最近由朋友帶路,繼續發掘下還未去過的地區覓食。炭樂Tanraku 位於土瓜灣,是一間居酒屋。店不算很大間,所以如果想一大班朋友聚餐可以先打電話Book位。這店的logo有隻貓頭鷹,連同用餐的杯碟也是貓頭鷹🦉來的呢。要注意串燒需2串起,除了附有*的項目才可以單點一串。🍢黑豚荔枝卷 (HKD 64/2串)燒過的豚肉有種甘香,包著多汁的荔枝,酸酸甜甜的很吸引。🍢燒日本蠔 (HKD 174/3串)蠔都幾大一隻。吃落帶有海水的鹹香。🍢燒豆腐 (HKD 34/2串)外脆內嫩的豆腐,要小心很燙口呢。🍢燒秋葵 (HKD 76/4串)表面乾身,少了點草青味道,內裡還是軟身且黏的。🍢厚切牛舌 (HKD 395/5串)肉質軟腍爽口,不用太費勁就能咬開。這種厚度也能燒到剛剛好,十分 juicy。🍢鐵板和風牛舌心 (HKD 89)這款不是在主餐牌內,是每日限定。相對下比較喜歡厚切牛舌,薄切的牛舌心吃落有點像肥牛。但鐵板上確實是很香很惹味。🧀燒芝士年糕 (HKD 104/4件)是塗上醬油燒再包紫菜,這種吃法比炸的更吸引。外層燒得香口,裏面則是煙煙韌韌。🦐炸河蝦 (HKD 79)很酥脆,用來送酒應該很不錯!?🍝炒烏冬 (HKD 98)如果怕只吃串燒不夠飽,這裡也有炒烏冬之類。最後會有每人一粒的雪米滋。 continue reading

通常唔係特別差嘅體驗都唔會上嚟打食評。但係炭樂嘅外賣食過好多次。和風牛肉飯真係好味。外賣自取嘅價錢嚟講係我食過最好味嘅。滑蛋雞都唔錯重點係每一次叫水準都一致。冇試過話突然有一日唔好食。唯一唔鍾意嘅係外賣明明寫一個價錢。到最後外賣盒要再加$3。 咁不如一開頭就寫個一口價。不過整體都係好合理嘅價錢,樂意俾佢賺。令我突然想上嚟寫食評嘅原因係,雖然外賣只係幾十蚊。每一次店員都會幫我拉門送我出去。態度非常之好。支持小店。 continue reading

話呢間係一間‘貓頭鷹’餐廳一啲都冇錯,四周圍都係貓頭鷹嘅擺設裝飾,連用嘅杯碟都係有貓頭鷹。已經唔係第一次黎食,但每次黎都係*必食*厚燒牛舌牛舌燒到啱啱好,一啲都唔韌,雖然頭果一塊有小小燒焦咗小小,但都唔係太影響口感。串燒加咗鹽同黑胡椒,同加咗小小檸檬汁,食完成口都係牛舌嘅油香,但又唔覺得好膩。荔枝豚肉荔枝豚肉係另一個必食嘅串燒,呢款都只係咗小小鹽去燒,配合豚肉外脆鹹香、荔枝香甜多汁,呢個組合一流!之前都有試過士多啤梨豚肉其他生果嘅組合,但始終都係覺得荔枝豚肉呢個組合最好!叫呢款係要兩串起跳嘅。佢介有個推介係燒白鱔,今次就第一次食。串白鱔基本上都係外脆內軟,冇配汁嘅。可能事前冇醃製過,食得出魚有小小淡水魚果種泥水味。我自己就應該唔會再叫啦!今次仲試咗燒鱈魚,呢個燒鱈魚個皮都有小小脆脆地,個燒汁唔係偏甜果種,食落口感冇咩特別,不過不失咁。本身係想食之前午市食過嘅牛扒/牛肉飯嘅,但原來晚市嘅牛扒係單點嘅冇配飯,只好單點咗個牛扒。唔知係記錯上次係叫牛扒定牛肉,反正對今次嘅牛扒有小小失望。最後仲叫咗兩個燒飯團🍙。一個係木魚,一個係明太子。本身想叫個白飯配牛扒食嘅,但個牛扒有小小失望嘅情況下,改叫燒飯團。飯團脆得黎唔係燒到死硬果種,飯團外有小小沙律醬嘅香味,入面嘅料冇乜汁嘅,但食落唔係好乾嘅。都可以試一下嘅。成餐埋單平均人均$250左右啦,個人比較欣賞佢哋嘅串燒,食午市嘅話性價比會比較高啲。因為佢哋都係有小小家庭式經營嘅感覺,都係幾溫馨嘅。不過環境就唔係好闊落啦,因為食物質素都可以,座位又唔多,所以如果要去食,繁忙時間最好都係訂訂位比較好啲。 continue reading

本來見呢間舖門面幾靚,所以去左試下,入到去裝修真係充滿日式感覺,但揭開menu已經見到串燒價錢較貴,不過諗住一場黎到都試下,叫左個烏冬同埋幾串串燒。點知叫完之後過左一陣,落單既員工走埋黎同我地講,話串燒每樣野都一定要叫兩串,如果唔係唔整,嗰陣已經o嘴,所以焗住每樣加多左1串,淨係雞軟骨4串都要百幾蚊,真係超級唔抵lol。之後等上菜等左好耐,終於黎到既時候,烏冬用左好大個碗裝,但係入面得好少份量既野,最後兩個人食左差唔多700但完全唔飽,亦都非常唔抵,以後都唔會再去呢間:) continue reading
