嘩,今日去到元朗試咗間鐵板燒午市套餐,食物質素真係讚到爆煲!首先,Prime級安格斯牛肉丼出場,嗰三片牛肉厚切得啱啱好,煎得金黃起香,配埋濃郁嘅醬汁,口感一流,啖啖肉真係過癮到我連飯粒都撈晒!再嚟就係日本鹿兒島黑豚丼,黑豚肉嫩滑得黎保持住肉香,食落去咸香均勻,絲毫唔覺得佢會油膩,真正影響深遠!最後,日本A級鰻魚丼令人眼前一亮,鰻魚燒到皮脆肉嫩,醬汁濃郁唔膩口,完全把控得宜,令人想一次過食晒成條!食物嘅賣點唔單止係味道,仲包括現場鐵板秀!見到師傅係面前嘆雲吞火焰、指尖迅速處理食材,真係睇得我目不暇給,考驗我食完之後唔即刻鼓掌起身嘅自制力。總結,今次食驗經歷絕對唔止係填肚子咁簡單,佢喺味覺同視覺上都帶嚟一次非凡旅程,地道鐵板燒午市,值得再嚟碌幾轉!🥢😋🔥 continue reading

以前係附近返工,想係呢間好耐,今次終於有機會同朋友試下佢主廚有25年鐵板經驗,信心保証咁話。鐵板燒近期食多左,但呢個師傅既手法令我目定口呆,會唔會太強了,味道同做法都出色,仲用左秘製醬,好有心思我忍唔住不斷係咁影相,為咗就係捕捉最好嘅一刻午市主要做鐵板,價錢最平既$58蚊就有,最貴都係$158,價錢好平民👍🏻今次我地就一人叫左一個餐,分別係美國安格斯牛肉同日本A級鰻魚,師傅仲會先拎食材比我地睇,真材實料👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻美國安格斯牛肉因為佢係薄切牛黎,師傅三兩下手勢就已經要加調味然後上碗,手勢好強,食落真係好好食,加埋佢個秘製汁飯都食得曬日本A級鰻魚同平時出面食既好唔同,呢個價錢絕對控食,仲要有秘製汁,絕不是普通貨色蒲燒鰻魚,一碗有成條A級鰻魚,好多呀,仲要係厚肉,食落啖啖肉,食一半都好飽🤣🤣仲可以+$30轉定食定食有沙律,麵豉湯同甜品沙律除咗沙律菜仲有紅肉火龍果係入面架麵豉湯唔咸👍🏻👍🏻甜品當天就係泡芙整體好唔錯,野食出色,師傅又好傾有機會好想同朋友食晚市,位置唔多記得book位呀 continue reading

細個時爸爸媽媽好中意帶我同細佬去食鐵板燒,此舉更令我一度寫我的志願做廚師😅食鐵板燒實係一個視覺加味覺享受,一邊可以睇全廚師「表演」,一邊品嘗美食😍今次我地黎到元朗,食呢個性價比好高既鐵板燒👍🏻我地中午黎,兩個set lunch平均都係豬幾蚊👍🏻美國安格斯 prime 牛肉飯牛肉味好香,好嫩滑,廚師亦燒到岩岩好!雖然唔係日本和牛入口即化既級數,但對得住價錢👏🏻抵食🤩日本A級鰻魚飯廚師先用鐵板煎熟鰻魚,再以火槍火灸左表面,所以好有炭燒感,外面脆口入面香嫩,而家佢呢個鰻魚好靚,食落肥美之外,仲有爽嫩口感😋套餐仲包左前菜沙律、麵豉湯同甜品,一定夠飽🥰 continue reading

以前只有晚市的鐵板燒,現在也在做午市。這次去了一家開業13年的小店,是位於元朗雞地的日式鐵板燒,鄰近小巴站和體育館。店舖的座位有限,預先訂座會較好🙈。另可HKD$30 轉定食,有沙律、麵豉湯及是日甜品。-💥日本A級鰻魚丼 HKD$158,鰻魚大大條賣相吸引,看著用鐵板及火炙製作,感覺很治癒而且味道很香。鰻魚皮脆肉嫰肉質腍身,吃到啖啖肉是無骨的🤤。用了自家製鰻魚汁,味道濃郁香甜,不會感到咸。-💥美國安格斯(Prime級)牛肉丼 HKD$98,安格斯牛肉色澤紅潤,肥瘦適中紋理分明。肉肉以快炒方式製作,配上自家製燒汁製成。快炒可保持肉質嫰滑的口感😋,拍照時難以捕捉🤣。安格斯牛肉肉質嫰滑,而且帶點油脂和肉汁,所以感覺挺香口的🙈。- continue reading
