週末無聊就揸架車入天水圍行吓,見到响酒店附近個商場,有間幾乾淨又光猛嘅泰國餐廳,就同屋企人試吓。(後尾先發覺响屋企觀塘都有一間)叫左個泰妃雞,雖然個賣相就麻麻地,但食落去啲肉係幾滑同有雞味。因為幾個小食都想食,所以就叫左一個拼盤,就可以樣樣都試吓。最欣賞係個蝦餅,好香口但唔算好油膩,其他串燒、春卷就不過不失。另外老公都點左個豬牛雞串燒,論肉質嚟講就最好係雞,其次就牛,個豬有少少韌。但個沙嗲汁就唔錯!菠蘿海鮮炒飯就唔錯,味道好而飯都係炒得好靚,但就嫌佢份量少左啲😅細妹就特別點左咖喱蟹,用個蒜蓉包點個汁簡直係一流👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻就咁食個蒜蓉包都好好味,依家又有包又有蟹(正常肉質),發達👍🏻個包好香蒜香味,麵包又鬆軟,厚切,正! continue reading

今日母親節 一早book左枱 7點半 想同家人好好慶祝 點知比呢間野搞到勁激氣 完全破壞左成個母親節!首先 一入到去 員工放低餐牌 包括有一個set menu 我地諗左陣就決定叫呢個 舉極手都無人 當時得幾張枱 然後條友一行埋泥就話 無呢個餐喎 乜都無哂喎 你單叫啦 仲要態度勁差 其實你無哂就吾好比個餐牌人啦 之後我地就單點 又係叫乜無乜 已經好無奈 態度極差直頭想趕我地走咁 其實如果明知廚房無哂野 係咪入座前就應該同個客講聲呢? 落單態度語氣都十分差 完全趕客 睇幾個外賣客都發哂脾氣 d staff仲要大大聲鬧人 一個客係咁可能係個客西 但幾個都係咁就好明顯係餐廳問題啦 自己都做服務業 不嬲都好尊重侍應 但呢到d服務真係十分差 火都泥 講反d食物 d串燒 凍嘅 好似幾日前整定咁 個汁都係凍嘅 仲要溝到勁水烤雞 完全無特別菠蘿炒飯 屋企炒到嘅味 過得去酸辣鳳爪 味精重全晚最正常 煎蛋 最嬲果樣係 叫左碟炒椰苗 泥到得3啖 成碟好似人地食淨咁 嬲到無影相即刻退左 之後嗱嗱聲比錢走人其實我明疫情可能餐廳好難預份量 母親節人多亦會忙 但吾代表員工可能對住d客發老脾咁 態度極差 仲要吾止一個 出品又亂咁泥 呢間野永遠black list!!!!! continue reading

天水圍難得一見嘅高質泰國餐廳!同朋友搵緊晚餐嘅時候,俾門面充滿濃濃泰國色彩嘅招牌而吸引。餐廳環境非常整潔,牆上嘅方塊畫作亦都令人賞心悅目。我地以冬陰海鮮湯(細,$88)作為開首。湯底十分濃郁,用嘅都係泰國地道嘅材料黎熬製,味道酸酸地,唔係特別辣,非常開胃。配料有猛料嘅海鮮,包括原隻大頭蝦、青口、鮮魷、蟹柳等等,估唔到餐廳竟然會選用新鮮嘅大蝦,非常有良心!泰式燒烤拼盤($108),有豬、牛、雞,每款2串。串燒燒得焦焦地,非常惹味,而且肉質軟腍,唔會過硬得黎仲保番住佢嘅口感,仲可以點埋沙嗲醬一齊食~班蘭葉包雞($48),我淨係食過荷葉包雞,所以叫咗班蘭葉包雞試一試。賣相一樣都係呈三角形,雞肉紮起後更加有口感,煎香後仲脆脆地,仲有陣陣香葉嘅味道。壓軸登場嘅係臭翁草煎蛋($68),黎之前冇聽過臭翁草依個名,一直諗會係點嘅味道。同蛋一齊煎後有種淡淡嘅香草味,估唔到又幾香口。總括黎講,依度嘅泰國菜都花咗唔少創意落去,而且價錢合理,值得一試! continue reading
