沙律羽衣甘藍~有幾粒帆立貝仔,味道配搭剛好一小碗,和蟹子粟米沙律,味道鮮甜爽口,非常開胃啊!仲有一碗支豆添。

We ordered 2 set dinners one was priced at 298 another one was at 498. Both sets had the salad to start which is nice and refreshing. On the more expensive set another starter was served and it is really delicately made. It came in a long dish with 3 things, I was told to eat them in a particular order. The tofu with ginger and edamame, then the daikon radish with citrus finally a seaweed salad in a vinegary dressing. They were great and set me up with more food. The sashimi that was served after was very good, the geoduck was my favorite. Then four types of sushi was served all excellent and I liked the uni the best just very very fresh. Before the hot dishes was served I was given some pickled cherry tomatoes to cleanse my platelet, the special thing was that it was pickled in grape juice making is very interesting. I choose the wagyu steak rice bowl from the 298 dollars set. That is a very pleasant surprise. The beef was very tender and very tasty some of the best steaks I had. Grilled shrimp was very fresh as well the meat is nice and firm and it was grilled to perfection with a great charr on the outside. Then a very interesting dish which I am guessing is a fusion thing. It was pork braised knuckles with daikon. To end it all we were served some green tea ice cream with red beans on the side. A great ending to a Japanese feast.

很久沒有來觀塘吃飯,之前來過這間餐廳覺得他們的食物很高質,所以今次相約了好朋友再來這裡吃晚飯!由於疫情的關係,平日很多人的餐廳也變得比較平靜,餐廳很好的在門口位置放了消毒搓手液,非常乾淨衛生!餐牌跟以前有所不同,晚市也有定食可以選擇!定食包括有前菜、茶碗蒸、味噌湯和甜品!前菜是枝豆,煮得剛剛好,也有落鹽調味!茶碗蒸內有魚片,蛋肉嫩滑!慢煮雞扒定食,慢煮雞扒雞肉嫩滑,而且都多肉汁,飯中還加入日式醃菜和紫菜,令飯和雞扒的味道更惹味!味噌湯內有蜆肉,味道剛剛好,唔會太咸或太淡!甜品是雪米糍,還要是我最愛的紫薯味,很滿足呢!定食的份量都很大份,食完一份都很飽了!

日本菜向來是港人們的最愛,今次則去到了位於觀塘的掌壽司食lunch。今次我點的是壽司六點配和牛稻庭烏冬,分別有時令鮮魚,油甘魚,三文魚,帆立貝等等,據說是店長精選的魚類推介,選菜時亦考慮了港人的喜好等而選出。壽司六點相當出色,其中令我印象最深刻的是油甘魚,魚油相當香濃,配上調味恰當的壽司醋飯,兩者的結合再加上壽司師傅的手工,令整體味道更上一層樓。和牛稻庭烏冬亦相當出色,黃牛用火槍灼燒過,把油脂逼出,色香味俱全,配上使用豬骨濃湯湯底的烏冬,更上一層樓。
