To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上個禮拜六同外國朋友去幫襯，我嗌咗杯珍珠鮮奶綠，講明要走冰微甜，店員黑口黑面，仲要兩次出錯（有冰、少甜），上一秒講完嘅嘢下一秒都可以做錯，態度差，飲嗰陣時個味道仲要係冇我喺其他分店飲嗰種味道！

好多年前已經嘅天仁茗茶嘅fans 經過尖沙咀飲吓囉，不嬲覺得佢哋公司水準係有保證但無奈原來尖沙咀呢間係咁難飲啲奶好似溝咗水，咁超級稀，冇奶味亦都冇茶味，真係一杯廢水。。。唔知飲咗啲乜。。。唔想話佢偷工減料，但個味的確係非常之淡。希望呢間分店嘅員工檢討吓明明其他分店唔係呢種味。都OK失望。
