放假跟爸爸外出晚餐,他鍾意食西餐,於是揀了The Grill Room。其實已經食過幾次,知道佢食物質素有保證,所以食過返尋味。巴馬火腿配溫泉蛋黑松露蘆筍沙律巴馬火腿咸香,配上帶有黑松露獨特香氣的爽脆鮮嫩蘆筍,再伴入輕滑的溫泉蛋漿,清新好味。燒美國安格斯西冷牛扒配黑松露薯蓉牛扒12安士份量十足,燒得香噴噴,外層焦香,切開是火候剛好的五成熟,肉質粉嫩粉嫩,肉汁豐富,牛味香濃。我鍾意沾上香草醬汁,可以中和油膩感。黑松露薯蓉細滑軟綿,加入淡淡的黑松露香氣,味道很夾。香煎北海道帶子龍蝦汁扁意粉配三文魚子帶子煎得很香,外層朝朝的,海鮮的香氣充分散發出來,切開是鮮嫩的帶子肉,質感柔軟,鮮味十足。扁意粉掛上香濃的龍蝦汁,有點creamy口感,伴入適量的蒜蓉、洋蔥和三文魚子,味道濃郁。另外我們還點了一個小食,黑松露薯條炸得香脆,外脆內軟,薯味香濃,原個薯仔切成粗條,口感一流。灑上黑松露鹽,鹹香鹹香的,一邊傾偈一邊食,不知不覺吃掉一整盤。 continue reading

一早Book左位,點知同朋友行錯路,真係成個傻大姐!今日又係朋友食Cheat Meal的日子,佢想食扒,我想食雞,所以揀左呢間又係Bookmarked左好耐的【The Grill Room】。晚上8點半先到,全場滿座,燈光有d暗黃,整體好有氣氛。等待入座期間順便睇埋有咩想食~《忌廉牛油蒜雜菌 $48》Openrice好多人點呢款,中意食菇既我又點會錯過呢~用上兩款不同菇類,口感多汁爽脆,忌廉汁濃郁稠密,越食越香。兩塊多士微微燒過,直接食用或放上多士各有好味。《葡式香辣雞配黑松露薯條 $238》如果本身唔太好牛扒,呢個Peri Peri Chicken一定係必試之選。Presentation好靚,原隻春雞切半,再燒至金黃色,外皮又薄又香脆,醬汁惹味但唔會過辣或過咸。裏面肉汁多而且肉質非常嫩滑,特別係雞胸部位,完全唔覺得太乾柴/過老,處理得好好;配上粗身黑松露薯條,熱辣辣,好有薯香,成個菜式屬驚喜之作。《美國安格斯肉眼扒配黑松露薯蓉 $338》朋友掙扎西冷定肉眼,我幫佢選好了 16安士美國安格斯肉眼扒可以講係重量級,兩個人Share食就岩岩好。叫左7成熟,油脂感十足,好香炭燒味道,肉質細嫩,柔軟而多汁,肉味算濃郁。 continue reading

今天約了好友於到銅鑼灣吃午飯,揀選了L. Square內的The Grill Room,地點就近地鐵站,口碑不錯,於是一試。餐廳平日於中午開市,我們便十二時正到達,是第一枱客人呢!餐廳是長方形間格,後方是一排窗戶。這裡提供西式膳食,一張張長形餐枱排列得整整齊齊。午市除了主菜,客人還可以自行選擇要餐湯、前菜、甜點和飲料,我們各自點選後開心分享。甘筍忌廉湯西餐必具備餐湯和蒜蓉包,甘筍忌廉湯口感滑溜,有甘筍的清香,配以薄脆蒜蓉包,份量剛好。巴馬火腿沙律羅馬生菜配巴馬火腿,帶出清新口味。香煎魚柳配甜粟米忌廉汁 $82厚切魚柳煎至外表微脆,肉質香滑,配上粒粒香甜粟米和蔬果粒,健康又美味。肉眼扒配薯角蔬菜 $1088oz的肉眼扒要了七成熟,烹調剛好,肉質多汁嫩滑,沾上燒烤醬汁,口感豐富。甜點是藍莓芝士餅和焦糖朱古力蛋糕,單看外型已十分吸引,用上新鮮草莓和藍莓生果,芝士味濃,甜度適中。整體而言,地方雖然不大,但環境舒適,服務及食物質素也好,還免加一收費,下次聚餐又多一個選擇了。 continue reading

晚餐在這間很有氣氛的西餐廳用餐。除了食物長期保持水準,更重要的是店員會依着前菜、主菜和甜品順序上餐。店員會待我們吃完枱上的食物後,才上下一道菜,讓我們不用趕着吃每一道菜。前菜各試了一個,一個是是日湯蘑菇湯。香脆的蒜蓉包沾上香滑的蘑菇湯,在口中同時散發蒜蓉和蘑菇的芳香,口滑非常綿滑。另一個前菜是青蘋果巴馬火腿藜麥杏仁沙律,巴馬火腿的獨特的郁香混和在藜麥裏,配搭新鮮的青蘋果及沙律菜帶出的蔬果鮮味和爽脆,再灑上杏仁碎粒,成為一大碟健康的前菜。香草鮮蠔芥末忌廉汁扁意粉($258套餐),忌廉汁均勻佈滿整碟意粉。三隻肥美的鮮蠔藏在意粉中,加上少量蟹籽和微量芥末,各種食材的味道恰如其分。燒美國安格斯西冷扒配黑松露薯蓉($378套餐),薯蓉非常香滑,吃下去會嚐到淡淡的黑松露味,份量足。西冷扒外層的烤肉脆香和內層充滿肉汁的肉,讓人垂涎欲滴。佐旁邊附設紅酒汁和阿根廷青醬(chimichurri),分別為西冷扒配上紅酒的香醇和青醬的青香,而不加任何醬汁則可嚐到原味肉汁香。是日甜品雲石蛋糕,蛋糕附近以杏仁粒為裝飾,也為鬆軟的蛋糕添上脆感。法式椰奶凍配芒果汁,通常看到「椰奶」二字的甜品,便會覺得整個甜品是以椰奶為中心。幸好這個椰奶凍的椰奶沒有蓋過芒果的甜味,椰奶和芒果汁配搭得宜,奶凍非常柔滑,入口即溶。 continue reading
