今晚同家人去食飯,三丁友唔知食乜好,所以就去左食串燒啦!紅磡既串燒舖都係舖位細細,所以無論食邊間都好啦都最好book 位今次能夠入黎食到飯都係因為好彩,有last 一張檯俾到我地咋!恕小妹孤漏寡聞,因為我唔係一位會拎住米芝蓮黎揾食既人,所以我都係黎到門口先知道原來竹家係米芝蓮既推介食府!今晚真係一個幸運既晚上!呢度係一間家庭式打理既舖頭,師傅係日本人黎。環境比較狹窄,裝修都普通,唔花巧。只係掛左好多lisa ono 既相片同埋一d 小朋友畫既畫。不過就係因為咁先有一種日本小店既感覺。雖然未能見到店主既真身,但係望住店主喜愛既歌手既poster,同佢既感覺好似拉近了一點。因為應承左八點要交檯,同埋燒烤需時,所以快快手落柯打。首先上檯既雞軟骨,一串係鹽燒,一串係梅岩岩燒好熱辣辣,好香好正!梅粉嗰個感覺好似同雞軟骨唔太襯,因為雞軟骨唔係一個味道好濃既食物,脂肪又唔係高,所以都唔需要有d 酸味去配搭。所以我就鐘意鹽燒!呢個正好多,吊到雞軟骨既味道,同埋燒烤獨有既香氣~跟住上檯既係山葵豬頸肉呢個串燒真係highly recommend,我地之後都encore 多串!豬頸肉口感好爽,脂肪分佈平均呢就係人人皆知,但係呢度既豬頸肉比平時食開既更爽!原因係因為切丁!所以更加chewy更有咬口燒既時間又來得岩岩好,唔會流失太多既脂肪,又唔會食到成口油仲有係豬頸肉上面既山葵,份量俾得少少但就烚恰到好處因為豬頸肉係有少少油既,而個山葵係可以抵消豬既油同埋豐富左個味道然後又係豬!不過因為有豬頸肉在前,呢個豬就顯得遜色了首先呢串有豬有既豬燥味,一食落口就有了,淨係咁已經扣曬分然後豬既香味又唔出,連燒烤既香氣都可以com 過佢,呢串不叫也罷呢串係我期待既大蔥雞串!因為食串燒呢我好愛食菜,菜燒完外脆內軟又juicy 既味道真係好正架!但因為家人覺得要串蔥又好似好dry ,所以就叫左呢個又有菜又有肉既串燒啦大蔥好食!第一層皮因為直接接觸爐火,所以難免係乾d,不過呢因為有醬汁淋係面,濕濕地都好食雞就好好,唔會烤到乾,又香雞味又來菜~係我點既青椒!呢個青椒唔係普通就咁燒完上碟,仲有放左木魚碎係面但係我覺得兩個味唔夾,個人認為青椒就咁食好味d 一上檯就覺得佢有d 醜,呢個係蕃茄乳酪燒其實我地一行三人都以為佢係乾既,點知上到檯先知係用錫紙包住上檯不過包住有包住既好,d 蕃茄汁唔會流失老實講呢個賣相就有d 唔討好,但係就好有屋企餸既感覺乳酪即係芝士啦,我就食唔出呢個係乜野芝士,但係呢個芝士都偏咸,所以配埋酸酸既蕃茄食就好好味來到尾聲~其實食串燒真係好難食得飽,連我家係雞仔胃都食唔飽,所以要叫返兩個飯團飯團係無餡既,碟上面係d 青瓜片來,咁可以一路食個飯團一路夾d 餸黎食因為我唔鐘意食青瓜所以唔講啦個食團係燒過啦,外面燒到好似d 飯焦咁,好香又有咬口入面 d飯就濕濕地咁,其實都幾好食既,但係我就覺得呢舊飯唔太岩我口味啦係一個周六既晚上,悠閒咁食住串燒同家人聊下天,真係好似過左日本咁 continue reading

在香港, 要找尋正宗的日本串燒, 除了之前的南亭外, 首推竹家.座落在紅磡黃埔花園橫街, 一點都不起眼, 充滿隱世串燒感覺!每次到來, 都總有3,4檯日本客, 老板娘流利日語對答, 再細心觀賞小店裝潢, 喝著小店自家浸泡的梅酒, 曚曨間, 真的以為自己身處日本某某串燒小店MENU種類不多, 但樣樣都嚴選食材, 保持品質, 保留原味. 煮大腸, 太入味太諗, 微微辛辣, 做小吃一流!!燒雞皮, 脆得像吃薯片一樣, 越趙越甘香!! 一點都不覺油膩, ENCORE 再 ENCORE!! 燒牛舌, 極度JUICY, 那回甘味濃濃的在口腔徘徊不散, 食兩三串是必需的!!!燒雞亦, 雞皮脆, 雞肉又滑又多汁, 無何挑剔!燒年糕, 外層燒得像脆米一樣, 內層卻又煙煙UN UN, 配上燒汁, 美味可口!!只有一位日本師父主理, 跟東京小店一樣, 店子小卻安排得頭頭是道, 當我掛念日本的正宗串燒, 腦海想到的就只有竹家!!  continue reading

呢間居酒屋位於紅磡巷仔內唔係咁起眼,但我已經嚟過無數次,每次都總係會吸引我返轉頭。佢係由真。日本人開嘅,所以好有日本風,入到嚟真係有置身日本嘅感覺~但居酒屋裡面嘅坐位唔多,若你想試嘅話緊記要先訂咗,walk-in 通常都無位嘅,我已經撞過好多次板啦。。。Menu上嘅差唔多到試過晒,牛脷係我每次必點嘅項目,燒嘅時間啱啱好,保持到嫩滑(其他餐廳通常做到好靭)。第二吸引我嘅係年糕,係串燒入面少有嘅甜食,唔會太甜而且外脆內軟。淨食串燒好難食得飽,所以我通常會搭飯團或者烏冬,普通嘅食物都依舊做得好味道。雖然出菜比較慢,但係全都是即叫即做,送上枱果下包保熱辣辣,好正架! continue reading

同媽媽去紅館concert前,當然要醫飽個肚啦!近近地就喺黃埔搵食。得兩位女士都唔會食得多;串燒容易控制份量又可以試多幾款!難得6點未夠就到黃埔,可以試試一啲容易full嘅舖仔。竹家係巷仔入面,門口燈又未開,有啲難搵。6點半開門,好彩無訂滿,仲有位!坐定定,周圍望,成間舖得20個位左右,媽媽話肥少少都唔可以係到做侍應!我把握時間,係媽媽到之前叫定野食!佢黎到就食得,時間啱啱好!*串燒類*我地全部都係叫鹽燒,佢地有啲有醬汁、麵豉、等等 雞腎-一粒粒,彈牙,好肥美。唔似出面好多都係用腎片。燒得好。牛舌-燒得好香,好味!豚肉-較肥,燒過嘅肥肉特別好食。大蔥-媽媽大愛!雞心-食材唔錯,good!*其他*厚燒玉子-全晚最愛!每層都好薄,中間仲係震騰騰,又唔太甜!超好味!蕃茄乳酪燒-芝士好滑,一定要同蕃茄一齊食,唔係就太咸啦。芋頭煮-應該係用日本芋頭,芋頭味唔濃,好黏口。牛舌刺身-唔好諗住係血淋淋嗰啲XD 夾埋啲蔥再加山葵醬油,正!側邊碟秋葵係前菜,都幾好食。*總結*好好味,一定會再黎,下次要飲埋酒! continue reading
