To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 皮蛋瘦肉粥煲得好綿,啲皮蛋同瘦肉都好足料。叉燒包好大個,鬆軟好食。馬拉糕好彈牙,充滿着蛋味。馬拉卷都整得唔錯,黃色,有好香既蛋味。三色腸係蝦腸、叉燒腸同埋牛肉腸,有三種唔同既口味。

作為茶樓來講,點心做得太失敗了。連最基本的控油都做不好,炸兩的口感是海綿浸油包腸粉、七味豆腐,同樣又油又濕,連對面IKEA的炸物都炸得比它好。簡直“油物”中的“油物”,吃一口就退單了。預製菜就預製菜,可以諒解,但一間茶樓連油溫都不會控,等同開餐廳不會煮飯。蝦餃、燒麥的餡材料香味0層次,只能用貧乏兩個字形容。不是餡入面只有肉就得,蝦餃改善口感與鮮甜味的筍丁消失、燒麥中的冬菇。預製菜不是問題,問題是選品的水平太差。是大廚被炒,還是味覺失調?茶,這次是香片,質量欠佳。與同價位的茶樓比較,性價比極低。不貴,但同價位比它好吃,比它貴10%的茶樓,能好吃30%-40%。走的時候,全肚都是油,看完張單成了火上澆油

我同老婆經常嚟飲茶.留意枱面有好多晚市廣告.見到晚上八點半後.火鍋配料三折優惠.感覺有興趣.就一於同老婆嚟呢度.兩人坐張大卡位.蠻舒服.由於無食晚餐所以都叫了很多嘢叫了經典鴛鴦湯底.沙爹及芫茜.沙爹味唔算濃,可以在自助醬料區自己加.因為外出醬料有沙茶醬.配料叫了牛肉.鳝片.脆鲩片.聖子花膠仔.嚮令.菠菜.雞片等等仲叫了一樽啤酒.全部食材新鮮.花膠就稍為細件.其他都滿意.特別係脆鲩片.爽口彈牙.埋單都係$260.我哋住附近.工作也經附近.有機會再嚟

本身book左去食團年飯,點知屋企人病左delay 到呢兩日先食。一上到好驚訝,成堆行李喼擺晒喺走廊,行入去房都怕kick親。d碗筷基本上同冇洗冇分別,一層厚厚嘅油喺面,用熱水洗都唔甩要再用紙巾抹,食最貴嗰個滿屋宴,乳豬肥到得層肥膏唔見肉,連男士都哽唔落,龍蝦尚算正常,點知個炸蟹鉗唔知做乜包層杏仁片喺面,另外d餸全部都係唔熱,個紅燒翅凍到勁腥。個餐唔好食就另外散叫d餸,西蘭花炒帶子d帶子又霉又臭,叫個侍應搵廚房試,佢返黎話接受唔到陣味就退或換最後個餐仲有壽包,一咬落去有陣垃圾味好可怕。。真係以後唔會再幫襯。。

今晚得我同阿仔食晚飯。我哋行完維園,睇左盂蘭節活動…. 諗唔到食咩就諗住食平平,我哋就揀左等8:30pm 先開始嘅…. 稻香宵夜邊爐,一個餐只要$9.9 ,包湯底,但打邊爐記得仲要比茶芥呀我哋去左皇室堡冒險樂園同玩具反斗城玩左一陣,玩到7:50pm 就去稻香拎飛啦 我當然係2枱第一個,到左8:30pm 就可以入去了有兩個餐,一個係牛+雞+海鮮盤,另一個係海鮑魚頭枝竹+海鮮盤我就揀左牛+雞+海鮮盤有一碟大約有5片嘅肥仔有一碟大約有7-8 件雞件,仲有雲耳海鮮拼盤有兩粒蝦丸+兩粒墨魚丸+兩件魚+兩隻蝦+四粒蛽+兩隻墨魚仔+兩粒粟米+兩粒菇整體:牛唔硬,好味雞滑魚係鯇魚,我鐘意食蝦新鮮丸都好食我哋仲加左公仔麵 ,宵夜打邊爐有六折最後係$69 埋單,超級抵🤩
