生蠔迷一定會問有無得食,最重要這裏有蠔供應,以法國的紛迪加生蠔為主角,不過,每位客人可享用三隻,可能生蠔迷會有點失望,但其肥美和海水味重的香氣和甜味,你會明白為什麼只是有限度供應。

是晚的選擇滿多,特別是三文魚和吞拿魚並不是泛泛之輩,其三文魚的肥美少見,甜蝦,八爪魚,呑拿魚和池魚都吃不停,太太從不吃呑拿魚,但吃了兩件的她也讚了幾句。

壽司方面,特別在越晚的時間,壽司的選擇越正,開頭你看到的壽司陣容冇乜特別,但後期吃到的海膽壽司和帶子壽司,好得,就算食到幾飽都要食。

法式燒羊架絕對精彩,加上香草芥末燒得外脆內軟,愛羊人是必吃首選,另外一個選擇應該係油封鴨腿,平日吃西餐一個main動輒修理五六百,但呢度水準和

今次吃的感覺的確比上次進步得多,至少上次吃的主題相對沒有那麼令人深刻,特別是延續法國五月的氣氛和攻勢,定必比之前更大受歡迎吧。

My mom and dad went to the Mainland for some relatives' wedding, giving us a great excuse to eat buffet with my bro and sis-in-law at North Point on a weekday. I like the environment and there's quite some variety of hot dishes. Even though the dessert section isn't that impressive, they served 12 ice-cream flavors and E-G-G P-U-F-F! Yummy! I was amazed by the whole refrigerator of all-you-can-drink soft drinks, along with two coffee machines! Great price at just $22X and free for kids under 6!

我爸媽返咗大陸飲,造就咗我平日都同細佬弟婦嚟北角食自助餐嘅機會。我幾鍾意呢度個環境裝修,而且熱盤都多。雖然甜品部分唔吸引,但佢嘅雪糕有12隻味,仲有雞蛋仔食!正!不過最令我眼前一亮係佢成雪櫃嘅樽裝汽水任飲,仲有2部自斟自飲咖啡機!價錢好合理,只係22X,而且6歲以下免費!我成日都覺得提供汽水好醒,因為汽水飲2支3支都滯7成。是日另一重點,我心肝椗自己幫我去攞雪糕,勁滾動!

同女朋友係度慶祝生日!食左自助餐,野食既選擇唔算多,有生蠔但係冇鵝肝,生蠔係任食既,但就幾鹹下,主要都係食蟹腳同刺身,都幾好味。而甜品方面,cake既選擇有啲少,亦唔算好味,雪糕就比較好味,同埋有八隻味左右。間餐廳有海景,但係因為餐廳係低層,所以都冇乜野好睇。

We booked a table for 8 for afternoon tea, when we arrived there and trying to order two afternoon tea set (like what we did a week ago), they suddenly told us because we did not pre book, so they do not have spare tea set available for us and we need to order al la cart menu which were savory foods. No one asked us to pre order tea set when we made reservation. I don’t know what this restaurant is thinking of, who will be making a reservation at 3pm if that is not for afternoon tea. Very immatu

颱風過後,暴雨連連,但為閨蜜好友慶祝生日,卻是不怕風來不怕雨。壽星女喜歡嘗新,今午我們就去了北角新開不久的「The Farmhouse」吃自助餐。這是一間附屬酒店的餐廳,很靚,很舒適,古雅有品味,大窗望海,可惜樓層低,望不遠。食品分放兩區,一區主凍食及甜品,一區主熟食。食物款式不算多,質素一般般。凍食較特別的是切肉、沙律、芝士及生果都放在玻璃櫃內自取,保持新鮮衞生。熟食方面,燒牛肉不錯,肉嫰汁鮮有肉味,其他乏善可陳。甜品方面,長長一支如花葉的Waffle 最誘人。最後侍應細心送上一個小巧生日蛋糕,我們七嘴八舌歡歡喜喜為壽星女送上美好祝願。

Went to this harbour view restaurant in the newly opened Hotel VIC on the Harbour yesterday with a friend for high tea. Here below are my review: The High tea set for 2 cost $388 + 10%. It includes a lot of different mini sized bites from savory to sweet cute little cake. The most outstanding one was the mini Hainan Chicken Rice, it’s so adorable that they put it in a tiny double glass cup, together with the sauce and stuffs. Went to this harbour view restaurant in the newly opened Hotel VIC on the Harbour yesterday with a friend for high tea. Here below are my review:

The High tea set for 2 cost $388 + 10%. It includes a lot of different mini sized bites from savory to sweet cute little cake.

The most outstanding one was the mini Hainan Chicken Rice, it’s so adorable that they put it in a tiny double glass cup, together with the sauce and stuffs. The chicken of the one-bite dish was tender and savory, rice was chewy and rich in chicken soup! I wish that can be bigger. Haha!

And the the onion scallop bacon roll was a surprise. The big scallop was hidden under so you can’t actually see it until you bite in it! It’s so tender and the onion was actuallly a bit sweet, it’s been cooked so you won’t have a bad breathe after eating it.

The garlic baguette toast with quail egg on top was fun and cute!

And the the desserts. First, I have to dedicate no.1 to the lavender cake. It was seriously good like chewing lavender! There was even a few lavender blossoms on top and fine, smooth cream underneath that! It was an amazing dessert.

Secondly, the cranberry jam with rose foam on top! Perfect match! The rose foam was so light and smooth that compensated the sweetness of the cranberry jam! Perfect summer bite!

Finally, the macarons!!! It’s so fresh that the filling was so soft, with the crumbly shell it make a perfect macaron!

There were quite a few filler. Don’t misunderstand, they were good but just normal food that we familiar with.

The only thing that was a bit imperfect was the kitchen efficiency. I think they were getting the buffet ready so that we have to wait for almost an hour for our set to be delivered. As a hotel kitchen, that shouldn’t happen but they have us a free coffee to compensate that so it’s fine as we were not in a rush.

By the way, need to mention about the environment, it’s spacious, quiet and nicely decorated! There was also a very nice terrace with harbour view, need to go there again in Autumn or Winter time!

首先要讚下個view,望海,環境舒服。

食物選擇多,性價比高。海鮮基本野都有,抵讚係即場即劏吞拿魚,新鮮生蠔,唔係度度都食到,所以一定要食,值回票價。

另外,中西式食物都非常齊全,我反而欣賞佢個海南雞飯,雞肉嫩滑,入味,油飯香濃,仲配清湯一碗,抵讚!

雪糕同甜品種類多,都係必食啊~

見老公吃過幾次即劏呑拿魚,實在好有興趣試下,知道hotel
Vic的farmhouse 有這個主題,更加有法國和越南的美食,咁龐大的陣容絕對值得週末去一下。

六點多便來到餐廳,幸好不像外邊有一些酒店超級多人,起碼,吃得開心,又有大海景望,你會覺得自己去左洲際。

先講即劏呑拿魚,7:30就有表演看,師傅手起刀落的係咁切 ,勁快就將吞拿魚解體,呑拿魚當然超級鮮甜,就是吃這個也很高興。

還有美味的鴨肝,不停煎不停有,每次去熟食檔見到有新野都會攞一舊,成晚前後食咗五件。

其他什麼春卷雞翼,越南沙律,咖喱炒蟹等等都好吸引,不過最令我著迷的是那串燒,豬牛雞乜都有,適合所有人。
