今天約了朋友去上環,本來搵了間cafe食晏,但竟然執左,之後就去搵下第二間,行行下見到這裏,好似Ok同有lunch set,我們就揀了這裏。地方不是好大,有Bar枱同普通4人枱。因為4人枱已經坐滿左,我們就坐Bar枱。看看menu見到有炭燒西冷買一送一,好抵。就叫了這份。等左唔算耐。賣相好吸引呀,有一塊大西冷扒,薯條,沙律。西冷七成熟,剛剛好,有炭燒味好香,牛扒唔會好鞋,有牛的香味,唔肥冇筋。薯條好幼身好正。沙律也好fresh。 continue reading

放假無野做就黎到上環搵食,行行下見到間裝潢幾靚既餐廳就入左黎啦店內有幾名外籍店員,都好親切,佢地識少少中文,落單都無難度Egg Benedict with smoked salmon $118黎到呢啲餐廳,有得嗌egg benedict我就基本一定會嗌,因為其實都真係幾考功夫。呢間既整得不錯,蛋整到少少流心,下面仲有幾大塊既三文魚,味道都幾濃郁!值得一試!另外佢有個水果兜,啲水果都幾正!Traditional Fish and Chips $140本人最喜歡食炸魚薯條啦,見到都係一定嗌!咁佢呢間既炸魚薯條,講真,都係幾好食!佢有兩大舊魚,配一堆長幼薯條!佢既魚都炸得算結實,平時食果啲一切就會散開哂,佢既唔會,味道黎講,比較淡,都係食佢個醬果個味!薯條炸得香脆,係我喜歡食既類型既薯條!Classic BBQ Ribs $148呢個真係超級好食!份量多,佢每舊骨都痴住幾多肉下,所以唔洗怕佢唔夠多肉。味道黎講,我覺得佢調到岩岩好,因為本人食過有啲太酸,佢呢個唔會,薯條如上!Chicken Strips $58呢個小食都係比預期好食,首先佢每條雞柳都大大條,炸到好香脆,同埋佢啲雞肉都幾結實幾有咬口,呢樣係比較驚喜!總結,係上環5舊零食到咁多野食,仲要咁高質,真係值得黎! continue reading

今日Mary 話想帶我去食西餐😍,係佢公司附近,近住上環街市個頭。❤️個日去係星期五,係戶外有d位,👱🏻‍♂️👱🏻‍♀️好多外國人TGIF 係到飲野。🍻🍸我就係入面涼冷氣,食好野了。😋😍野食真係好好味啊!算佢對我好啦,不枉我平時帶佢去食好野。😘⭐️Fish and chips🍟🐟Chips 炸得好脆,又大份,fish 就兩大條,又係炸到外脆內嫩!加上佢炸之前用左胡椒等調左味,yummy!⭐️Spaghetti Bolognese🥰可能我地好肚餓掛,意粉黎到之後10分鐘內k.o 左。意粉質感岩岩好,肉醬份量都係。🍝⭐️Meat Lover’s Pizza🍕熱騰騰嘅Pizza 冇得輸!🍕仲要係meat lovers ❤️,啖啖肉,佢d肉仲要係好似串燒嘅牛肉黎,本身嘅味都冇得輸,再加上好多芝士! continue reading

比鄰中環,上環雖是彈丸之地,卻有濃重歷史的風塵霧雨,亦十里長街市井連的買賣繁盛。水坑口原是英帝國從滿清手上奪去港島駐紮插旗之處;荷里活道是香港開埠第一條馬路;文武廟雖小卻是舊日華人議事、仲裁之所。香港第一個華人商會:香港南北行公所,就設於文咸西街。三百多家經營中外貿易,以至匯兌、貨運、保險等商行,就集中在文咸西街及其周邊,故文咸西街亦有南北行之譽,直至國共內戰方衰,現在則轉變成了參茸燕窩街。從出生到成年,雖已遷離,卻似有斬不斷的根相連,今天與妻把臂重遊舊地,前人說滄海桑田,今天確實有人面全非之慨。舊日上環多潮州人落腳,在三角碼頭一帶以勞力謀生,潮州美食自然當時得令,文咸西街公廁旁的香馨里,人稱潮州巷(俚稱屎坑巷),最為有名,可惜拆了。今早不吃唐餐,一試西菜。雖是小店,大片落地玻璃,裝潢顯得明亮雅緻。星期六日及假期,設有全日早午餐時段,朝早都可以鋸扒。頭盤沙律:BREAKFAST SALAD真係言簡意賅,蔬菜配上牛油果、煙肉、肉腸、多士脆塊,兩隻水波蛋可謂畫龍點睛。主菜點了兩款:SIRLOIN STEAK 和 GRILLED CHICKEN BURGERSIRLOIN STEAK 西冷牛扒配炸薯條佐雜菜先說牛扒,8安士紐西蘭牛扒,點了MEDIUM成熟度,成品喜出望外,整塊牛扒外皮煎至上色,雖然扒身較薄,切開後肉心仍保持一點粉嫩,肉質雖較實,肉香卻滿口。薯條是幼身那種,炸得金黃香脆。適時來點雜菜,可以中和煎炸的膩味。GRILLED CHICKEN BURGER 芝士烤雞配炸薯條佐雜菜烤雞採用了雞胸肉,外表金黃,內裡鮮嫩多汁,加上已經半溶的車打芝士,配上煎過又香又暖的麵包。餐後再來一杯英式早餐茶作結。要注意的是,頗多外國人聚餐,侍者操英語,菜單亦以英語寫成,附有餐點相片。 continue reading
