一家大細黎食野,坐落去已經好迫,每次打電話都無人聽,咁岩今日再打竟然會聽,就去左食啦,去到book左四人台,無位要我地去bar台咁都算啦,迫迫地快快翠食完走,點知比碟前菜我地,bb食到台上都有,個侍應就叫我地抺乾淨張台,我話一陣我會抺,因為佢點食都會周圍都係,點知佢就講啦,小朋友食到周圍都係我地呢到係食市,你整到周圍都係我地唔係好鐘意,食市最緊要乾淨,搞到我以為book到枱好開心變到燥燥地,我黎食野,你一尾叫我抹台,我都唔知黎清潔定黎食野!食物到啦,係幾熱,但味道就唔係話好味,但個侍應一尾就睇住我地有冇跌野食,到最後我都頂唔順同👶🏻走左出去等,雖然價錢唔係貴,但明白到咩叫貼錢買難受!重有,大家小心啲,千萬唔好要水飲,我地冇要求過佢俾水,佢私自放落張枱俾我地,到簽卡睇數個時見到每杯收廿蚊! continue reading

這家店每次walk in 都沒位置 happy Friday 就提前book了位環境幾迫下 還要坐在門口 服務還不錯 笑容可嘉 可是每次看到了空碟不到一秒就收了 好像趕我們走似的 應該是太多booking的原因吧食物主要叫了串燒 牛舌 招牌 很好食 外脆內軟 不過硬雞皮 幾特別的菜 燒到剛好豬頸肉 店員推介wasabi味 很配年糕 好食 煙韌好咬口飯團 外面太硬很難咬最失望是雞腎 臭 不新鮮最後結賬$600 但坐都不太舒服 性價比有點低 但能嘗日本廚師的功架 也是ok的 continue reading

呢間隱世小舖通常唔book位就好難食到,因為好full而且地方細好少位。好好彩今晚冇book位,6:40pm到攞到最後一張枱,都要八點前交枱。鋪面好細好難發覺,而且仲起巷仔入邊,因為朋友介紹先至認識😆好地道嘅一間日式居酒屋,我見好多客人都係熟客甚至有啲係外國特登嚟食!老闆娘好友善,服務好!餐牌食物款式唔多但足夠,今次主要都係食串燒。因為所有野都係即叫即做,串燒都要等比較耐,所以我哋都一定要起7:25pm 嗌唒野食。1. 牛舌2. 豚肉3. 豚頸肉4. 雞腎5. 雞軟骨所有都係鹽燒除咗豬頸肉係山葵。無論係鹽燒定山葵,都好好食。好香,肉汁keep到,唔會過熟。最推介係雞腎😆芥辣八爪魚八爪魚好鮮。不過唔算話太特別。年糕估唔到燒年糕係咁嘅樣,好特別!外脆裏面好煙”un”。有少少似米嘅味道,配上醬汁,又幾好食喎。厚燒玉子大推!我覺得全店最好食係呢個!呢度用嘅蛋好特別係好香好有蛋味,而且佢裏面仲係好滑身,又唔係完全熟晒咁樣,好好食! continue reading

在香港, 要找尋正宗的日本串燒, 除了之前的南亭外, 首推竹家.座落在紅磡黃埔花園橫街, 一點都不起眼, 充滿隱世串燒感覺!每次到來, 都總有3,4檯日本客, 老板娘流利日語對答, 再細心觀賞小店裝潢, 喝著小店自家浸泡的梅酒, 曚曨間, 真的以為自己身處日本某某串燒小店MENU種類不多, 但樣樣都嚴選食材, 保持品質, 保留原味. 煮大腸, 太入味太諗, 微微辛辣, 做小吃一流!!燒雞皮, 脆得像吃薯片一樣, 越趙越甘香!! 一點都不覺油膩, ENCORE 再 ENCORE!! 燒牛舌, 極度JUICY, 那回甘味濃濃的在口腔徘徊不散, 食兩三串是必需的!!!燒雞亦, 雞皮脆, 雞肉又滑又多汁, 無何挑剔!燒年糕, 外層燒得像脆米一樣, 內層卻又煙煙UN UN, 配上燒汁, 美味可口!!只有一位日本師父主理, 跟東京小店一樣, 店子小卻安排得頭頭是道, 當我掛念日本的正宗串燒, 腦海想到的就只有竹家!!  continue reading

呢間居酒屋位於紅磡巷仔內唔係咁起眼,但我已經嚟過無數次,每次都總係會吸引我返轉頭。佢係由真。日本人開嘅,所以好有日本風,入到嚟真係有置身日本嘅感覺~但居酒屋裡面嘅坐位唔多,若你想試嘅話緊記要先訂咗,walk-in 通常都無位嘅,我已經撞過好多次板啦。。。Menu上嘅差唔多到試過晒,牛脷係我每次必點嘅項目,燒嘅時間啱啱好,保持到嫩滑(其他餐廳通常做到好靭)。第二吸引我嘅係年糕,係串燒入面少有嘅甜食,唔會太甜而且外脆內軟。淨食串燒好難食得飽,所以我通常會搭飯團或者烏冬,普通嘅食物都依舊做得好味道。雖然出菜比較慢,但係全都是即叫即做,送上枱果下包保熱辣辣,好正架! continue reading
