前幾日先喺銅鑼灣食完牧羊少年,今日去到葵芳唔知食乜好,決定再encore佢嘅分店,上次食晚餐,今次食午餐。午餐真係好抵食,最平$68已經有餐湯+意粉+飲品。餐湯份量比較細,南瓜湯甜甜地ok。我點左是日大廚精選$138,今日係煎魚,落單時講明要等20分鐘,嚟到果然熱辣辣。魚皮香脆,魚肉唔算滑但係都好食。伴碟嘅薯蓉好香牛油味,口感細膩幼滑。旁邊嘅炒菜都唔頹廢,有用蒜蓉炒,整體來講好有heart。冰果茶唔會太甜,有茶味,而且呢種竟然可以跟餐唔使加錢, 晚市要40幾蚊杯,10萬個讚。侍應服務都好好,我聽到隔離枱食豬扒餐食剩好多豬扒,侍應特登問係咪唔好食,顧客話係份量太大食唔晒😂 continue reading

葵芳以街頭小食聞名,食物款式多不勝數反之要吃一個All Day Breakfast就只有幾個選擇而已這次就來到其中一間,非常有名的連鎖店吃一個All Day Breakfast英式早午餐 配 Americano $118是日主廚大菜 配蘋果肉桂茶 $138是拉差法國雞翼 加配價$48/5隻跟餐奉送一碗西蘭花濃湯,看似一碗忌廉湯但非常濃郁的西蘭花味英式早午餐份量不少,有黑松露醬炒滑蛋、鮮果椰奶奇亞子布甸、白菌、車厘茄、坎伯蘭腸、煙三文魚、煙肉和意大利包滑蛋效果不錯但因為黑松露醬分量較少, 整體味道偏淡其他配料正常發揮,或許因為大部份材料本身就有其獨特的味道,就不作介紹了意大利包偏硬和乾身,所以用作搭配滑蛋比較理想最有驚喜的應該說是奇亞子布甸吧!很少店家以此作為其中一款 All Day Breakfast的食物椰奶香濃,味道不錯有點像吃西米露一樣至於是日主廚大菜就是荷蘭汁配煎龍脷柳,魚身比較厚但煎得外脆內軟,亦有稍作調味荷蘭醬汁的味道跟白汁太相似,讓人吃不出分別  雞翼炸得酥脆肉嫩,醬汁微辣又香口惹味
但我對這個有點失望,原以為是用上拉差醬將雞翼預先醃製後炸,怎料只是作為輔助醬汁而已飲品不過不失,Americano帶fruity口感味道屬意料中內蘋果肉桂茶是某外國牌子的茶包,另一半很滿意那個味道,上網一查超市有售,頓覺普通不過應該會到超市購買這茶這店的空間感跟座位都比較多,還未到炎夏坐在室外比較寫意整體來說店家給我的感覺沒以往這麼好,食物質素不是不理想但感覺多了分店以後變得更平庸食物亦走向公式化想當初太子總店開張時吸引多少人慕名前來那些年樓上Cafe大行其道,但質素開始越來越差店家除了打造不一樣的Cafe之餘,以旅遊、未來信件等作為賣點亦是當年令顧客慕名而來的原因現在分店越來越多的時候,初心反而好像越來越模糊 continue reading

🔎:《 #牧羊少年咖啡館 》⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣💬:⁣⁣⁣⁣ 好有文藝氣息既牧羊少年咖啡館,依間cafe都有好幾間分店,無論係環境定食物都非常有水準👍🏻!⁣⁣⁣▫️三文魚籽和風蜆肉意粉我自己幾中意依款,味道係偏淡少少但係反而幾清新唔會膩,口感豐富,入面有三文魚籽、菇菌、蜆肉,蜆肉係無沙架,推介!▫️香草青醬雞肉蘆筍意粉依款味道都幾特別,個醬係有一陣青菜青草汁既味🌿,但佢食落唔係清新個隻feel,反而調味比上一款濃味。不過雞肉係雞胸部位有啲「鞋」,但整體味道係幾特別。▫️黑椒照燒汁煎牛柳粒 (極推介👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻!!)牛柳好有牛味而且一啲都唔會un,雖然唔會係和牛個話入口即溶,但係真係好好食,燒汁好入味而且仲帶少少蒜香味🤤▫️千島海鮮薄餅雖然我係pizza厚批愛好者,但我都幾中意依款pizza🍕,薄餅個底係好薄,比餅乾厚少少,但真係非常脆口!而味道非常唔錯,有千島醬既少少酸甜之外仲有幾香濃既芝士,食落唔膩。雖然配料得3款海鮮,但隻蝦大隻而且爽口,不過係章魚仔🐙有啲腥。▫️素比泰葉炸魚柳其實係炸魚柳同埋一啲炸過既唔知咩葉🍃,但係魚柳好大條,都有成5大條,佢唔係炸魚手指個隻口感,比較上更脆身,但入面既魚肉有啲太淋,不過整體都正常炸魚味🐟(炸魚點都好食😋) continue reading
