Introduction
The restaurant is located on the seaside of Tai Mong Tsai Beach and has indoor and outdoor seating. It serves the northern Thai dishes that are rare in the Hong Kong, such as Thai-style fragrant chicken, Salmon Joint with Lemongrass. 五月三日,一個炎熱的週末,山長水遠入去西貢。可能大部份香港人都趁着一連四天假期,加上疫情放緩,政府又放寬限聚令人數,於是入去西貢唞唞氣,所以碼頭一帶擠滿了人。有人在海鮮酒家用餐、亦有人搭船出海西貢半日遊。在碼頭逛了一會,沿着海旁漫步入去沙下村,揀了「泰道」開餐。室內裝修既不講究、也沒有明顯泰國風情;甚至有點粗獷味道,亦沒有掛上泰皇照片或畫像,以香港的泰國餐廳來說,可算罕見。餐牌款式相當多元化,香港標準泰國餐廳常見菜式差不多全部有齊:燒烤、咖喱、海鮮等等。差不多每次食泰國菜,一定會叫泰式燒豬頸肉($138)。燒豬頸肉是港式燒烤,也是香港每間泰國菜館必有菜式;印象中,反而在泰國沒有這一款燒烤,可能泰國的食肆不會將這一塊豬肉獨立切出來吧?所謂泰式,重點在於一小碟醬汁,每間泰國菜館都會自家調製。豬頸肉表面燒得夠焦香,不過,咬下去偏太軟腍,少了豬頸肉應有的彈性咬口及結實肉質。醬汁加入大量香料,酸、辣、鹹、香氣齊備,味道複雜。醬汁優於豬頸肉。鴨肉生菜包($148)的鴨肉碎很惹味,分量亦算很多;水份稍為多了一點,如果可以再乾身少少會更加好。唔知點解只得三幾片生菜,剩低很多鴨肉碎,要叫碗白飯撈飯。芒果沙冰($68)唔便宜,但又超級大杯。用新鮮芒果肉即叫即做,之後還要加入大量芒果肉。最緊要沒有加入糖水,味道純天然!其實,餐廳室外陽光普照、又有帳蓬遮蔭,加上無敵海景;如果是秋冬季節,一定大把人爭著坐在室外。但只是「如果」⋯⋯ 在30幾度高溫的炎炎夏日,實在難以容忍;唔明白點解有客人仍然願意坐在室外? continue reading

有日同埋爸一齊入西貢食媽的生日飯我好中意西貢呢間泰國餐廳係海邊, 好中意好好味, 呢間野唔錯因為呢間野的甜品都係泰國野, 個D榔汁糕, 千層糕咁, 好難話寫happy birthday定插蠟燭, 所以多數人會插係芒果糯米飯個飯到LOL-最近9月頭又去左一次疫情下閒日的生意慘淡到好恐佈, 全晚得3-4枱, 唔洗BOOK都坐到戶外海邊位啦個鴨胸蝦醬炒飯震撼左我咪蕾, 因為從來唔知鴨胸可以咁嫩滑咁好食醉人的景, 好CHILL當晚其實都係慶生, 事前同佢地同事confirm左食完哂要有甜品for 慶生, 咁落單個陣就唔落啦如果唔係事前打去做乜, 結果都係冇職員記得不過都飽到飛起, 就算了事前同我聯絡開的職員其實好盡責, 應得好快好有交帶的純粹係個晚冇人記得, 直接就比張單黎埋單, 係真係冇人記得安排左甜品冇咩客唔太忙都冇記起, 好似唔係太好 continue reading

this was my 2nd time to this restaurant, because at this moment all the other restaurants here are closed, so we just can eat here. the first time we're all foreigners, the Services and everything went smoothly, this time unfortunately the waitresses who took our order, she after wrote 2 dishes,then my wife have asked her one question of the food in mandarin,she said she can't understand Chinese!! come on, she just took our order in Chinese!! it's a very pity, the food was good, all the other waiters and waitresses were nice ,one person can harm the efforts of the entire team... continue reading

同朋友嚟西貢慶祝生日,搵到呢間泰國嘢。環境幾好、食物質素都唔錯~美中不足係我哋夜晚八點食,好多海鮮(蜆、魷魚)已經賣唒😥同埋都幾full booking,book咗8點提早7:30到得出面坐。其實對住沙灘海景幾有feel,只不過不過天氣太熱,就唯有等到8點幾坐indoors🥵芒果沙冰好大杯,三個人飲都ok🤣🤣Pad Thai就不過不失,同其他餐廳食過嘅相比唔太甜本身想嗌咖喱花甲冇晒,但青口都好好味😋平時怕辣嘅我麻麻地咖哩,但呢度嘅咖喱一啲都唔辣,餸飯一流👍🏻小食拼盤同軟殼蟹都好香好好味😋拼盤有四款嘢食,魚肉最有驚喜 continue reading

星期日3點幾,3位,唔使排隊,坐室內。去完東霸,諗住係西頁快快趣食d野,揀呢度既原因係有得泊車。星期日停車場每小時$30,係餐廳消費就每小時減$10,閒日有消費就免費。串燒沙嗲豬牛雞|$36 (2串)賣相好靚,一上桌都幾有驚喜,因為好大串。比平時泰國餐廳既串燒大好多。感覺唔慳料,同埋啱啱燒起,熱辣辣。沙嗲醬,正常味,無驚喜。泰式炒椰菜苗|$118雖然餐牌有小辣椒,不過係BB辣,少少蒜香味。泰式炒金邊粉|$118呢3粒蝦係我特登搵出黎影相😂,原本就係一pat炒粉。味道都唔差,正路。椰青|$58好大個!好正!椰汁冰|$38好甜,要溝水飲。Drunk Coconut|$88(Whiskey+coconut smoothie) 賣相一流,用椰青水加whiskey打成沙冰,好適合夏天飲,分量超多。所有野都大大碟,味道正常,食完唔會嬲(正如標題所講😂)。價錢同九龍城其實差唔多,不過呢度有海景睇,overall都抵既。但係食物既味道絕對唔會令我掛住,或者心癢癢好想再食。可以間唔中黎chill下,望住海飲杯cocktail,傾下計。餐廳係狗狗friendly。 continue reading
