去咗馬鞍山新港城探朋友,朋友話街坊狂推嘅一間日式小店「匠山」,好味又抵食,叫埋我一齊去。午市時間非常受歡迎,見到店長都會同食客閒談幾句,睇嚟真係好受街坊捧場。就算係週末,匠山亦都有午市定食,價錢上真係夠晒親民。◐ 1. 壽司定食配烏冬呢個set真係抵食到喊!六件壽司樣樣厚切,有三文魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚、帆立貝、北寄貝同三文魚籽壽司。每款壽司都非常新鮮,夠晒鮮味!跟餐嘅烏冬亦都非常好食,湯底同烏冬嘅軟硬度做得一流,完全係遠高於預期水準,超級推介。◐ 2. 蒲燒鰻魚飯定食一上枱就聞到炭燒香!鰻魚又厚又大塊,外皮燒到脆卜卜,咬落去「咔嚓」一聲,鰻魚肉仲keep住嫩滑,啲秘製醬汁甜得嚟帶啲山椒香,送飯一流!◐ 3. 左口魚裙邊火炙壽司、三文魚壽司、油甘魚壽司匠山嘅壽司做得咁出色,真係要額外追加多幾件。匠山做嘅左口魚裙邊壽司真係一試難忘!魚邊炙到半溶狀態,入口即化仲有陣焦糖堅果香,個口感似食緊魚油cream咁滑,咬口感完全同出邊嘅壽司店唔同!再返兜三文魚同油甘魚壽司,食過返尋味。◐ 4. 炸雞軟骨最後再叫份炸雞軟骨爽一爽,日式小食無得輸。平心而論,匠山未必有高級omakase嘅排場,但勝在夠「貼地」——刺身新鮮、份量足料、價錢親民,知道餐廳逢星期五會有日本直送嘅刺身魚,已經約定下次同朋友搵個星期五過嚟一路飲Sake ,一路食刺身了~ continue reading

匠山 係一間高質日式料理小店,環境乾淨企理,有少少居酒屋風格,感覺舒服。今次試咗幾款壽司同熟食,整體表現非常有驚喜。劍魚腩火炙壽司絕對係必食之選,火炙得恰到好處,油脂逼香,入口即溶,連叫兩轉都唔嫌多;吞拿魚醬油漬飯味道平衡,魚生夠新鮮,配飯份量啱啱好,唔會太重口味,食完清爽唔滯;燒油甘魚鮫同樣有水準,外皮微脆,魚肉厚身夠滑,燒得剛好,啖啖魚香。另外試咗三文魚頭,份量唔少,魚油分佈平均,啖啖肉啱晒鍾意啃魚頭嘅朋友;軟殼蟹手卷酥脆唔油膩,配海苔壽司飯一齊食好滿足;花之戀壽司賣相精緻,味道亦有層次,算係特色之作。而三文魚小卷雖然係基本款,但魚生新鮮,壽司飯握得實淨,完全唔馬虎。食材新鮮度同整體質素嚟講都對得住個價! continue reading
