To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先，沒有照片，因已食完了。 但又好想留comment 讚一讚。 外賣燒雞配飯跟餐龍眼冰。 初看會覺得飯偏多雞少，食落超好味，而且飯跟雞的份量剛好，不會食完晒雞仍有飯剩。雞腌得超入味，味濃但絕不過鹹，很有層次，燒得亦十分好，別期望燒雞是又滑又嫩，絕對不是，反而是很有口感那種。 整體我會給滿分，我真的很喜歡。

Ordered a deep fried pork rice and hot tea for lunch. Was shocked when the waitress handed over the rice. Pork was stone cold, almost taken straight from the fridge. Asked for less rice and they gave me double. The drink was ok. Environment-wise: it’s a very small shop. Feel really cramped inside. Will never go there again.

以前上班一向會到這件吃午飯，當時的炒飯和湯河都數一數二的好吃，份量也大，湯底可以選擇冬陰功、雞湯等，全都不錯！但是自從8月開始，不知道是不是換了老闆/廚師，食物質素變得很差，粉面湯底沒有味道之餘，份量更是少得驚人….

喺灣仔食晚飯起碼都要$100，呢到有一間價錢比較便宜嘅泰國餐廳，而且味道都唔錯！裏面嘅環境都算乾淨，而且有好多座位，我哋嗌咗2碗粉麵都好快上菜～豬頸肉河粉(冬陰功湯底) $50一碗嘅份量都好多，第一啖就試咗個湯底，有少少辣不過好惹味，個冬陰功湯都好好飲，而且河粉好滑，配埋冬陰功湯一齊食夠飽肚。 豬頸肉金邊粉(清雞湯底) $50豬頸肉好多好淋，雖然清雞湯比冬蔭功湯清淡，但可以食出原汁原味，適合唔食得辣嘅人嗌清雞湯～
