朋友帶我嚟呢度食午飯。呢度超好坐,坐幾耐都唔會趕,仲會不停幫我地加水,服務好細心。餐牌食物種類好多,大約有30款,其中有十款係咖哩,實有一款啱你。午餐包餐湯,主菜,甜品同餐茶。週打蜆湯。好夠杰身,唔會太咸。除咗蜆之外有大量紅蘿蔔同西芹。配埋鬆軟餐包係一個唔錯嘅開始。牛脷心扒配意粉($175)。牛脷扒超大塊又厚身,好軟綿綿,配埋燒汁好有港式西餐嘅風味。不過啲白烚配菜就寡咗啲,麻麻地。朋友叫咗薯菜,係薯蓉黎嘅。甜品有班蘭蛋糕同黑加侖子啫喱揀,我要咗啫喱,裡面有少量雜果,有誠意。總結係,雖然港式西餐嚟講價錢有啲貴,但係任坐唔嬲喺中環真係好難搵。 continue reading

先嚟個頭盤:鮑魚五福拼盤原隻冷鮑魚:夠腍有鮑魚味义燒皇:正,選用真正梅頭,香滑腍燒腩仔:皮脆肉嫩涼拌青瓜:新鮮爽脆海蜇:肥厚彈牙上湯焗虎蝦:虎蝦夠新鮮,烏冬吸收了蝦味及上湯,又一絕配!翡翠元貝西妃蚌:元貝及西妃蚌,有點過了火, 韌咗啲!脆奶欖角酸梅骨:脆奶沒有什麼特別,欖角骨就非常入味,可惜排骨炸得有點乾身,較硬實。姬松茸螺頭燉竹絲雞:湯水清甜,可惜湯料見不到螺頭的踪影。蛋白花雕蒸大肉蟹: 蟹非常新鮮多肉, 花雕不夠香, 蛋白有點老火,欠嫩滑感。清蒸大海虎斑:魚算過得去沒有養魚那泥味,但火路有點過了龍,變得魚有點鞋口!蠔皇鮑螺片伴金錢:東菇沒有去清 冬菇定,螺片亦無味道。畔溪百花雞:即 鴛鴦雞,壹雞做兩味, 半隻鹽焗雞不咸,半隻墨魚滑釀雞有口感,較有創意,可惜雞身太乾,完全失去嫩滑感!鍋燒鵝汁炒飯: 用滷水燒鵝汁炒飯,有新鮮感,不油膩,值得一讚! continue reading

環境5分,衛生5分:會所西餐廳光鮮闊落企理。 服務5分:  伙記態度良好,有求必應,亦快手快腳。味道3分:   1)      餐包同茶記或港式西餐廳啲無分別。   2)      忌廉餐湯都係同茶記或港式西餐廳啲無分別。   3)      香煎法式鵝肝軟就夠軟熟,但好油,所以扣一分。沙律酸到再扣多分。   4)      特級鮮紐西蘭西冷牛扒大大舊,夠軟熟,意粉份量多,野菌汁好味。   5)      黑加侖子味啫哩清甜清涼。  6)    奶茶香濃。 抵食5分:  有會員請食飯,唔洗比錢,一定抵食。 continue reading
