒店業的打擊很大,但既然仍是酒店的一分子,應該振作,令客人有回頭的意願,明天會更好,不是嗎?

呢排比較安全所以親未有太多人先book所以book得比較快,今次終於可試到呢間。先睇環境感覺好舒服,疫情關係都見到坐滿但有啲枱都隔咗一大張枱。都係拿野食時要帶口罩。沙律bar其實每次我都係拿parma ham同芝士試薯仔沙律太吸引都拿來試下,芝士不錯,但食左舊應該係羊芝士勁蘇差不多等於有隻羊🐑係你身邊咁蘇.但其實應該好野泥既我唔識食姐。Sushi正常新鮮榴連甜品必食記得留肚,我食到7成飽先食甜品發覺唔多掂...試小左好多野海鮮都正常,長腳蟹有小咸但還算合格北京片皮鴨可一試即燒肉眼扒必食,肉質鮮嫩有牛油香唔un椰子雞湯必飲好香椰子味足料班蘭榴連卷必食超香,榴連三文治🥪有位就試啦味其實差唔多但冇班蘭咁香,朱古力同其他都好食但我建議你食曬榴連甜品先食其他唔係就好飽下...最後佢地送左個蛋糕🎂小驚喜之前有mark低都幾識做加分!下次會再來食其他野因我都仲有好多野未試曬,整體價錢同食物服務都合格以上既!
