一早聽聞呢間d餅幾好食,今次終於有機會試下🍰香橙伯爵茶撻本身已經對伯爵茶屬於極鐘愛程度,一見到呢個key term即刻心心眼😍二話不說揀左佢呢個撻可以話係驚喜十足🤤有三重口感👍🏻第一啖食外圍,伯爵茶味極濃,香到癲左👍🏻第二啖食餅底,餅底結實而脆,而且似乎係焗過,而唔係平時出面食到只需要冷藏的餅底,咬落會有淡淡曲奇餅的香脆味道👍🏻第三啖食中心,中心位置夾左類似橙味果jam,而且會食到有果肉,mix埋伯爵茶味甜度岩岩好~呢個cake的味道完全超越之前食過的散水餅,極好食藥比一百分💯,再加上頂頭仲有一舊橙做裝飾,食得又睇得,散水餅真心推薦呢個~ continue reading

今日朋友請食甜品,有驚喜!黑芝麻抹茶撻上層係抹茶mousse,抹茶味濃到恰到好處,帶有回甘。而撻中間則有芝麻流心&蛋糕,芝麻味十分香濃,但又唔會過甜。而撻底係曲奇餅底,既結實又鬆脫脆,一口咬落去唔會碎開曬。整個配搭真係perfect,值得再試! continue reading

和朋友在上環瞎逛,偶然路過這間專售法式tart 的小店,覺得裝潢挺新穎有趣,便進去看看。店內有一面掛滿了明星親筆簽名的牆,不乏外國歌星、名人,更有本地的美心妹妹呢!熱情好客的法國型男Thibaut以帶點口音,但不難聽得懂的英文補充説:「Leon Lai (黎明) 和 Giordano的founder Jimmy Lai (黎智英)都曾光顧呢!」他們設有自家廚房,就在收銀櫃後方,每天新鮮人手製造。櫥窗裏擺放着九款tart,全部賣相精緻。和朋友商量後,決定點四款來試試。型男Thibaut除了幫我們把撻切開,更體貼地為我們遞上餐巾紙,他說直接用手吃是最好的,用餐具反而礙事。也是呢,就像我們香港人吃蛋撻不會用刀叉一樣。他更建議我們根據不同的口味來決定享用的次序,由淡口味的到濃味的,再到清新的,足見他的講究和認真,態度一絲不苟。法式咖啡忌廉布丁撻($45)店內的best seller,custard軟滑,餅底硬且脆,層次豐富,邊咀嚼邊滲出淡淡的咖啡香,真令人驚喜!黑芝麻抹茶撻($45)這款也長期熱賣,我們幸運地買了最後一件。黑芝麻和抹茶的配合絕佳,兩者的濃度相約,但如果你是抹茶愛好者,也許會稍嫌抹茶味不夠突出呢。覆盆子巧克力撻($45)巧克力味道非常濃郁,中間有一層薄薄的raspberry 醬,Thibaut手舞足蹈地說raspberry是用以中和濃烈的巧克力,是經過精心思量的產物。檸檬榛子朱古力撻($45)這款最為清新的留待最後享用。初嚐一口,味道還挺酸的,但朋友說對她來說剛剛好,所以很視乎個人口味。這裏的tart不但賣相精美,而且吃得出用料講究、製作認真。不論是撻底、果醬、忌廉,抑或海綿蛋糕,盡見法國男的匠心獨運,絕對是「實力tart」。最較人驚喜的是,我們吃了這麼多,卻沒有一點飽滯的感覺,真正做到甜而不膩。 continue reading
