頭盤是螢光魷魚,之前未食過螢光魷魚,不知味道如何。上枱見其擺放精美,放一隻入可,魷魚子在口裏爆發,一陣醬爆的海鮮精華在刺激每一個味蕾,十分之好味。加埋旁邊的柚子醬,是另一種清新口味。作為「開場白」,已勝一籌。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

鐵板大蝦蝦身不算很大,但蝦很新鮮,肉質彈牙,配埋牛油忌廉汁,香甜幼滑,yummy! 蝦頭還有香甜的蝦膏,雖然不健康,還是俾我KO了。😋😋😋

之後上昆布汁鮑魚,鮑魚先在鐵板燒香,伴以昆布調較的汁,強化了海鮮的鮮味。鮑魚煎得啱啱好,十分之彈牙,很有咬口。而味道比清蒸香濃,比炆燉清淡健康,一絕。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

臨尾我以一杯香濃咖啡作結束,Honey 叫了薄荷茶。咖啡是典型日式碳燒咖啡,香醇易入口,正合我意。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Comfortable decoration and overall environment. You could overview the harbour from the curtain glass wall. The chef was nice and eager to share the cooking knowledge. The food was fresh and delicious. We chose the 10th anniversary dinner set and it was worth the price. To conclude, it was a very nice dining experience. Will definitely visit again.

朋友生日,一行四人係星期日食lunch,有位朋友想食鐵板燒,最後book咗尖沙咀呢間鐵板燒海賀,十分期待,好耐沒有食鐵板燒。夏天天氣實在太熱啊,所以我哋沒有揀選鐵板燒枱而是着一坐四人枱。餐廳喺The One 19樓,坐喺窗邊位,天氣晴朗☀️,望出窗外好靚嘅維港景色。四人叫咗兩個商務套餐,食物份量非常足夠,味道比預期中好味。前菜沙律和燉蛋,跟住係香煎鵝肝,我觀戰的外脆內軟,配上黑醋醬和特制醬汁,去除鵝肝的油膩,非常開胃,然後係鐵樣燒龍蝦,再淋上濃郁龍蝦汁,肉質鮮甜彈牙,好juicy, 亦好多蝦膏。再來另一主菜是A4和牛,切粒上碟,配上香脆子蒜片,岩鹽,黑胡椒粒,mustard 同洋蔥絲,和牛油脂十分香,亦係外層脆皮,咬落油脂充滿口腔。最後再配上鐵板炒飯和炒雜菜,雖然已經好飽,但佢被炒飯香氣吸引,最後亦KO掉。甜品係牛奶布甸,牛奶味濃郁香滑。今日對於餐廳的食物非常滿意,唯一不滿嘅係侍應嘅服務態度,事緣我哋坐的位置可能太近玻璃窗邊,成個用餐過程都十分炎熱,一直汗流浹背,同該位侍應反映, 佢亦沒有想辦法,最後我哋要求佢換枱,她竟推搪我們,只說該張台有其他客人,結果我地食完仍未見客人縱影。雖然侍應

從來去The One 19/F 都係去Harlan’s,上次經過發現19/F 最入面仲有間日本餐廳,決定今年生日飯去朝聖下~餐廳10週年有個鐵板set $680都幾抵食鵝肝不得不提, 外層煎得香脆,入口即溶,連伴碟的士多啤梨🍓都係來自日本, 勁甜🥰鮑魚好彈牙好新鮮👍🏻大蝦鮮甜爽口🍤牛排一定要加錢轉日本和牛生洋蔥一點辣味都冇, 非常清甜😋仲有其他食物都不過不失不過上菜速度略嫌太快,食得有點急,想慢慢食都好似會阻住上下一道菜咁🙈明明講左係慶祝生日,上甜品原來都冇特別生日牌之類,唔知係餐廳唔記得or其實係唔會有😅

那位女待應做得很好。即使我的銀包比以前縮了水,我還是打賞了一點小費給她和廚師
「勤有功」。

離開時在走廊才第二次見到那位經理。
我主動跟他說一句「拜拜」。
他呆一呆,說「拜拜」。
為什麼我會做主動?
因為我希望他會自省一下什麽是服務業待客之道。

兩週前吃了他們的商務午餐壽司套餐,覺得很不錯。今天帶家人去吃,但品質下降許多。無論從食材上或者味道對比兩週前感覺好像不是同一家餐廳!壽司吃起來跟迴轉壽司感覺沒有兩樣,失望至極!

The foie gras was great. It wasn't too oily and the sweetness and tartness of the strawberries and plum sauce further neutralized the occasional strong flavor of foie gras, making it a well balanced dish.

主菜有三道,大蝦道得好好,好多膏,好好食,跟香草醬都好夾。鮑魚煮得好軟身,同時亦都好有咬口,一定要讚你讚佢個黑松露汁,非常之惹味。之後就是頂級美國牛,雖然有少少近,但係煎得好香,熟度亦剛剛好,牛味很重。

熟食最後還有一個炒飯和湯,如果飯再乾身點就更好,湯就係普通麵豉湯。

甜品方面,有兩個選擇,士多啤梨配牛奶雪糕,黑糖sorbet 配抹茶啫喱,兩個都好味,我個人喜歡士多啤梨的多一點,之後還送了一份蛋糕給我。

整體來說,我覺得水準比以前好,性價比高,喜歡鐵板燒的朋友可以來試一試。
