成日話食一蚊雞...前排終於有機會去食啦坐低菜牌都無個...要自己去問樓面拎先俾好啦...見海鮮紙無咩選擇想要個大菜牌睇下啦...叫左個樓面拎,應左之後等好耐都無拎黎(個晚唔係好旺架咋)自己唯有行去接待處問知客拎d小菜都幾平下...全部都係幾廿蚊有交易同朋友叫左一蚊雞、咕嚕肉、賽蟧蟹咕嚕肉同賽螃蟹都好快黎到...一蚊雞就好耐下...咕嚕肉幾好食!!d肉幾好口感!!d汁都ok~甜酸適中~唔錯賽螃蟹都好好食...不過就多油左少少搵左個黑衫既職員(應該係部長)order 2個白飯點知開頭黎左1個....到我食左半碗飯...朋友果個都未到催左幾次....個女樓面走埋黎睇我地張卡,問我地係第一轉叫既定係後加我地話係第1次叫既~唔係分開2次叫個樓面仲要問身邊既同事我地係咪第1轉叫白飯~好似覺得我地會呃佢白飯咁 真係想同佢講你唔信既大可以check下電腦啦再等多5個分鐘個白飯先黎之後一蚊雞都黎啦一蚊黎講隻雞都算幾得架...起碼有肉落肚...唔會得層皮埋單幾抵..連茶芥同加一每人都係80蚊左右本來想叫糖水既...但諗諗下可能又要等到天光先黎...所以都係唔叫啦 continue reading

第五回一蚊雞又回到尖沙咀,上次食完個咕嚕肉發現唔啱口味,今次就要咗個蜜餞鎮江骨其實所謂蜜餞就係罐頭水蜜桃說實話可水蜜桃有可無,反而d洋蔥就真係了得,見到佢個樣以為未熟,但咬落,有驚喜,竟然洋蔥都有d彈牙,而主角排骨就經過鬆肉粉的洗禮,連無牙婆婆都可以咬到,但作為一條骨的味道就盪然無存 致於隻一蚊雞始終都係尖沙咀最有味,今次我路經洗手間之際,發現不同之處,佢地斬完雞之後就會用的白魯水汁,淋下隻雞,所以d雞會味,唔似其他的稻香,都係白烚雞一隻雞,一個骨,加一碗飯都唔多夠,係衡量之下,雞就一蚊,飯就8蚊所以要多隻雞,兩個人用咗hk$101 係尖沙咀食就真係good不過如果有人可以稻香反應一下,d骨碟可以唔使成日換ga,得兩件骨又換,行過又換,相當唔環保 continue reading

昨天星期日飲茶,出左尖沙咀的稻香,到達時已經十二時了,好彩好快就有位。我們六人叫了約十種點心,都係D一般茶樓點心,和雪菜肉絲炒年糕。點心方面,大部份冇什麼特別,印象比較深的,是鮮竹卷和雞包仔。鮮竹卷的腐竹有腐竹的香味,而且不像一般酒樓般蒸得太腍,蠔油汁又較得幾好,不覺得杰,在鮮竹卷來說已經不錯了。雞包仔夠足料,加上我已經好多年未食過雞包仔,因此覺得特別好食。反而雪菜肉絲炒年糕是有驚喜之作。年糕帶粘性得來又唔黐牙,加埋雪菜,味道幾好。只係埋單要三百幾貴左D,可能是時間唔啱,特價時段食就唔會咁貴。 continue reading
