To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來半山也有不少茶餐廳，這次同事帶我來到小地方，有濃濃舊式冰室風味，看來頗有歷史，餐牌非常簡單，6/7個餐就是了，有幾款蒸餸，幾款扒飯等等。蒸鯇魚超級大件，賣相令人驚喜，$5/60元是完全抵食，難怪早早就賣完。XO醬蒸腩片$55大大碟，XO醬當然不是質素很高，但都惹味的，整體大份，味道正常，唯一要吐嘈的是，真的只有肉，整餐沒有菜呢。素菜類只有紅燒豆腐飯，也是不到1點就賣完了。跟餐還有奶茶，+$6還有大大碗湯！比樓下中環還要抵食！

Friendly boss and daughter both speak good English and Mandarin. They serve local HK homefare and its very homely. They have very affordable set dinners could go as cheap as HKD65 that comes with rice and soup WITHOUT MSG. If u order beer there, you could BYOB (wine) and no corkage fee for the wine you brought. Their stir fried black pepper beef is a MUST try. Recommended to my Japanese friends and they LOVED it too. Bon Apetit!

晤打晤撞入左去食，老闆介紹左幾味招牌菜-蝦多士, 煎風魚, 咕嚕肉, 蒸扇貝, 西芹腰果炒雞丁, 老火湯咕嚕肉-唔淋, 仲脆蒸扇貝-好大隻, 好多蒜同粉絲, 好味煎風魚-外面香脆內軟，成條炸到脆曬骨都好香脆，極速成條食曬蝦多士-唔油, 香脆蝦肉彈牙老火湯-無味精最令人回味係蝦多士同煎風魚半山竟然有間有心又特別既小菜, 難得一間有誠意既小店!

中午和朋友食涼瓜牛肉飯，12點去到都要排隊，多數係附近的地盤或清潔工人，不過10分鐘入到去坐低，之後都好快上飯。牛肉唔會太韌，都算幾多片，不過個汁就好重口味，涼瓜索哂個汁，鹹左少少，而且薄切少件，唔知係咪呢排涼瓜太貴？成碟飯份量好多(已經少飯咗)，女人仔食唔哂，不過見D地盤工友又食得哂，有D仲要添飯(免費架！)

在這地段價錢算不錯了，味道還可以，但肉質差到不得了。服務又慢又不仔細，好幾次過來看單子才知道叫了什麼。整個餐廳那時候才有3桌，但服務員要催才過來下單，出菜也很慢。牛肉跟雞肉是硬到嚼不了，跟本吃不下、吞不下去的，從來沒有吃過這麼差勁的肉質，對他們的quality非常失望。
