兩老係鍋心fans,今晚補祝父親節,嚟食鍋心八鮮蒸鍋。蟲草花燉湯足料清甜,勁好飲。海鮮揀咗龍蝦、鮑魚、多寶魚、蟶子、海蝦、白蜆,全部都幾新鮮。龍蝦同海蝦仲有膏😛每款海鮮可選唔同蒸法:清蒸、金銀蒜、果皮蒸、豆醬蒸等,口味多元。兩老鐘意清淡啲,所以大部分揀咗清蒸。店員會幫忙控制火候與計時,避免蒸過龍👍🏻 服務態度唔錯又爽手,仲唔收加一。八寶蒸飯可自選配料,份量十足,一人分到兩碗以上。最後仲有糖水作結,清潤解膩。 continue reading

The popularity is really strong. When we arrived, the restaurant was full. Fortunately, we had an early reservation and were seated without waiting.Steamed crayfish with garlic vermicelli. Crayfish is one of my favorite seafoods due to its fresh meat and crisp texture. This dish has two crayfish, their size is not comparable to that of king crayfish, but it is acceptable. 好耐之前試過鍋心,覺得海鮮新鮮好味,咁多年後再試真係有啲失望,海鮮還可說是新鮮,不過size就冇諗過孤寒到呢個點。我哋揀咗蟹同龍蝦呢個餐,所以價錢是$298最平一罐可樂都要$15,每人飲咗兩罐,所以平均消費$330蒸海鮮前:一盅雞腳湯蒸海鮮後:-盅雪耳糖水套餐是包:1. 龍蝦+蟹2.另外有10款海鮮或其他食物裏面選六項我哋就揀咗:1. 鮑魚 : 正常,大約$5銀size,選擇陳皮蒸,但係完全唔入味2. 蝦 : 真係好耐未食過一隻手指嘅蝦仲要開邊蒜蓉,孤寒到呢….3. 蟶子:豉汁蒸size正常,味道好味4. 多寶魚 : 豉汁蒸每人大約三嚿,啲魚肉好滑好味5. 花膠包豬肉卷 :每人兩舊,一舊約尾指嘅size,另一舊係半隻尾指嘅size,好孤寒….6.秋葵釀蝦餃:秋葵size約一隻手指,仲要開邊去養蝦膠呢一款係我覺得最過分嘅。最後有八寶飯,相信佢知道自己係提供袖珍迷你版嘅海鮮盤,就比一盤巨大嘅八寶飯,兩人份量大約有4-5大碗。服務方便,食咗幾款隻碟有好多汁要求碗碟,但係當聽唔到😅,不過蒸海鮮係員工幫手你唔需要動手。 地方有啲逼夾,可能是我哋唔好彩,坐喺個垃圾桶隔離(只隔一個身位),成晚都聽到嘭嘭嘭,因為員工倒垃圾落去,感覺非常不良好,好擔心啲垃圾可能會彈到我哋啲生海鮮上。如果想食優質嘅海鮮,真係唔好揀呢間,真係到喉唔到肺唔知自己食咗啲乜,我應該唔會有第二次再嚟。 continue reading
