被38元一只的螃蟹吸引过来的。两人点了3只蟹,一份龙虾脆面配鱿鱼花生苗,再一碗米饭,一份椰子燕窝炖蛋做甜品。龙虾脆面一般吧,能吃。鱿鱼花生苗不错,花生苗咸甜脆脆的,还下饭。螃蟹黄膏挺饱满最后炖蛋好吃老式的粤式酒楼,味道不错,价格也平,就是服务感觉一个人负责的范围大了些不太能顾上。 continue reading

有時朋友聚會唔知食咩好, 打邊爐都係個不錯的選擇! 早前余媽媽就同朋友嚟到灣仔稻香食火鍋喇^^ 呢度嘅招呼唔錯, 下單後等左一陣就有得食喇! 呢度嘅椰椰芝麻雞鍋口碑唔錯, 所以我地叫左1隻試試 (晚市時段$90/隻, $50/半隻)~ 侍應先將已加入百分百天然椰肉的鮮椰子水煮滾, 再加入自家農場放養的穗香芝麻雞, 煮5分鐘左右就可以食喇! (想雞肉食起來嫩口啲, 就唔好煮太耐呀~) 呢隻穗香芝麻雞雞味濃郁, 而且皮脆肉嫩, 唔會好肥膩, 啱晒愛健康的我! 伴青桔仔或沙薑醬呢2款地道醬料進食, 酸酸辣辣, 特別開胃~ 加入了雞肉的椰子水就變成椰子雞湯了, 入口非常清甜美味, 有了椰子就能可以清熱降火了~ 咁好味梗係用埋個椰子雞鍋做湯底啦! 呢度嘅火鍋材料選擇繁多, 特色肉類、海鮮、肉丸、餃子、蔬菜等都好齊全~ 心思思想試試呢度嘅皇牌推介~ 黑豚梅肉($38/份) 質感軟滑, 份量多, 好抵食! 美國牛小排($48/份) 肉色鮮紅, 口感香嫩, 牛肉味濃~ 田園菜籃($48/份) 一系列受歡迎的火鍋常點蔬菜, 包括: 生菜、鮮菇、秀珍菇、粟米、蘿蔔、 翠玉瓜等展現眼前, 超有份量, 一定比散叫划算, 所以是必點項目~ 海生蝦($48/碟)和廣島蠔($48/碟) 兩碟都係大大碟, 本身以為是蝦仔, 但竟然比中蝦還要大, 已且也算新鮮彈牙^^ 而廣島蠔更是喜出望外地大隻和肥美! 當然唔少得脆鯇骨腩($48), 鮮蝦丸和豬肉丸啦(雙拼$52/碟)~ 脆鯇爽口彈牙, 連唔太喜歡魚嘅朋友都食左兩件~ 鮮蝦丸和豬肉丸份量都好多, 唔怕唔夠食啦! 還有鮮炸生根($28/碟), 鳳城水餃和鮮蝦雲吞(雙拼$48/碟)及 鳥冬($28/碟)呢啲火鍋必點配料! 尤其覺得水餃和雲吞很飽滿和足料! 配合埋各式火鍋醬料, 份外美味! 飲品可選汽水、菊花茶、酸梅湯~ 可以一大jar一齊分享~ 食埋水果就係個完美的句號了! 余媽媽好喜歡呢度啲食材夠晒大碟, 而且質素不錯, 價錢也算合理, CP值高, 係食火鍋不錯的選擇~ 下次會再嚟^^ continue reading

那日無事做同同事周圍兜圈,來到這裡每次發現有間稻香,看見裝修間店都好闊落,商量了一下,於是決定入去霖住點野食一起食。首先上了個楊枝甘露,其實我不是很喜歡食甜品,味道還是不錯嘅,因為鍾意食芒果,楊枝甘露嘅芒果基本上俾我食曬,他們家的芒果味道不錯,西柚反而覺的不怎麼新鮮,大閘蟹分量都比較足,點之前都不知道呢個時間蟹好不好食本人不會怎麼評價蟹,就是認為味道麻麻 咖喱鷄味道還是比較正,咖喱味不會過濃,雞肉煮的剛剛好,既會不老也不會太嫩我們沒點主食,雖然點的份數比較多,量卻不會特別多,我們兩個人清了碟,覺得有八分飽了。價錢就認為有小小偏貴。 continue reading

I had the most horrible food i ever had in HK. I wanted lobster but it turned out to be 海螳螂. The taste was weird and oily. It cost me 598hkd before service charge. I dont think is worth it at all. Cashier was slow. Food served was slow too. continue reading
