去西九睇聖誕樹，海邊走走睇埋日落，行行下見到呢架美食車，勁香噴噴，不過唔平. 一個包一個薯條加飲品已經兩百蚊，不過剛好夠free 2 hours 停車場（平日），咁又抵返d.搵到靚位望住靚景食又加分. 真係好食，個包塊肉又厚又大而且好扎實真材實料，面包皮熱而香脆，芝士蕃茄等配菜亦新鮮，咁$120 一個classic burger 都可以接受. 炸薯條好大份，厚條啖啖薯肉炸得香口，超正. 加埋杯涷飲，爽. 我哋二人share全部都覺得幾飽.

Bland and expensive skewers! Wanna try some skewers and enjoy the sea view at M+ Cultural District. However, the quality was disappointing.Grilled Black Angus Rib Fingers $45/ skewer- We chose special BBQ rub flavour but we could not taste any BBQ/ salty flavour at all. The beef was like being pan-fried for a few seconds after steaming. It was just tasteless without any seasoning and the texture was bad.Octopus Skewer $35- Similar as the Angus Rib Fingers, no seasoning again. But at least the texture was good, acceptable. I hope they can improve the quality of the side dishes as they set the price at this level.

🍔𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒄 經典漢堡 $120（Dry Aged beef patty,Bacon,Cheese, Tomato,Pickles & Special sauce）個包脆脆地有牛油香味，牛肉🥩 厚肉juicy鬆軟😝，楓糖煙肉 🥓煎得好香，唔會招秘製醬汁甜甜地，食的時候啲醬湧出來，仲配埋蕃茄🍅酸黃瓜🥒冇咁漏，perfect match，味道豐富👍🏻不過size偏細🙈 🥩燒牛肋條飯 $90被牛肋條吸引😍 牛肋條牛味濃配甜的BBQ醬，反而飯就dry啲冇醬，不過飯上面加左紫菜芝麻同鏗魚碎🍚仲有兩塊酸黃瓜🥒一直想試呢替間的burger估唔到系西九龍見到😆 門市有set同埋其他款式🍔一定會搵機會去門市再食😝

星期日熱辣辣去到西九文化區，餐廳基本上坐滿晒人🤣由於美食車喺室外所以相對少啲人幫襯～手撕豬肉漢堡🍔 $85Size相對比較細，而且份量唔算好多。但個包咬落已經覺得好香好脆！手撕豬肉調味啱啱好，而且食落唔算好鞋口～包入面仲加咗啲應該係青蘋果絲，令到食落口感更加好，而且味道更加fresh😍4/5😋和風沙律醬薯條🍟 $50食落好有驚喜😍 薯條雖然唔算好脆，但份量好多！沙律醬嘅份量都好多，食落酸酸甜甜😍加埋啲飯素紫菜同柴魚片味道啱啱好！不過沙律醬食到最後會有啲膩🤣4.3/5😋雖然價錢比較貴，但去到呢啲地方感覺比較容易接受🤣不過夏天食就會有啲熱～一定冇坐餐廳咁舒服！
