今日同2個朋友喺佢屋企樓下泳池遊完水,就食埋晚飯先走。佢介紹食呢間泰國餐廳,話係正宗泰國人主理,而且食物好食又唔貴要咗個椰子雞湯,串燒,泰式肉碎生菜包,醉貓炒河同滷豬手清湯船麵。飲品方面就揀咗真多冰,咸檸樂同椰青。食物由泰國人處理真係非常正宗,仲要份量係好慷慨。個椰子雞湯,味道非常濃郁豐富,有唔同嘅香料同蔬菜烹調,酸甜香辣,非常香同好味。串燒好多泰國餐廳都有,但係呢度嘅串燒係特別大份,啖啖肉,燒得又夠香同埋唔會鞋口,嫩嫩咬口。佢嘅醬汁係好重花生味,好滋味!滷豬手炆得好入味,係正宗泰式鹵水味道,清湯船麵qq彈牙,話係清湯但係其實個湯底都有一定調味,好香。肉碎生菜包份量又係好多,香辣肉醉炒得好嫩同juicy加埋新鮮生菜中和味道,清爽同滑嫩口感,夠晒清爽清新,特別過癮。呢個醉貓炒金邊粉我都係第一次食,之前喺泰國餐廳通常都係食泰式金邊粉pad Thai,估唔到呢個醉貓炒金邊粉雖然係用辣椒炒,但係又唔會辣到食唔到,反而係覺得更加香辣惹味,一啖一啖食到停唔到,愛辣人士必試。飲品我哋揀嘅全部都係好有泰國特色嘅珍多冰椰香十足,入面面嘅綠色條條煙韌香口,咸檸樂夠晒滿足,比起可樂更好飲,食到嗝啖大氣。椰青好甜,比起之前係其實餐廳飲嘅更清香甜。店主仲好好請埋我地食泰國甜品,超香,下面西米又粒粒分明,好味道,好滿意嘅一餐。 continue reading
