K11 MUSEA 開幕了,當然要過黎行下同試下新餐廳啦!今日試左多賀野拉麵,特登早d入去食晚餐唔使排隊,見到7點後已經排長龍啦!環境都好舒適,近門口有2張台仲有2棵樹,都幾特別!😂😂我點左蒲燒鰻魚定食配有沙律菜,燒得剛剛好,魚肉仍然好滑,而魚皮燒得有少少脆,配上咸咸甜甜醬汁送飯一流😋,美中不足係鰻魚太少啦,如果可以多1-2片就更加好啦。另外點了餃子🥟,配上醬汁都唔錯。朋友點左多賀野醬油拉麵同栗國塩味拉麵。🍜

平日夜晚8點幾,唔使等位,坐二人枱,同隔離枱相隔好近,佢講乜都聽到曬。但拉麵店黎講,入面裝修幾靚,同唔會太迫。叫左栗國鹽拉面,個湯唔咸,反而係清湯咁款,有飲到鰹魚味。但塊叉燒出事,一啲都唔滑,散同鞋。。。隔離枱食沾面,都話叉燒好唔得,同埋我見佢啲沾面汁好稀,同一般食到既好大出入🤔🤔全餐飯我覺得隻蛋最好食,夠入味同蛋白好滑。另外叫左個芝麻辛辣拉面同煎餃子。個湯係香辣,食多幾啖就有啲重口味。餃子超普通無嘢好講🤷🏻‍♀️始終係食拉麵,食完唔夠飽係平常事🤣總括黎講好普通但有點貴,唔對應米豬連個銜頭囉。

湯底是拉麵是否好吃的關鍵,這裏湯底由豬骨、雞及大量蔬菜熬成,呢碗同一般嘅濃湯唔同,口味傾向中式少少。香蔥山椒味道其實有點難想像的。會覺我有點點辣味,但因為香蔥山椒唔係麻辣所以係截然不同。入口依然順滑。

講講佢嘅湯底啦,「用上鴨肉、鴨骨、雞、蜆、菇等材料熬煮再撞鰹魚乾精華湯」我麵睇下本Menukb講下咁,好像成碗野只係比醬油味鹹少少,但食完加湯飲埋都唔會太鹹。算係濃淡得宜。沾麵香濃而不油膩,足見真材實料,相信貴在個沾麵汁吧!湯底唔太稀,都可以掛到下D麵條。係有油脂係面層,不過麵算鮮甜...唔錯唔錯!

豚鴨沾麵,但豚鴨味就顯然很弱,好像鰹魚味重,沾汁內的鴨肉份量稀少,似乎只用來熬湯汁。有點點落差呢個位,但論味道係好好食既。而溏心蛋相當出色,令我心動, 蛋上枱都仲保持到流心好正!半熟蛋蛋黃很晶瑩,蛋白和蛋黄白黃分明...配埋個湯食落去好甜好滑溜。

東京開業廿多年的【多賀野】,是當地傳奇拉麵店,雖然位於住宅區,只有一間店,但長年人龍不絕,其實好難想像當初拉麵店只賣一款招牌醬油拉麵,逐漸研發出豚鴨沾麵、芝麻辛辣拉麵等款式,同樣大受歡迎。

仲要係屬家庭式經營,每天只售一百五十碗麵,賣完即止。呢份由細細間演變到過江既歷程真係唔可以睇少,多年來列為日本最優秀拉麵排行榜頭十位內又係連續四年米芝蓮推介的日本菜餐廳!!一眾拉麵迷必定不可錯過啊。

我本身係一個拉麵控, 最鍾意食拉麵沾麵...見到呢間日本大熱店來香港開。。由於之前太多人排隊關係。。。。。於是最近先黎試食上網見有youtuber 好推介呢間野所以見價錢雖然好貴, 都比一次機會呢間野同朋友兩個人來食叫左三樣野食醬油拉麵$128招牌菜鴨豚沾麵$168同埋都係招牌菜既炸蟹餅薯蓉$68另外再加一醬油拉麵味道好淡, 同出面$75-90 一碗既醬油拉麵差唔多味😅鴨豚拉麵, 呢個價錢竟然只得半隻蛋😂叉燒好乾好乾同柴口唔見有鴨肉塊麵雖然即制, 唔見得好彈牙唔夠粗身周月沾麵 , 座銀好過佢湯都算甜甜地 都可以蟹餅除左味道比較蟹味重之外同出面食個d 唔大分別炸得好黑座位坐得迫 要搭台埋單總數$400呢個價錢係香港都算數一數二貴(拉麵) 性價比低 無下次。

唔見有鴨肉塊
麵雖然即制, 唔見得好彈牙
唔夠粗身
周月沾麵 , 座銀好過佢
湯都算甜甜地 都可以

同朋友一齊去試新嘢,一去到…超級多人排隊,個個都等住試🙂入到去,見到師父親手整麵,佢呢度既拉麵全部都係手打, 今次我order咗一個沾汁麵我朋友就order咗一個湯拉麵, 嘩!好食到傻😍果然係米芝蓮級😍我叫左個豚鴨沾汁麵,味道非常有層次✔️個麵軟硬適中,而我朋友的湯拉麵又係超正,必試!!我地仲叫左個蟹餅,又係好好食,雖然價錢有dd貴,不過都值得一試!!

知道尖沙咀開左間新商場- K11 Musea, 約左好友黎行下 順便食埋晚餐🥣, 見到呢間拉麵店大排長龍, 就8卦下, 原來係東京人氣拉麵店- 多賀野, 聽聞仲係米芝蓮級, 我同朋友唔係趕時間就去排隊試下自家製黑胡椒炸雞🍗外層香脆, 肉質嫩滑🌟聽店員講, 製麵機械由日本🇯🇵直送, 每碟麵都係自家製造, 所以麵既份量同硬度都係統一既, 食落麵質彈牙幼滑, 無鹼水味多賀野醬油拉麵🍜醬油味清香叉燒肉質又腍又嫩, 肥瘦適中, 唔油膩溏心蛋🥚超濃郁醬油香味, 溏心效果1流因為本人鐘意食辣,所以就揀左呢款- 芝麻辛辣拉麵🍜湯底濃濃既芝麻香味, 仲加入左唔少既蔥粒, 同叉燒肉粒!
