每次搭巴士經過都好想試。今天剛好在上環晚飯又未夠鐘,便與友人來吃個飯前甜品。 白色加橙色的裝修非常搶眼,入黑後更加奪目。 Tartes & Pop由2位熱愛法式餡餅的法國人開設,希望為香港帶來美味的法式餡餅,所以材料也有法國直送。 空間感大,非常寬敞。甜品店以take away/到會為主,但也設有數張高椅,讓客人堂食。 撻的款式蠻多,而且很特別,每款都想試呢⋯⋯ 但我們太晚去了,有些撻已經賣完。想知道全部款式,可以上他們的網頁看看。 話明食甜品係第二個胃,當然不會留肚吃正餐 店員說這款是夏季限定的Mojito味,才新出幾天。 面層是幼滑的椰子mousse,中間夾著mojito汁,然後一層薄薄海綿蛋糕加脆脆餅底。Topping還有椰果、椰子cube,一咬下去,口感既分明又豐富。 平時少喝Mojito,因為不喜歡它的青草味,但這個Mojito Tarte我大愛呢! 味道非常清新,把夏天的悶熱感一掃而空。最喜歡是中間的mojito汁,份量不多不少,與椰子mousse配搭完美。 我很愛吃Earl Grey味的東西,但不太愛橙味甜品,所以有點猶豫。既然朋友想試,就一起吃吧。 Earl Grey mousse茶味夠濃,吃一口後,茶味仍在口中縈繞。中間是橙醬汁,還加了點點橙皮,讓橙味更濃烈。 2種味道平衡得宜,雖然我不愛橙味甜品,也覺得不錯。 Lemon Gianduja顧名思義是檸檬撻加Gianduja朱古力topping。Gianduja是來自意大利的榛子朱古力,口感幼滑。 檸檬撻酸中帶甜、餡料幼滑,非常醒胃、消滯。用來做飯後甜品,絕對不會又飽又滯。 用這個Lemon Gianduja結束我們的甜品時間再去食正餐,最適合不過。 預期畀幾十元吃件連鎖店的蛋糕,我寧願選Tartes & Pop。 後記:原來可以online order,還可選送貨/門市pick up。下次online先選,就不怕想吃的口味賣完了。 continue reading

今日活動結束之後同朋友行返出大街諗住搭車返屋企既時候,我地見到呢間“Tartes & Pops”身為正宗小甜魔既我,之前見到其他人出post同雜誌介紹既時候都好想試,不過 一直都“的”唔起心肝搵人陪我走入嚟上環食撻今日同埋同事一齊見到啵,咁就當然要拉佢入黎陪我啦店内 牆身張貼滿雜誌嘅報導、CD cover同歌手嘅簽名,難怪要店名上有“Pop”啦,相信店主係一個音樂迷呀當中有九款不同味道既法式撻,每款都外觀精緻,好難揀呀好彩有型仔店主為我地介紹每款撻既特色同味道,原來佢地除左抹茶撻用上日本進口既抹茶粉外,其餘既食材全部都係用返法國既原料架難得黎到,我地就一口氣揀左三款大家都想試既口味一齊share黎食 揀好之後我地就坐係店內既高椅上面,型仔店主好快就為我地奉上用“黑膠碟”盛載住既三小撻果然係貫徹佢哋pop music嘅主題呀店主知道我地想share黎食,所以等我地影完相之後仲好主動咁幫我地將甜撻一分為二,更細心問我地需唔需要熱茶原來大廚希望我地用正宗既食法品嘗佢地既出品,所以無提供任何匙羹或者叉俾食客!因為正宗既食法係要用手拎起再一口咬到底,用左匙羹或者叉會好容易破壞到佢地既外觀,亦未必可以一口品嚐到撻既層次感我地先食相對較淡味既“Strawberry Vanilla Tarte ”HKd$45香脆既crumble撻底上面有香濃幼滑既vailla mouse, 中間同撻面夾住新鮮草莓同jelly~草莓既酸甜同雲尼拿既濃滑平衡得剛剛好之後就是型仔店主所推介會比較清新嘅seasonal flavor “Mojito Mocktail Tarte”HKd$50店主的確無介紹錯,撻底同樣香脆,而青檸同薄荷混合之後,酸度十足,清新無比撻面既青檸啫喱粒同青檸mouse粒粒更令此撻多加一種層次食完清新既Mojito Mocktail Tarte清左口腔之後,最後就試埋味道最濃郁同最期待嘅“Sesame Match Tarte”HKd$45呢款撻係呢度既人氣之選,果然無令我地失望,香醇既抹茶加上濃郁既黑芝麻,估唔到兩者咁合拍難怪會咁受歡迎啦既可以食到咁高質素既tarte,又有型男店主親切細心既招待,當然值得用上5分鐘以上既時間黎支持"Tartes & Pop"啦 continue reading

