To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1990s 後期有幫襯稻香嘅厚德分店,當時做得唔錯,晚市同宵夜火鍋(並非任食),逢星期五六晚必排晒大隊,好不熱鬧最近無奈再幫襯飲茶,真係墮落到難以想像員工服務(除了知客),態度極為惡劣,自動添水煲水冇問題,埋枱唔幫你set up,請教吓佢馬上大聲呼喝,見佢哋對待啲長者都係咁,相當過分蝦餃,皮厚近乎粉果,仲要穿嘅,餡料不新鮮燒賣,鹹到PK,用嚟下火?煎腸粉,基本上唔算煎過,質地煙靭似年糕腐皮卷,普普通通黃魚腸粉,算最正常乾炒牛河,竟然用火鍋牛肉片,得幾片,成碟都係油,冇鑊氣,濕到離奇,竟然差得過一粥麵,$98衛生麻麻,透明玻璃茶壺起晒漬,仲要有上手茶葉碎,照俾你自便連辣油都冇,無論你話要辣椒油,定橙色辣椒醬,都係比豆瓣醬,真吹唔脹喺香港冇嘢永遠可以維持,祝佢哋好運個人嚟講就一定永不錄用 continue reading

經過稻香見到晚上8:30後火鍋配料三折、湯底半價(連星期六日都適用!),見到咁抵一於試吓~ 嗌咗菇菌雞湯底~竟然跟足半隻雞!同埋有啲乾身雜菌,所以湯滾時已聞到濃郁菇香,雞同超市賣嘅差不多,都叫嫩滑,抵食程度爆燈! 嗌咗脆肉鯇片同鮮蝦同一啲菜,兩個人已經好夠食脆肉鯇好多骨,同埋有啲腥蝦反而唔錯👍🏻環境衛生一般中式舊酒樓咁但feel到人手不足:入座時無人帶位,要自己搵姐姐 2人嗌咗點5款配料+湯底,仲有茶位加1埋單$220有找食到捧住肚走,性價比絕對贏晒~ continue reading

整體餐飯中規中矩,蒸魚好穩陣,做翻接近應有水平,只係太多油,但都係抵食,其餘2樣就覺得中下,味道好一般,一點都唔覺得好食。因為唔好食,所以都唔覺得佢係抵。只係比一般酒樓平,但佢刻意搞創新既中菜,除左有啲卓頭外,味道真係唔得,下次最好做翻啲普通菜式,應該會更吸引大家。旁邊有一家人叫左2條魚,重偷聽到原本係plan叫4條😂真係拎到盡,不過都証明今次個優惠,係可以重複使用,呢個係值得一讚,比起好多酒樓所謂的優惠,已經好好 continue reading

其實都算好耐冇嚟呢間新都城二期嘅稻香飲茶,因為想當年嘅膠碗膠碟都好濃漂白水味道,同時做係有啲污漬。。。今日再嚟,終於覺得有所改善,所有餐具都返返去瓦碗碟時代,而且都冇其他異味,亦都乾淨咗好多叉燒酥好酥好鬆,都預咗係工場預製品,係餡料有少少乾,濕少少Juicy啲會更好!豬腳薑醋薑醋汁偏甜,兩老覺得係加咗水同糖再開。豬腳都炆得夠淋夠入味。雞蛋依舊炆到老、硬😂 至於薑,兩老覺得唔辣,易入口潮式糯米卷:包同糯米比例好,蒸嘅熟度好豉汁鳳爪:正常發揮,少咗舊式果種紅黑椒鹹菜豬大腸:非常出色,夠黑椒味去腸騷,同時大腸蒸到淋晒潮州粉果:厚皮,餡料ok continue reading
