呢個夏天真係熱到痴線,難得前排係凱悦軒食到個幾出色嘅椰子入饌嘅menu,好啱呢個咁熱嘅天氣介紹下。先吃椰香紫米脆雞卷靈感來自於醉雞卷,大廚以腐皮包住三黃雞,蝦膠、紫米、萵筍、甘筍、馬蹄粒炸到熟透,入口勁脆,有肉汁而雞肉非常之嫩,點椰漿絕對係再提升其鮮度。金沙椰香脆龍蝦以原隻龍蝦烹調,大隻到不行嘅龍蝦肉每個位置也沾滿咸蛋黃椰漿,兩個味道相輔相承,在旁還有饅頭仔俾你,食完龍蝦唔夠滿足仲可以沾上蛋黃椰子醬汁同吃,成件事再完美得多。我覺得最好嘅係鮮椰青肉菠蘿炒本地黑毛豬。椰青肉嫩鮮甜,就咁食又唔駛郁手,雖然我不是太愛椰子但吃到咁甜味豐滿的椰肉都會開心,再加上不太肥又有咬口的本地黑毛豬肉,加上好多荷蘭豆、菠蘿和少量辣椒,在旁就有椰清水製作的炸椰果,吃完一口再一口,特別好。不是新menu,但呢個乾粉絲蝦球煲係我吃個最好的乾粉絲煲,之前係尖東Nara Thai食過最好的泰式粉絲,呢個蝦球係拳頭咁大,每條嘅粉絲都絕對有其鮮味與彈性,絕對值得再叫。甜品係芋香椰子糕。聽師傅講椰子肉係轉成香滑椰漿,加上芋頭蓉和椰子片,製成凍糕後就完成,入口椰子香非常濃郁,愛椰子嘅不容錯過。有興趣食嘅,係8月31日前都會有機會試到,一齊感受下椰子的唔同感覺,要食椰子入饌嘅menu唔係剩係得椰子雞煲架,來感受下不一樣的椰子魅力。 continue reading

尖沙咀的凱悅酒店, 比較想去的餐廳是Hugo, 就是因為其燒牛肉和古典的裝修, 反而凱悅軒比較少接觸, 本以為只是一般而收費昂貴粵菜餐廳, 一吃之下有驚喜, 特別是其北京烤鴨, 是我在香港吃過之中, 皮肉都最為出色的其中一家, 甚至比同系列酒店的沙田18來得更好.上枱夠熱, 有這樣已經不會不合格, 皮連肉夾起來不油膩, 但肉汁豐富, 皮脆而帶炭香, 赤紅色夠火候, 肉甘而甜, 帶微微粟子香, 沒有太多的Gimmick, 但每塊皮肉的大小厚度一, 刀功掌握得很好. 鴨醬甘香味道自然, 配搭爽脆的蔥段和濕潤但完整的麵包, 就是小時候最純粹的烤鴨食法. 生菜鴨肉鬆配以松子, 除了更為乾爽酥脆, 鴨肉本身的栗子味也得以突出起來.其他小菜如蝦球玉簪給梅膏骨也做得相當不錯, 味道條配剛剛好, 烤鴨真的是我的最愛, 單車是這一道已經值得Must Eat的推介. continue reading
