又有機會去黃埔行街 行過見到呢間嘢門口黐住米之連推介 抱住一試嘅態度睇吓有冇Walk in入到去雖然好細但入邊黐咗好多日本poster感覺上好似去咗日本嘅一間居酒屋咁 一嚟就上咗前菜俾我哋 後尾先發覺原來係要收錢 Menu選擇唔多主要係串燒做主打 但都有一啲飯團或者咖喱烏冬既選擇 佢啲串燒係燒得好好食 但係份量有啲少 最後平均每人食咗四百幾蚊 都未覺得好飽😅😅 continue reading

今年的米其林必比登刚刚发布,这家烧鸟店再次榜上有名——已经蝉联了11年的米其林推荐,功力确实深!在红磡住了这么久,我怎么才来吃这家店?!·深居在港铁站附近的一条小巷中,低调到你从门口路过都有可能忽略掉,店面紧凑,食物份量不大,论定价,个人认为偏高,但品质是值得的。·食材均从日本进口,日本老板掌勺,老板娘是内地人,可以用普通话英语日语沟通。最好提前订位,非要walk in的话建议跟我一样刚开门就到。·氛围是地地道道的日式居酒屋,布置以“竹”为核心元素,小桌小椅间用老板亲手写的书法作品隔开,一面墙陈列着酒,另几面交错张贴着颇有年代感的海报,靠近厨房的尽头挂着当日的特选菜单。·在当天开门不久还是安安静静的居酒屋,但我想就算热闹起来之后,这里也很适合沉浸式小酌。灯光是刚刚好能打开倾诉欲的亮度,让我能在走进来不久后便彻底放下疲惫的包袱,把感官交给食物。·竹家的整体调味偏清淡,没有浓墨重彩的刻意渲染,光是简简单单的盐烤就能凸显出食材的新鲜和本味,吃下来也不会觉得咸。·虽然没有什么稀有部位,但菜品种类还是很丰富的,千万别错过每日菜单,你能吃到一些其他烧鸟店不会有的有趣菜式。·【当日前菜】是酱汁秋葵,黏稠的汁液混合咸鲜的酱汁摩擦过口腔上颚,打开了沉闷的味蕾。·【椰菜沙律】只用胡麻汁调味,看似平平无奇,但一入口才惊觉椰菜的脆甜,鲜灵的滋味好像是刚刚采摘下来的一样。·吃烧鸟建议从清淡的部位入手,再慢慢加重口味,比如【柚子鸡柳】,鸡肉混合柚子酱的清鲜,在弹嫩紧致的口感间贯穿始终。【烧小茄子】蛮特别的,是清爽多汁的滋味。·【鸡葱串烧】就是比较浓厚的酱烤了,也是日式居酒屋的经典做法,难度在于鸡腿肉和京葱需要掌握的火候不一样。·但这一串,既激发出了葱的鲜甜,也没有烤得很焦。从大到小很标致的三块鸡肉,酱汁的咸香随着柔韧的咀嚼感在唇齿间散开。·最惊艳我的一道菜是【牛筋蒟蒻煮】,在寒意渐深的夜晚是一口无比温暖的治愈。大块牛筋腩炖得软烂,但还没有达到入口即化的程度,是软中带韧的嚼感。·牛肉和蒟蒻贪婪地吸饱了汤汁,入味极好,蕴藏着肉香的汁液仿佛在口腔中发酵,热气腾腾的一锅吃完,浑身毛孔都舒服地张开。 continue reading

◭ 前菜沙律 $20 一坐底,店員便會送上小食前菜沙律,入面有切成微細西蘭花粒,蟹柳絲等等,沙律醬味道美味👍🏻估唔到一碟前菜已帶來小小驚喜◭ 薯仔沙律 $68薯仔沙律磨成薯蓉般,口感非常軟綿,薯蓉夾雜煙肉碎,完全沒有薯仔粒😋👍🏻◭ 魷魚串燒 $48賣相唔算好吸引嘅魷魚串燒,望落仲好似好乾,但食落一啲都唔乾,魷魚煙煙韌韌,更帶陣陣鮮味,好味道😋◭ 豬頸肉醬汁串燒 $30呢款串燒推介必食,好多汁既豬頸肉串燒,醬汁帶微甜,豬頸肉熟透度剛好,好惹味🤤🤤◭ 雞腎銀皮串燒 $38銀皮是雞腎的表皮,口感同食雞腎差唔多,有咬口,加上竹家特調串燒醬汁,非常夾👍🏻◭ 雞軟骨串 $30雞軟骨是係每次食串燒必點的,燒得好香脆,可選「梅」或「鹽」味,我哋揀了鹽味,味道調得剛好☺️◭ 明太子玉子燒 $128玉子燒蛋香味濃,蛋皮好滑身,中間裝滿明太子,玉子真的做的不錯👍🏻起初我哋係點餐時,見每款串燒價錢都偏貴💀但試咗之後,每款食材同味道非常高質👍🏻絕對值得試😋😋😋回頭指數非常過😍我哋打算遲下再嚟試埋其他串燒不過要提提大家竹家店內環境相對較擠擁,坐得未必好舒服,如果要求環境好舒適,就未必適合了 continue reading

定價最少比合理值貴1.5-2倍。坐嘅地方同食魚蛋粉差唔多。串燒比街邊嘅好少少。兩個人食飯食唔飽,埋單差唔多每人$350。絕對唔會再食。重點要提一提佢啲玉子燒,水準普通到不得了,居然賣$78一碟(未計+1),原本以為會有啲咩驚喜,除咗驚之外,冇咩喜。門口掛住啲米芝連,所以俾佢吸引咗入咗去食。結果係下一次見到另一間餐廳掛住米芝連,諗返今次嘅經歷,絕對係信唔過。非常後悔入咗去食,真係諗唔到佢可以overprice 咁多。 continue reading
