Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日都好鍾意同朋友嚟茶木,不過去親都大排長龍,好難先食到,今日難得早啲去到攞位,終於食到啦!朋友話呢度嘅話梅粉地瓜條好好味,地瓜又即係蕃薯,雖然我平時唔好食蕃薯,不過食落又真係唔係好似蕃薯,有啲似著條🍟,帶少少甜味,上面曬滿話梅粉,酸酸甜甜,好開胃,令人越食越想食,又香又脆,最後我都食左大半兜,朋友果然無介紹錯。呢度有我至愛嘅蚵嗲肉碎泡飯🤩,啲蚵仔又大又肥美,蚵仔份量足夠,做到一啖飯一口蚵仔,泡飯加埋芫茜嘅香味,成碗泡飯都充滿住芫茜香味。嚟到茶木真係不得不點紅燒牛肉麵,啲湯真係無得頂,個湯夠濃,紅燒牛肉滑嫩,入口即化,麵條煙韌彈牙,蘿蔔夠淋,超讚!夏日炎炎飲番杯西瓜柳丁蘆薈,至高享受,好冰凍,仲有粒粒蘆薈,絕對係消暑佳品。朋友就係朱古力控🍫,呢杯巧克力火山就岩晒佢,面頭有cream 同可可脆,入面仲有啲朱古力粉,多從口感,層次感豐富!近年都好流行食戚風蛋糕,估唔到呢度都有得食,海鹽戚風蛋糕鬆軟🍰,面頭有cream有鹽味,有個倒轉嘅朱古力甜筒、有杏仁片、爆谷好甜🍿好脆,伴碟有可可粉同埋花瓣🌸🌼,入面仲有啲珍珠,成個蛋糕好多種唔同口味,係咪見到都流晒口水呢。食埋個甜品真係非常之飽,好滿足嘅一餐! continue reading

位於旺角瓊華中心10樓的茶木•台式休閒餐廳,主打台灣菜。這間分店全層也是茶木,面積十分廣闊,今次坐在近窗口的位置。正值下午茶時分,所以和朋友點了些小吃。甜蜜溏心蛋拼芝心雞翅來到了。蛋黃還是半凝固狀態,口感十分滑溜,用特製醬汁來滷蛋,味道鹹鹹香香。芝心雞翅即是釀雞翼,雞翼外皮煎成金黃色,賣相誘人。裡面的配料有半溶的芝士、蘑菇片,和雞肉同吃,整體口感和味道也頗豐富,充滿層次。滷肉燥刈包 - 這款小食是朋友點的。刈包又名割包,是台灣當地的特色小吃。鹹鹹香香的滷肉配上鬆軟的刈包,當中還夾了兩片青瓜,令整體感覺更清新。朋友很喜歡旁邊的炸地瓜條,面頭撒了少許酸梅粉,味道又酸又甜,炸得脆卜卜。飲品則點了熱的黑糖冬瓜茶,這款冬瓜茶味道相對天然清新,不會過甜。另一款為台式酸梅冰,味道開胃冰爽,不會太過甜。 continue reading

今日出旺角shopping,行了大半天, 買了一些運動服飾 ,收穫豐富。行到攰又係時候揾間舒服嘅餐廳醫醫肚, 眼前瓊華中心食肆多的是,就入去大堂look look有什麽好食,一看見到這間台式茶木餐廳,就决定食了。這間茶木都好大間, 座位又多,當中靠近窗邊的卡位又濶落,啱哂我邊食邊傾。餐牌款式其多, 圖片又精美吸引,好不容易才揸定主意點餐。Teawood三小碟, 溏心蛋、醉雞和台式豬血糕、台式烤夫, 特別的食。 最欣賞的醉雞,肉質嫩滑而酒味香醇,肶肉肉厚又入味。豬血糕和烤夫都好辣口,口感以烤夫為佳。而溏心蛋色香味美,也不錯。紅燒半筋半腩牛肚麵, 好香的一道湯麵。 當中主角牛筋牛腩超軟淋, 容易咬口, 香濃的牛腩味, 味道確實不錯。而非常入味的湯底, 配上闊條的面身,咬口爽彈,正。芝心雞翅, 賣相好吸引, 香氣撲鼻, 店員剛放下不久 ,我便忍不住馬上放入口,味道惹味。而雞翼皮特別香脆, 加上肉質入面配合了芝士和蘑菇,滋味滿足。海鹽珍珠奶蓋岩漿蛋糕, 茶木最近流行的主打甜品,因為有姜濤號召, 賣相又吸引, 蛋糕口感軟綿綿好有彈性,甜甜地又唔太膩,配上朱古力甜筒和大量杏仁片,好食。芒果沙冰,凍凉解渴怡神,飲落芒果香甜,好fresh。而紫薯奶蓋, 味道幼滑香濃, 質感好creamy。 continue reading

很久沒吃茶木了🍴,茶木是台灣過江龍,係香港🇭🇰經營多年質素有保證,剛好係附近睇電影🎬就決定係到食左野先再出發。剛好下班時間🤗人吾算多,裝潢以台灣樹木🌲做主題,別具特色。我地安排左係卡位,坐得都幾舒服,不過擡同檯之間好近,傾計隔離檯好易聽到😂食物款式眾多,小食,主菜,甜品等,餐單上既圖片吸引😍話梅粉地瓜條🍠(HKD 31): 地瓜條炸得金黃酥脆,食落香口,外脆內軟,味道本身已經好香甜,再加埋酸酸甜甜嘅話梅粉,既可中和炸物嘅油膩感,又可令到地瓜條更加酸甜開胃!蚵嗲肉碎泡飯 (HKD 82) : 蚵嗲大大隻好飽滿,肉質肥美嫩滑,而目份量仲要好多! 配上蝦米🦐香菇,整個湯底有陣濃濃柯仔鮮味,價得一試👍🏽另外,叫左兩款清爽解渴飲品🥤:西瓜柳丁蘆薈(HKD 39):炎炎夏天飲呢杯西瓜沙冰真係超清涼🥤頂層嘅粒粒蘆薈,增加口感,仲有陣橙味, 同西瓜都幾配合,清新😚巧克力🍫火山🌋(HKD 39): 濃濃朱古力🍫味,頂層有豐厚既忌廉,就如火山🌋配上朱古力脆脆係面,賣相一流,味道吾錯🤤海鹽奶蓋戚風蛋糕 (HKD 88): 係升降機入面都見到姜濤賣既新甜品廣告🍰,所以今次冇叫到我的最愛蜜糖磚塊。 決定叫近來流行着芝士奶蓋蛋糕,平時芝士奶蓋奶茶飲得多,放落蛋糕都好Match!😍濃濃的芝士層加在蛋糕上,入口順滑。咸香的芝士跟珍珠的甜搭配得剛剛好,不甜不膩,朱古力雪糕🍦連CONE放係喺上層正中位置,朱古力味濃而且個CONE好脆口,戚風蛋糕軟綿綿有彈性,海鹽奶蓋少少咸,質感好creamy,切開蛋糕裡面原來仲有珍珠!配上杏仁片同瑰玖片,感覺新鮮有趣🙆🏻‍♀️好好味,大愛😍而且擺盤都花左心思,用阿華田粉寫上「TEAWOOD」同畫上枝葉🌿,睇得又食得👍🏽 continue reading
