朋友生日當然要吃好一點啦,之前吃過尖沙咀的The Grill Room, 覺得不錯,原來銅鑼灣亦有分店,而朋友又住銅鑼灣,我就訂了這一間。用餐環境舒適,適合情侶談心。眼前的餐紙就是menu 了薯條厚切,新鮮熱辣炸起,並不是翻炸,黑松露味撲鼻,外層脆口,內裡粉軟,正。我們點了一份set dinner。溫泉蛋晶瑩剔透,很吸引,蘆筍爽甜,淡味的蛋和蘆筍中和了巴馬火腿的咸味,讚。主角上場了,我們要了五成熟,火候剛剛好,沒有過熟,切開肉色嫩紅,肉質軟腍不帶韌,牛味濃,帶有點脂肪,食下來更甘香。這個意粉賣相很精緻,蜆仔鮮甜爽口,因加了青檸汁的關係,所以帶有酸酸清新的味道,比較特別記得吃後要抹嘴,否則嘴唇發黑🤭侍應看見我們的碟子被墨汁弄黑了,主動替我們換碟。吃牛扒又點少得了紅酒呢,加$88 就有兩杯。我們點了兩款,不太𢤦喝紅酒的我還是飲得岀有少許分別🙈甜品有意式奶凍和tiramisu 選擇,我選了前者,不會太甜,奶凍亦香滑,如果份量多點就好了。 continue reading

我第一次食係TST分店,試完佢嘅牛我就屮立刻分享各好的友,大家都讚讚佢肉汁豐富又夠炭燒,但昨日我去開港島區我就來光顧一下佢另一間嘅分店,網上有人講過佢嘅牛扒唔得,用300幾嘅價值去食就認真唔得。但我係度諗TST好食喎,同一店鋪唔會差咁遠呀,定係個食評人好高要求。當我食完之後我知道喇。我要求5成熟,但一切開仲熟過7成,嗰舊肉韌到要勁咬,你唔好諗有肉汁。係個炭燒香味仲有。薯條都好乾身又硬。我個心已經諗唔係呀嘛,差咁遠。立刻對佢失去信心。心中諗係佢來貨差咗定係過份熟。到我之前介紹過嘅吞拿魚扒,賣相同口感都唔同,佢呢舊有小小腥,我真係講句好好好失望😞 continue reading

約左朋友係銅鑼灣食飯,朋友簡左The Grill Room。巴馬火腿配溫泉蛋黑松露幼露荀沙律蘆筍爽甜唔會太淋, 黑松露味不太濃,個人覺得溫泉蛋有流心效果,巴馬火腿很薄。燒美國安格斯肉眼扒配黑松露薯蓉18oz配埋黑松露薯蓉,絕對夠兩個人。三成熟Medium Rare 燒得剛好,切開肉質合格。黑松露薯蓉好香,加左黑松露可以提升薯蓉味道。香草白酒煮青口青口大細適中,有口感,香草白酒汁浸著既青口都幾入味。仲同朋友飲番2柸添 continue reading
