中環這間〈瀧〉真系超正!菜式,食材,味道,都充滿驚喜!食了吾少以前從未試過的 - 子持帶卵魷魚,慢煮和王和牛肩,冷面(非常清爽彈牙),炸(45-60分鐘)鹿兒島番薯配白蘭地加砂糖,杏仁豆腐 (Sorry, 菜式的名字已經忘記得七七八八 😅)!實在太好味了!Services 也好到位,廚師或waitor 講解每到菜式和建議如何品嘗。主廚陳師傅很好客,有問必答,樂意去分享心得和見解。折後HKD 1400 每位,真系值,比米芝蓮三星的〈志魂〉有過之而無不及,(環境和廚師工作檯位除外) 😁 continue reading

非常推介位於中環的這間天婦羅餐廳,喜歡食天婦羅的朋千萬不要錯過。我對上一次食天婦羅已經是在尖沙咀四季菊,一直搵唔到比佢更出色的。當然我認為瀧也只是能與四季菊平分秋色,但價錢肯定是瀧比較優勝。當天吃了他們的lunch set, 我點的是他們家的全海鮮天婦羅丼,因為我自己除了紫蘇葉天婦羅,對於其他蔬菜天婦羅都沒興趣,三百元的天婦羅丼,竟然份量這麼多,有點懷疑可以兩個人享用一個。天婦羅蝦和魚炸得很脆很好食,有點讓我想起日本的天婦羅。 continue reading

今日在中環流連,小鬼突然好想食日本嘅 OMAKASE ,於是立即上OpenRice搜尋,我們睇過見到這間 「瀧」好似不錯咁立即就用 OpenRice 訂位,電話都不用打非常方便。這裡有獨立檯或者吧檯位,我們選擇較靜的雅座。我哋叫左二個餐都係炸物,新徵頭就放縱一下自己喇!前菜嫩滑豆腐、日本清甜軟綿番薯及魚仔合桃。刺身😍鯛魚同赤貝都非常鮮甜爽口,吞拿魚腩脂香肥美。天婦羅蝦天婦羅要先品嘗蝦頭,炸得酥香鬆脆,再食蝦身爽口彈牙。😋另下墨魚頭爽口軟彈有嚼勁,滋味難忘。食事天婦羅炸物蓋飯,用了蝦粒,青瓜粒同粟米芯切粒脆炸相當豐富,不過我較欣賞飯底,香甜醬油加軟糯日本米做飯,食得我津津有味。😍甜品完美的一餐😋用左一個半小時食到飽飽,還好不是太油膩。😂 continue reading

又係生日飯,有好朋友和小編慶祝生日🎂,好朋友選擇咗一間日本菜同我一齊食!一開始入到店內覺得漆黑一片,全店用咗好多黑色so cool我哋先來一個清酒先,清酒選擇唔多價錢高一點點,如果以中環核心區就差唔多啦,因為要同佢交租!先來頭盤師傅有心機整嘅鵪鶉蛋,先將日本鵪鶉蛋篤窿去蛋黃,然後再將明太子塞返入去蛋殼內,賣相特別。日本番薯超甜😋,燒日本銀杏皮脆、火候掌握得好好😋刺身:有三款,入秋後最肥美莫過於秋刀魚,但今晚呢個秋刀魚有一點醒有點失色!吞拿魚夠肥美但唔知點解有啲筋,也要扣分👎🏻天婦羅:整體係炸得好好嘅特別係天婦羅蝦頭爽脆👍🏻👍🏻!順帶一提,佢哋嘅蘿蔔汁用咗兩種唔同嘅蘿蔔去調教出嚟,侍應生還會幫你添加👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻煮食:細心嘅師傅特別挑選蔬菜類來平衡全晚咁多肉類! 就係用咗一件蘿蔔👍🏻主菜:法國黃油雞卷,用咗最滑嘅雞髀肉,醬汁恰當好味又唔太鹹😋😋😋朋友嗰一set加錢轉和牛,反而味道一般,都係充滿油膏,可能我自己唔鍾意食咁肥膩嘅嘢麵:梅子素麵,食完呢個面真係超級飽!梅子味道十足,仲要加埋梅子冰,完全係幫助去肥膩😋 continue reading
