最開心莫過於收工同朋友去Chill下!😝​前陣子行開行埋銅鑼灣,順手接老友收工~今次我哋就去咗食新派西班牙菜館"Tapa Room",睇網上評價不俗,於是就好奇去下!​▲一坐低就點了一大堆,太肚餓!(笑)✦ Octopus Carpaccio慢煮八爪魚片,啲肉幾嫩口,一啲都唔韌,加埋蕃茄碎及香菜,幾開胃。​✦ Foie Grass Lollipop嚟到呢度一定要食呢一款鵝肝小食!整到好似珍寶珠咁,一口一粒,食用方便!😍​呢個小食外層係鵝肝蓉,中間係一粒鵝肝,點住花生碎食,口感豐富!鵝肝濃郁又咸香,佐酒一流!​✦ Tuna Carpaccio吞拿魚腩燒到半生熟,肉質肥美,外層仲脆脆地,入口即溶!配上甜醋,味道清新,不錯!​✦ Padron Peppers 青椒簡單加粗鹽炒香,青椒甜甜地,粗鹽仍保持顆粒狀,食上口有咬口,不錯。​✦ Iberico Ham Croquetas呢款加咗火腿嘅可樂餅, 外皮炸得好酥脆,入口係軟綿嘅薯蓉,熱食真係正爆!​✦ Iberico Pork Chop in Sherry Vinegar Gravy ​ ​ ​經過慢煮及香煎,黑毛豬鞍個口感真係一流!咬上口「索索」聲,但肉質Juicy唔乾柴!另外,我勁鍾意佢個醬汁,加咗西班牙嘅Sherry Vinegar,酸酸甜甜,可以減咗豬鞍及炸薯粒嘅油膩感。​✦ Clams in Lemon Wine Sauce呢款係清酒煮蜆嘅朋友!不過落咗檸檬及香草煮,味道比較清新!值得一讚係啲蜆肉好肥美,啖啖肉好過癮!🤤​▲店內有可愛嘅食鬼圖案,玩味十足!▲可以在Bar order各式美酒。▲我跟朋友對Tapa Room基本上都幾滿意!另外,呢間店裝潢超eye catching,門口裝有一重重鎂光燈條,閃到爆燈,遠遠都唔怕望唔到!😂​ continue reading

喺以前仲有得去旅行嘅日子,我有次去咗40幾日歐洲旅行,一路有北歐玩落去。唔知係咪因為窮遊,唔係餐餐都食得好,去到中途有啲掛住亞洲嘅食物,有啲思鄉(呢個思鄉真係解掛住香港)。然後我記得我去到西班牙嗰陣好開心,因為佢有飯食(西班牙海鮮飯),啲tapas又有好多款揀,好正。自此之後,我就覺得西班牙菜好好食,係我比較鍾意嘅歐洲菜式。今次嚟咗銅鑼灣呢間Tapa Room食西班牙菜,有好多唔同嘅Hot Tapas同Cold Tapas揀,我就每樣揀左幾款。至於main course就揀左Seafood Paella,去回味返喺西班牙旅行嗰陣日日食paella嘅感覺。🐙Octopus Carpaccio Slow-cooked 薄切慢煮八爪魚 $78慢煮嘅八爪魚加上少少橄欖油帶出咗八爪魚本身嘅鮮味,食落嘅口感幾彈牙,感覺幾清新,配埋蕃茄同青瓜製成嘅醬,酸酸甜甜咁,作為第一道菜,都算幾開胃。🐷Jamon Iberico 24 Months 西班牙黑毛豬火腿24個月 $88Jamon Iberico同Paella真係並列為我最鍾意嘅西班牙食物。想當年去到西班牙嗰陣,第一次喺當地食Jamon Iberico,感覺真係非常驚艷,覺得好好食。係就係鹹左啲,但嗰種鹹香,喺口入面久久不能散去,令人回味無窮。我記得嗰陣離開西班牙,最唔捨得嘅就係呢樣食物,因為喺香港食通常都會好貴,可能唔會再有咁多機會食到。今次喺呢度見到,價錢仲要咁平,都有成十塊,真係好抵,食落仲要係西班牙嘅味道,令我好想下次再黎食。🥔Tortilla De Patata 西班牙薯仔蛋餅 $78呢道hot tapas都令人非常有驚喜,一切落去,啲餡料就流曬出黎,好靚。蛋餅充滿蛋香,調味又啱啱好,更驚喜嘅係薯仔粒好甜,係天然嘅薯仔甜味,好好食。🫑Padron Peppers西班牙小青椒 $68由西班牙空運過嚟嘅青椒,同喺香港買到嘅青椒係有啲唔同嘅,呢個青椒比較短身,食落亦比較鮮甜,同香港嘅青椒比,呢隻青椒一啲都唔辣,唔鍾意食辣嘅朋友都可以試吓。呢一道菜將西班牙青椒炸起,再喺青椒表面灑鹽。鹽可以帶出青椒嘅鮮味,鍾意食青椒嘅朋友一定要試吓呢道菜啦。🐖Iberico Pork Meatball in Roasted Sweet Pepper Sauce 西班牙黑毛豬肉丸 伴 烤甜椒醬肉丸 $78黑毛豬肉丸外皮係炸出嚟嘅,入邊豬肉丸嘅豬肉味好重,加埋烤甜椒醬,甜甜酸酸咁,同濃味嘅豬肉丸形成對比,值得一試。