Introducing to you all one of my favourite pastry shop in Hong Kong - 𝚃𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚎𝚜 & 𝙿𝚘𝚙 🧁🍫 I first got introduced to their French tarts back as a farewell celebration, and I was deeply attracted to their mini sized tarts, and of course to their iconic boxes as well - orange does catch my eye as well as those playful dots 🤗 They offered a great variety of flavours for individual tarts, ranging from my favourite sesame matcha (a MUST try!) to orange earl grey (loved that tinge of orange which went really well with the earl grey taste). If you’re looking for a taste of different pieces or for sharing, I would totally recommend getting the Mini Tartes Box which includes 16 mini tartes with 5 different flavours - bite sized and already enough to make you crave for another one 😋

呢間Tart 會定期出唔同既款式, 除左細細個之外亦都有大大個生日Tart可以訂嫁😍 佢個包裝都好可愛, 每個細Tart都會用個細盒裝住, 之後再用一個巨型既盒裝住三個細Tart, 有啲似俄羅斯娃娃咁😂香橙伯爵茶撻🍊($48)香橙同伯爵茶既味夾得黎又幾濃郁, 慕絲既部分相當幼滑, 面頭放左一塊橙肉, 呢個係清新之選☺️黑芝麻抹茶撻🍵($48)呢個組合絕對係冇得輸, 抹茶既味濃得黎又唔會苦澀, 加埋芝麻既餡係好夾仲要好濃味, 超好食😋新鮮青檸撻🍋($48)呢個絕對係食完飯食都唔會覺得有負擔, 佢個青檸味好濃好refreshing, 再配埋啲蛋白整既粒粒酸酸甜甜好好食, 食完會想再食多件😍估唔到呢間tart會咁有驚喜, 有機會都會想去舖頭度親自睇下再試埋其他味🤩

今日同事明明唔係走只係想請我地食餅咁簡單佢話呢間好出名經開上環就買返嚟Raspberry Chocolate Tarte 食落去有好濃郁嘅朱古力味😋而且係超級creamy 朱古力配上Raspberry醬酸酸甜甜咁樣 口感好特別而本身個朱古力蛋糕口感幼滑香醇另一個我唔記得咗叫咩名類似栗子撻咁嘅款食落去口感都係栗子蓉 但係感覺唔夾 同埋唔好食

第一次試好有驚喜！試左三個口味都好鐘意，全部撻底都好香好鬆化，不過細個左小小，每次一人可以食兩個，價錢相對高，不過真係好好食！😍香橙伯爵茶撻香橙同伯爵茶比例岩岩好，唔會搶左對方既味道，最鐘意食呢個！🥰法式咖啡忌廉布丁撻咖啡平衡左甜味，咖啡味勁濃，一樣好好食呀🥰黑芝麻抹茶撻呢款最出名，最頂既抹茶超級濃，如果唔鍾意抹茶苦味就唔岩啦，不過我本身對黑芝麻一般，加埋食有小小咸香😆$48 1個味道 | ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️抵食 |❤️❤️❤️❤️環境 | 服務 | ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️推薦 | ❤️❤️❤️❤️5個❤️為滿分

Long time no afternoon tea. Got a tart from this Tartes & Pop. It was a treat from one of my colleagues and the official price on its website is $48. Hazelnut tarteThe following is the official description on its website:"With its silky hazelnut cream surrounding a decadent praline hazelnut paste, nestled atop an almond crumble base, it's a simple yet delicious tarte. Topped with caramelized hazelnut and swirls of praline caramel, this tarte is a dream come true for hazelnut lovers"First of all, it was nicely packed individually by paper! Very good hygiene. After opening the packaging, it actually looked a bit smaller than expected to me.On top of quite a thick bottom layer of an almond crumble base, there were 2 layers of hazelnut cream and praline hazelnut paste respectively, which were so cold to the mouth. The almond crumble and hazelnut enhanced the texture of the tart. Flavour-wise it was quite rich in hazelnut. It was quite delicious. That said, the official price of $48 was a bit high given the size. I believe there should be some discount for bulk purchase. So overall an OK when discounted by price.
