上午去太平山顶行山，中午去吃个点心。印象最深的是叉烧包，肠粉，艇仔粥和鹅肝。我本来以为这种店的质量会很高，但是没想到还是上冻品。像萝卜糕和叉烧包拿到桌上一看就知道是冻品。可能想去吃一点现做的东西还是要去路边的小店里吃。鹅肝的酒味很重，不错，但是稍微有一点红了。中午没吃完的晚上打包带回去又加热了一下感觉更好吃了。

今日冬至，亞哥一早book咗皇朝會，一家大細齊齊嚟做冬。是日菜色衹係家常菜，雖無鮑參翅肚，但好啱大家胃口用足料，湯非常清甜蝦球中間插住支芥蘭，有心思炸豆腐特別嫩滑，小孩喜歡豬排肉質較肥，而且炸得稍爲乾些准山爽口，百合鮮甜，蘆筍嫩口，個人至愛三種瓜中，哈蜜瓜最甜甜點呢度食物保持一定水準，因為會員，所以不用收小費

畫班同學「登陸」可喜可賀，相約「皇朝會」午膳聚會。闊別兩年了！大家相聚都很雀躍，佳餚美點伴隨我們歡聚。分享一下美食。侍應為我們分好才上桌的水晶鮮蝦餃、煎餃、金網鮮蝦腸粉。香濃而不鹹的金華火腿高湯。金蒜紅燒魚用石鍋載，保持熱度。我很喜歡這款扣海參腍滑度、味道剛剛好。肉鬆菜苗，味道清而不寡。當紅炸子雞是我小時候流行的筵席菜式。鴻圖窩麵。象徵福壽綿長的壽桃。甜甜蜜蜜的鮮果。很重奶味的甜品，蠻好的！同學很有心思的自家制曲奇餅，靚到不捨得吃。穩穩重重的木制小朋友高凳。很寬敞的用餐房間。

The Chinese cuisine at the dynasty club is consistently good. Had a great birthday dinner there with my family and we’ve enjoyed every single dish that night.On the flip side, the food at the western cuisine (Noble) was quite disappointing.The lobster bisque came with a tiny piece of lobster and it wasn’t hot at all…The escargot was rather bland but was compensated by the tasty mashed potatoesthe hokkaido uni pasta was the best part of the meal, pasta itself was al dante where the uni and fish roe added extra flavor to it.Dessert was 🤦🏻♂️, although you get to choose anything from the kart with a good variety of desserts from chocolate cake to macaroons, the presentation of each was hilarious, they’ve cut everything into tiny pieces which reminds me of the ones you get from the in-flight meal.