🥘Seafood Paella 西班牙海鮮鍋飯(二人份)$188呢盤Paella一上檯,即刻傳黎好香嘅蝦味,令人食指大動。唔係好大碟,但飯上面滿佈海鮮,有四隻蜆、四隻大蝦、四隻青口同埋一堆魷魚圈。啲飯食落都好有海鮮味,好好食。最令我驚喜嘅係蜆,好大隻,仲好鮮甜,又充滿海水嘅味道,勁好食。青口咬落都好香。大蝦有濃濃嘅蝦味,同埋佢有剝走部份嘅殼,所以食嗰陣都好方便,好容易整走啲殼。啲蝦大大隻,好食。🍹The Classic $108The Classic係由Tanqueray gin, schweppes tonic water再加青檸、檸檬同juniper berries而整成嘅cocktail,味道上同普通嘅gin tonic好似。特別嘅地方係佢嘅青檸味好重,飲落去有甘甜嘅感覺。食嘢嘅時候如果想清一清口入面嘅味道,呢一杯cocktail係唔錯嘅選擇。🧃Pink Pineapple Cooler $58呢一杯mocktail飲落去嘅感覺就好似混合果汁咁,入邊除咗pineapple嘅味道,仲會有好似士多啤梨嘅感覺。雖然係果汁,但杯嘢其實唔係好甜,啱曬唔鍾意太甜嘅我,值得一試。總括而言,呢間絕對係一間會令人想再encore嘅西班牙菜。我諗當我又再掛住西班牙嘅時候,我應該又會再嚟食啦。 continue reading

Tapa Room同朋友之前去過觀塘店已經覺得質素唔錯, 定價幾reasonable. 今次黎到佢cwb 店。霓虹燈大門超吸晴fancy, 好在入去就無呢d 燈光視覺上無咁大壓力烤煎慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍架配些厘醋燒汁伴炸薯粒 $158Iberico Pork Chop in Sherry Vinegar Gravy 推薦🙌 一向覺得豬比牛更難烹調得好食, 要煮得熟而控制到口感. 呢度做得好成功, Iberico Pork Chop 肉厚, 慢煮保持肉汁同彈性, 肥瘦均勻肉香而唔帶任何豬羶. 薄切慢煮八爪魚 $78Octopus Carpaccio Slow Cooked 八爪魚薄切, 彈牙唔韌, 今次蕃茄醬比較多, 微鹹香好岩送酒西班牙黑毛豬肉丸 伴 烤甜椒醬 $78Iberico Pork Meat Ball in Roasted Sweet Pepper Sauce呢道比較失色, 肉結實但炸得耐, 雖然脆卻有點乾. 建議想食真d 黑毛豬嘅話order 佢個豬鞍架檸汁白酒煮蜆 $98Clams in Lemon Wine Sauce 每隻蜆都幾大粒, 有鮮味. 個白酒檸汁sauce 調味都剛好. 加入左蜆鮮味覺得當湯飲都得🤣西班牙火腿及蜜糖茄子卷 $58Jamon Serrano & Honey Aubergine Salad 冷盤, 覺得味道其實似係有造型嘅salad. 中間加入左沙律菜同清清地茄子, 伴上咸香hams 還不錯.棒棒鵝肝 $78Foie Gras Lollipop lollipop 造型鵝肝好cute~ 我承認對鵝肝有點偏見, 總覺得佢好膩. 但神奇地呢道棒棒鵝肝又唔錯wor, 味道好濃郁咸香, 口感幼滑細膩. 可能落左點pepper, 又灑上開心果碎, 定有其他調味關係, 唔覺得膩. 好岩小口嘅食, 咸香細滑送酒一流 Before Sunrise $75每次選Red currant, mixed berries 都會驚有藥水味. 但呢杯係清爽berries 酸香配上淡淡rosemary aroma, refreshing 好易入口.Surprise Me $118同bartender 講低喜好就會幫因應口味製作一杯, 所以真係surprise. 呢杯同樣係好refreshing, 以gin 做based 加左lime 調味, 飲左啖自己蠻喜歡西班牙玉桂多士配新鮮雜莓 $58Torrijas with Fresh Strawberries 平時西班牙甜品見churros 多, 好少見Torrijas. 切開係軟綿綿, 出面包裹滿cinnamon, 甜度剛好, 好食. 如果可以配多球雪糕或者whipped cream 就perfect 啦.   continue reading
