上次到上環工作試過德勝小廚 梅子蒸鴨飯 覺得好有特色,因為用梅子醬點燒鴨/燒鵝嘅粤式燒味,應該除咗食齋嘅之外,只要係香港長大應該冇邊個會未食過,反而用蒸嘅烹調方法唔係度度都有。呢個特色午餐每日供應。今日與同事再過嚟上環工作都推介咗佢試一試。自己今日就想試 生炒牛肉飯,事緣早幾日看討論區剛巧見到有人推介呢度嘅生炒牛肉飯。呢個炒飯除咗大大碟夠飽肚, 啲牛肉粒係用手切牛肉粒並非揸流灘用機碎免治牛肉,成碟食完亦唔見碟底有油,真係好功夫。雖然店面冇醒目既裝修, 甚至飯店嘅格局有少少似自七、八十年代未改動過嘅裝修;不過食完兩餐完全感覺到紮紮實實賣嘅就係實而不華。 continue reading

今日又無帶飯,又要買外賣返公司食,諗起好耐無食過燒味飯就湧現左德勝小廚既燒味佢地不是工場交黎架,係師傅每朝係廚房入面自己燒,所以德勝D燒味真的是絕品今日買左個瘦叉紅腸飯,唔好以為叉燒要瘦就一定un 到7彩,德勝既叉燒真係唔同架,尤其如果有少少燶邊的話就更加停唔到口大家有機會都去試下啦,紅腸就無乜特別不過不失既。今日外賣呢個飯盒唔好以為好貴實情只係$38,係咪超值又抵食呢。老闆真係好好人,今時今日我地仲可以用良心價買到如此美咪既燒味飯 continue reading

A very classics HK restaurant, just like old time. If you care about food presentation, services, comfort seating etc, don’t bother. But if it’s taste you are looking for, this is it. I ordered a simple 叉火飯, and it’s one of the best I ever had in Hong Kong. It’s not cheap, cheap (57 HKD) but it’s worth the money. continue reading

Overall, I should say this is a very nice little restaurant with hard-working mom and pop and fellow staff. Each time I came, they would treat me with great dishes, coupled with a free tasty soup and drink. I feel refreshed after a meal there. Nevertheless, I would like to advise the young lady cashier to learn from her parents, especially in terms of showing respect to people and acquiring a sense of equality and democracy. 來到德勝小廚,見到牆上餐牌寫著有梅子蒸鴨飯,梗係即時落單啦, 亦都即時知道無.早知當時問埋係近排都無定係咁啱賣晒啦,總之之後轉咗南南乳豬手飯.跟飯既湯送上,係合掌瓜湯,合掌瓜無先去皮,成件食既話要”梅”返啲皮出嚟.裡面有雞有瘦肉,一般茶仔既餐湯好似都係其中一樣咋喎,算係肯落本,但係始終無合掌瓜果種甜味.南乳豬手飯既豬手係另外用碗分開上既,咁樣可以件件都有汁,而且又唔會令飯浸得太多,好嘢!睇見顏色紅卜卜以為係辣辣地既,原來唔係,不過平時食開既南乳好似無咁紅架.南乳汁通常係杰杰地,咁先可以黏係食物上面,但依度南乳都幾稀喎,不過好在豬手都濃味.菜芯擺係豬手果隻碗既最底,因為索咗南乳味所以好香,不過硬咗啲.就算扣除咗墊底既菜芯,豬手既份量都算多.但係太過冧,甚至冧到甩皮甩骨既程度.唔可以話差,因為的確好多人中意食冧既豬手,不過唔係我杯茶囉. continue reading
