To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城有好多泰國嘢食要搵平靚正其實都OK易,依間午餐價錢都係5-60左右,最鍾意食泰式炒河佢係做到;我先生就食咗咖喱豬個咖喱汁都好好食,同埋個豬肉都好入味,服務態度尚可,飲品都唔錯,當你食嗰下就會覺得好似去咗泰國咁樣幾好味同埋坐得好舒服,同埋都幾易搵超近呢個宋王臺地鐵站行過一條街就係,附近泰國嘢食都好多下,但係都會揀返呢間因為依間價錢真係好平靚正下次都會再嚟試吓晚餐,因為見晚餐個餐牌都幾豐富下同埋見啲評語都幾好食 continue reading

趁復活節假屋企人一齊去食晚飯,揸車去到九龍城見到呢間都有一堆人喺度等緊,等咗大概10分鐘左右就可以入去食,不過就俾咗閣樓嘅位置我地,閣樓就比較寧靜!首先,生蝦的新鮮度無可挑剔,但份量真係比其他地方少,不過佢係夠大隻!螄蚶嘅size可以話係我食過咁多次最細🤣我屋企人仲話平時去買嘅話一定唔會揀呢個size😂生菜包豬肉只有一個辣字,並無其他味道馬拉盞炒通菜是一道香辣的菜餚,通菜的口感還可以,整體嚟講都夠濃味嘅!最後,咖喱炒花甲的味道濃郁,但整體而言,咖喱的風味較為濃厚,與花甲的鮮味相互融合! continue reading

1/3 和朋友食飯,結果朋友走時將利是放左係台唔記得左拎,只係7-10分鐘內佢就醒起冇拎,大家便回去餐廳到問職員有冇執起,結果職員係垃圾桶執番吉既利是🧧並同我朋友講入面冇錢嫁wor,就打發左我朋友走。當時因為唔想搞大件事,個女性朋友就咁行左出黎就算。本人一星期都幫襯左任兩次,但對於其餐廳員工不誠實和處理手法相當不滿意。 本人對此不誠實的態度感到失望,不會再幫襯。希望負責人管教下當時員工,當時有位男士似係經理,但面對當日情況,都冇打算拹助,以及了解相關事件。 continue reading

細佬生日想食泰菜,又唔想食平時食開嗰幾間,於是決定打開google map,篤落九龍城,睇google guide 搵間多好評嘅試吓。呢間泰皇閣食物款式幾多,我哋嗌咗生蝦、小食拼盤、兩款沙律、螄蛤、湯、明爐鮮魷、粉絲蝦煲同炒飯。食物味道唔錯,分量亦足,啲侍應都幾有禮貌。生蝦刺身:都幾新鮮,不過肉質唔夠彈。醃蟹仔沙律:偏辣🌶🌶🌶但配料清爽,酸味亦較重。炸鰂魚青木瓜沙律:一上枱勁大盤,差啲嚇親我,但好好味。啲魚炸得好香口又夠嫩,個青木瓜沙律好清爽,但冇蟹仔沙律咁酸辣,所以媽咪都食到,我成碟包底清晒。😋明爐鮮魷:平時明爐烏頭就食得多,呢度有另一個選擇係鮮魷,不過第一轉個火熄咗啲魷魚都未熟晒,要點多轉火,但就好易煮到老,最好食係啲魷魚鬚,不過個湯唔得,可以唔使飲。白灼螄蛤:好鮮甜,個蘸汁酸辣適中,但我自己玻璃肚,所以唔敢食太多。魚肚羹:平時通常都係飲冬蔭功或椰汁雞湯,呢間竟然有魚肚羹。飲落似平時喺泰國唐人街嗰啲沙煲翅,不過最搞笑係湯入面有隻烚蛋做配料。小食拼盤:正常嘢,不過個雞翼好鹹,但頂層個蝦餅炸得幾好。蟹膏炒飯:炒得啱啱好,粒粒分明,唔會好鹹,好味道。粉絲蝦煲:粉絲好入味,但略嫌鹹咗少少,反而蝦冇乜味。 continue reading
