慢煮菜式需時比較久,但絕對值得等待。上菜時,熱氣翻騰,傳來陣陣肉香,用刀沿著骨邊輕輕用力就把肥嫩的豬腿肉從骨上分離,表皮部份充滿膠質,有點漿口的感覺,肉質少筋緊緻。芝士粟米蓉比較帶有奶膻味,相信用薯蓉或紫薯蓉會更能提升整體味道😚

歐式脆皮乳豬薯蓉雜菌😍絕對會係一試愛上嘅乳豬質感!這個乳豬髀肉質非常之嫩滑,初生嘅嫩滑真係不同凡響,豬皮燒得非常香脆,一咬落口會卡滋一聲,皮下帶薄薄一層脂肪,食起地有濕潤感但係唔覺得油膩。仲有好多蘆筍同埋香菇做伴菜,加埋黑松露醬薯蓉真係大滿足呀!

香蕉麵包布甸拖肥醬雲呢拿雪糕🍦非常濕潤的麵包布丁🍮固然好味,唔會太甜,去埋濃郁嘅雲呢拿雪糕🍦最鍾意食反而係香蕉😂因為香蕉上面有一層焦糖,即刻燒非常脆口,這種苦中帶甜甜中帶苦嘅焦糖特別有吸引力🧲
