Restaurant: The Edible Projects (T.E.P.)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 評分:85/100坪洲這個寧靜的小島總是充滿驚喜,這次我特意在下午茶時段探訪了隱藏在街角的「The Edible Projects」。這間社企咖啡店不僅提供美味的飲品與輕食,更以為自閉症人士提供就業機會為使命,一踏進店內便感受到濃濃的溫暖氛圍。店面外觀簡單,黃白相間的建築與狹窄街道相映成趣,門前的黑板菜單吸引路人駐足。內部環境乾淨整潔,開放式廚房讓人感受到員工的忙碌與和諧,木質裝潢與現代軌道燈相結合,營造出舒適的用餐空間。下午茶時段人流不多,適合放鬆小坐,偶爾有騎單車的居民經過,增添了島嶼的悠閒氣息。這次我點了兩款招牌飲品,體驗確實令人滿意。首先是通寧咖啡 (Espresso Tonic),這款飲品以獨特方式呈現,espresso另上小杯,配以玻璃杯裝滿冰塊和tonic水,另附小匙。tonic清新帶微甜,入口時氣泡輕盈,與espresso的濃郁微苦形成鮮明對比。客人可先品嚐純espresso,再自行倒入玻璃杯調配,增添互動樂趣,冰涼口感在五月豔陽下格外舒爽,堪稱午市或下午茶的理想選擇。另一款凍肉桂鮮奶咖啡同樣出色,白色的鮮奶入面隱約帶著肉桂的溫暖香氣,espresso與鮮奶的滑順融合得天衣無縫,冰塊讓整體更清新,肉桂的辛香為味蕾增添一抹獨特風味。兩款飲品均以木製托盤呈上,配上印有店名的小餐巾紙,細節用心,質感不俗。主食方面,我試了牛肉青醬芝士三文治,份量十足,味道不錯。三文治用厚實的白麵包製作,切成兩半,內裡夾著豐富的牛肉、青醬和融化的芝士,肉量不少,咬下去滿滿的幸福感。牛肉的鮮香與青醬的羅勒清新相得益彰,芝士的微鹹增添層次,麵包外皮略帶酥脆,內裡柔軟,口感豐富。旁邊配了一小份沙拉,包括生菜、番茄和青瓜,簡單卻清新,平衡了三文治的油膩感。餐巾紙包裝設計別出心裁,既實用又增添美感,展現了店方的用心。服務方面,員工穿著紅色制服,態度親切,團隊合作流暢。店內員工多為自閉症人士,他們的認真與專注令人感動。出餐速度適合下午茶的悠閒時光,無需久候,展現了適度的效率。環境上,店內座位不多,適合小聚或獨自用餐,窗邊光線充足,戶外區的遮陽傘也提供額外選擇。洗手間鎖匙設計有趣,木棒上綁著手工裝飾,別緻又實用。總體而言,「The Edible Projects」以85/100的成績贏得我的肯定。飲品誠意十足,通寧咖啡和凍肉桂鮮奶咖啡各有特色,口感清新且層次豐富;牛肉青醬芝士三文治份量充足,味道令人滿意,性價比高。環境溫馨,社企背景更增添了用餐的意義,適合喜歡探索離島美食或支持社會企業的食客。若你計劃訪坪洲,不妨在午市或下午茶時段來此,配上一杯特色飲品和三文治,靜靜享受這份用心與美味。下次想試:聽聞店內還有招牌全日早餐,以及其他主食如自家製春卷,期待下次一嘗這些新選擇! continue reading

週末坪洲間間餐廳都人生人海,又逼又嘈,TEP揀直係綠洲之選。鋪入面得四枱,坐落空間感夠,又冇比人趕既壓力。叫左個all day breakfast同熱mocha。炸雞配泰式辣醬出現係all day break相當乎合香港人口味,炸雞夠滑!青醬芝士多士都有驚喜!蕃茄就略乾身。值得一提,如果男士或者想當正餐既朋友,依個份量可能有少少空虛。熱Mocha都有正常coffee shop發揮。支持社企不妨一試呀! continue reading

超級推薦嘅社企cafe❣️去坪洲嘅人一定要試呢間嘅 Basque cheesecake🍰同waffle🧇 而二揀一我會揀basque cheesecake 😋 好滑 同埋好重雲呢拿籽味 好似creme brulee 個味🩵💛🧡💚❤️ 呢個係我食過最好食嘅basque cheesecake❣️嘢飲方面,一定要試佢地嘅mocha ☕️ 相比latte,mocha好飲好多啊❣️❣️間cafe好好坐 好舒服 真係可以坐成個下晝啊 😌 continue reading
