銅鑼灣真係好多嘢食,呢排朋友介紹我去左依一間餐廳,佢除咗omakase之外,亦都有唔同嘅和風菜式可以選擇。首先我即刻叫咗一份大嘅開胃小食 ($120),內有有炸龍蝦丸,螺肉等,非常之好食,亦都好開胃。然後我哋叫咗兩個海鮮嘅菜式。包括炸甘鯛 ($150),魚嘅外皮揸到非常之脆,而魚肉依然鮮嫩多汁。仲有銀鱈魚西京燒 ($260),西京燒嘅味道比較重,而鱈魚嘅魚肉一樣咁滑。最後仲叫左一個麵豉汁牛舌 ($100),雖然係牛舌,但都煮到好似其他部位嘅牛肉咁軟腍,現麵豉汁嘅味道相當濃,隔離仲有蔥花同埋洋蔥等作為配菜。佢嘅醬汁非常之適合撈飯,所以我哋額外要咗一個白飯,非常合適。飲品方面,由於我哋都唔飲酒,所以我哋叫咗兩個Coke Zero,店員仲額外準備咗一杯冰,服務非常之好。 continue reading
