今日本來一早睇下劉興記有無早餐,但原來要11點至開門,咪系附近搵食,行過哩間,之前應該系我午餐wish list,睇到佢早餐牌價錢幾合理,加埋有牛仔骨幾特別,咪入去坐。環境—舖頭吾大,外面睇好似黑麻麻,感覺吾好,入去又OK喔,仲幾乾淨。—卡位幾大,但如果中間方檯有客就比較逼味道— 所有野都估計無整定,所以好新鮮,但就系要等—味道中上服務— 可能舖頭細,得一個伙計,但招呼都OK。抵食— 雖然豬趴牛仔骨比其他茶餐廳細小小,但有另外兩種配餸,同樣價錢我覺得咁好d.豬趴米( 4分)— 豬趴系帶小肥,所以咬落吾會鞋同實牛仔骨河粉 (3分)— 可以有3分主要系因為好似未見過早餐有牛仔骨— 味道應該系黑椒,分量比豬趴少,炸得比較乾,所以比較硬。無乜牛味。炒雙蛋面包(4分)—分量夠大,—炒得剛剛熟,—麵包好軟熟。咖啡同鴛鴦(2分)—哩個餐飲就真系吾得啦!拉底整體分數,可惜啊。 continue reading

留港消費,支持香港食肆,點知中左伏。第一次幫襯呢間鋪頭夜晚叫外賣。先講土豆絲,盛惠$100,呢個價錢既土豆絲係咁既樣,突然發覺自己變左水魚。燒饅魚,完全食唔到落肚,腥味既極至,食落似去隔離買條急凍饅魚叮返熱比你咁款。4個人加加埋埋其他野,埋單成千蚊,完全唔值,性價比係零。係零呀!!!我覺得呢啲冇誠意做既餐廳嚴重破壞哂香港食肆既形象。有圖有真相,我唔知佢其他菜式如何,但我叫左呢幾樣就知呢間餐廳既質素同誠意去到邊到,大家請三思!! continue reading

呀〜唔該哂跟手引介我嚟呢間川菜嘅樂園!係荃灣嚟嘅天然好味道真係唔講嘢。🔥🍴好似呢個鮮藤椒雞飯咁,啖啖肉食落去真係好入味,雞肉滑嫩得黎唔油膩,同埋個藤椒汁麻香夾硬,哎喲,嗜辣嘅我食得好過癮!😋 再嚟個檸檬嫩滑酸菜魚飯,啲黑魚滑到出奇,感覺得到啲肉質彈牙,湯底帶咗檸檬清新嘅酸味,同埋傳統酸菜完美融合,就係檸檬偏重手咗點,影響咗酸菜魚嘅原味。不過,都係媲美大廚嘅手藝!👏雖然叫唔到烤原條清江魚,但隔籬嗰枱客食緊,見到佢哋好滿足咁一邊煮一邊食,感覺嗰個香味居然過嚟撩撥咗我嘅味蕾,下次一定要嚟試!🐟🔥 總之,呢件川菜餐廳真心推介,食物賣相同味道都一流,整體感受好滿足!而家食多咗,見到真材實料嘅手藝仲係存在,開心到飛起!👍🙌⭐ continue reading

和味煮意分咗港式午餐,一般大路碟頭飯同比較有特色嘅川味午餐。😁😁鮮藤椒雞飯 $52🐥🐥藤椒醬汁做得出色,做到川菜要求嘅鮮香椒麻。藤椒油搭配芝麻,鮮藤椒,辣椒及醬油等,製成靈魂藤椒汁,偏麻但辣度只是微辣水平。雞肉嫩滑但偏清淡,藤椒汁賦予雞件新生命。個汁係重點, 撈麵相信亦會非常好味🤗🤗🤗😜❗檸檬嫩滑酸菜魚飯 $74🐟🐟平時見嘅都係酸菜魚或者水煮魚, 檸檬酸菜魚估唔到都有驚喜。黑魚本身Q彈可口, 特別係魚皮竟然有食脆肉鯇魚皮嘅感覺。檸檬湯底入口感覺清新, 同比較重口味嘅湯底都好夾,可惜檸檬味太重,搶咗酸菜及湯底應有嘅味道, 相信稍作調整會更好👍🏻👍🏻🥳見到隔離枱點咗烤原條清江魚連石油氣爐上,午市都係$98, 抵食!🤤🤤 continue reading
