To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日中午，心血來潮，請侄仔飲珍奶。我企係門口等緊侄仔的時候，間店冇客人，店內就有三個職員，兩男一女，佢地傾偈都係好自然的事，但中間夾雜超多粗口……侄仔黎到，我去落單時，前面有個女客人，佢落單之後，將找贖的錢放入銀包，個女店員就勁大聲喝一句：「下一位！」雖然我就係下一位客人，但就覺得店員唔駛咁嘅態度囉，咁大聲咁趕真係嚇親大家。我落完單，企埋一邊等，呢個時候都陸續有其他客人，點知幾個店員仲係大聲傾偈加講粗口……令人好難受……點知侄仔從容不迫咁講左一句：「呢間不嬲係咁架喎，唔好咁高要求。」

這次歎的天仁茗茶鐵觀音雪糕，真係一試難忘呀！雪糕入口先感覺到嘅係一股清新嘅茶香，香港街頭少有，正宗嘅鐵觀音味，夠哂特別。質感方面，雪糕好滑，細膩得嚟又唔會太重奶味，清爽嘅茶香跟住嚟，咬落去仲有茶葉渣渣嘅微微口感，好過癮。🍦🌱😋係好多選擇之中，鐵觀音味最吸引我，佢哋仲有抹茶同奶茶味，但我覺得試新嘢就要試最特別嘅！店員話雪糕係用真茶葉磨製而成，所以每啖都咬到茶葉碎，感受到茶的純粹。而且，雖然味道濃郁，但食完之後又唔覺膩，消暑得嚟仲可以享受到茶嘅回甘，噴香得滯！這個夏日，想食啲清新唔膩口嘅，就真係要嚟嘗下天仁嘅茶香雪糕！🍨💚👍

本身買左珍珠四季烏龍奶茶三分甜，珍珠超級淋，冇乜咬口，個奶茶淡到好似奶水，完全冇四季烏龍嘅味。同埋嗌咗3分糖，一飲落去完全冇甜味好似冇糖，所以就麻煩店員換左杯，但情況一樣冇變。。最後加咗少少錢換另一款，以為會好啲，平時都飲開，冇諗過連柳橙綠都一樣咁難飲，好失望。

坊間好多唔同嘅台式飲品店，而太古城中心誠品裏面既天仁茗茶一直係我最鍾意嘅一間。天仁茗茶嘅茶底係永遠唔會令人失望，雖然有咁多間分店，但係大部份都維持水平得好好。今次飲咗胭脂紅茶，再去附近嘅舊式餅店買咗個蛋撻，回家簡單的享受。

I always buy their drinks as it’s really near my home. I tried bubble tea, bubble milk and grass jelly milk tea. I love all of them!Their “bubbles” (tapioca balls) are really chewy and you can feel a hint of brown sugar in it. The grass jelly is crisp, slightly sweet and has an aroma of tea leaves.One great thing about this chain is that you can choose the level of sweetness and iciness, so if you’re not into cloyingly sweet beverages, remember to tell your staff while ordering!