This is a French tarte shop located inSheung Wan, just opposite to Western Market (西港城). It’s convenient in terms of location.I never tried French tarte before, to mysurprise, it is crispy and is a good choice for dessert in the afternoon.Today I walked by in the evening when I wasvery hungry, and I ate 3 tarts by myself at one time!!!There are 9 choices of the day (pricingbetween $45 - $50), and I chose the following 3:Coffee crème brûlée tarte ($45)I like this one among all cos I’m crème brûléelover. It has a sponge cake in the middle which keeps the tarte taste crispyand not too soft. I just can’t resist of finishing it in one bite!Mojito Mocktail tarte ($50)It’s the seasonal tarte which has crumblebase with malt. The little sour flavor comes from Mint Mojito sauce and Mintcream, on top of the tarte there is Lime Mousse and Lime Jelly. It’s arefreshing choice if you like a little bit sour flavor!Orange earl grey tarte ($45)The crumble base is just fit for the creamytexture, with orange jam and earl grey cream in between, and orange purée +orange slice on top. It tastes the richest among all.PS: The handsome shop-owner told me thatall the ingredients are imported from France, except the Green Tea from Uji.Next time I must try another famous item Sesame Matcha tarte when I go toSheung Wan district again!There’s mid-autumn edition Moon Tarts, lookquite interesting as well  continue reading

早已聽聞這上環小店的大名,皆因其法式撻經常在中午就已經被附近的OL搶購一空,十分受歡迎。為了不想撲空,我和朋友特意在12時正就先來這兒買撻,款式尚算齊全,每款味道都特別見用心。幸好今次選擇困難症沒有發作,因為才選完三款法式撻,就有一夥附近上班的同事下來把大部分法國撻掃清! 店主表示下午會陸續再密密做菲起貨,但如果遲來,款式就不會那麼齊全了。菠蘿馬鞭草撻先試這個味道較清香的,絕對有驚喜,撻皮內有兩層,上層是菠蘿果蓉,下層是海綿蛋糕,上面馬鞭草mousse,店主提醒我學法國人用手拿着吃,然後一啖吃到底,既有菠蘿的酸甜又有馬鞭草茶香,兩者味道同樣突出又互相配合,開胃清新!抹茶芝麻撻這是是次潮聖之旅的重點目標,結果也沒令人失望。朱古力撻皮內是芝麻醬加海綿蛋糕,灑滿抹茶粉,上面放了正方形狀的抹茶mousse,還加了一小塊黑朱古力作點綴,層次豐富。一啖咬下去,入口立即吃到京都抹茶的濃郁回甘,隨之而來就是濃濃的芝麻香。抹茶和芝麻香平衡得宜,加上香脆的人手撻皮,好吃!香蕉花生撻香蕉花生撻用上crumble底,上面一層花生mousse夾香蕉蓉,賣相吸引。crumble做得鬆化,不會硬實,而香蕉和花生味道雖同屬濃厚,但難得的兩者十分平衡,不會互搶風頭,面頭少許果仁亦加添口感,整體仍然是水準之作。 continue reading

散水餅食得多,貴價如酒店出品嘅有,平價如連鎖麵包店都有。又有同事離職,比較熟絡嘅分得一件較為精美嘅法式撻。一試難忘,問一問朋友,原來係上環嘅一間小店,但亦都可以經網上訂購。早排約左朋友係上環食晚飯,飯前兩個愛吃之人就根據指示搵到黎呢間Tartes & Pop 。店面的確不大,位於轉角位置亦唔錯起眼,openrice卻係清一色好評。兩個人揀左四款tartes($45/件),舖頭入面都有三數位置可以坐底享用。法籍師傅十分細心,明白香港人相機食先嘅習慣,先將撻放上黑膠碟,拎左出黎俾我地影相,再主動幫我地將啲tartes切為兩份。師傅亦都建議我地由淡味食到濃味,更俾左杯水我地,清一清味蕾。我地先食嘅係呢款vanilla strawberry,亦都係我嘅最愛。面層嘅士多啤梨果醬同士多啤梨啫哩,甜甜酸酸味道剛好。下面嘅係加入vanilla整成嘅cream,重點係上面撒左少少青檸碎,令味道更加清新,夏天食真係一流!最底層係自家製嘅crumble餅底,口感crunchy鬆脆,配上vanilla cream,非常夾。第二款食嘅係coffee cream brûlée。呢件係另一款更為扎實嘅shortbread撻底,為免上面cream brûlée嘅濕氣令撻底無咁鬆脆,中間特別加左一層海綿蛋糕,蛋糕係杏仁口味,唔會搶左咖啡同cream brûlée嘅風頭。呢款蛋糕睇落無乜特別,但入口後果陣濃郁嘅咖啡味實在驚喜十足。靚仔師傅周不時過黎問我地感覺如何,傾落原來佢地將咖啡豆加入custard中,浸出咖啡味後再取出咖啡豆。如此花心思嘅做法,私心俾左一百分。Cream brûlée自然相對其他撻較為甜,但又唔會好膩,真心好正。茶味嘅撻相對較濃味,所以最後至食。先食嘅係呢款Orange Earl Grey。Earl Grey 味道無我想像中咁突出,帶淡淡茶香。內層嘅夾心香橙果醬又係驚喜之作,粒粒橙肉口感香甜特別。撻底繼續係我最喜愛嘅crumble底。最後,亦都係最好賣嘅Sesame Matcha。收銀機一旁,擺放出宇治抹茶証明書,食材認真。抹茶mouse十分香濃,配合上同樣濃味嘅黑芝麻,兩者之間味道剛好取得平衡,好有層次感。與撻底之間都係由一層杏仁海綿蛋糕相隔,撻底即係朱古力口味,為偏向苦味嘅抹茶同黑芝麻帶黎一點甜。抹茶係長青不老嘅食材之一,而呢款抹茶撻都同樣成日大多數人嘅最愛。 continue reading
