【卤水大鹅肝拼鹅肉片】
潮汕卤鹅的粉肝并非西餐中的肥肝,这一盘吃上去嫩滑软润,可以慢慢抿化,口感如同婴儿的肌肤。鹅肉有的切成薄片,有的带骨切块,但肉质都富有弹性和柔韧度,细腻的肌理中渗出卤水淡淡的清香。

卤汁的精彩之处在于,它在各种配方的调和下达到了一种味型平衡,虽不浓墨重彩,但醇厚悠长,复合的咸甜鲜可以在舌尖回旋很久。

【驰名蚝仔饼】
一桌子清淡菜,不来几口重油料理似乎有些无趣,可惜等到这盘蚝仔烙姗姗来迟时已经很饱,再好吃也无法惊艳了。但客观来说,这道菜确实算得上必点,挑不出什么毛病,就差开瓶酒了。

外形让人瞪大眼睛,满满一盘蓬松的金黄,比常见的蚝仔饼厚了一倍,厚度赶超华夫饼,完全吃过瘾!蘸碟似乎是鱼露,蘸一点就已经带来浓郁的发酵鲜味。

均匀的粉浆与蛋液包裹着大颗柔嫩的蚝仔,中间部分带点绵糯,边缘酥脆挺立,足量的葱香把鲜厚滋味推向了一个更高的层次。

【蚝仔肉碎泡粥】
大份粥是得用“盆”装,有种想让人把头埋进去喝的豪迈。用料诚意满满,简直像是在肉里面捞米饭,除了弹韧的蚝仔和精瘦的肉碎还有咸鱼干,但相比潮汕粥的“汤泡饭”质地,我个人还是偏爱广府派的毋米粥。

【梅子蒸乌头】
梅子酱喜欢得不得了,酸得透亮,甜得温婉,回味无穷,在一桌菜中显得清新脱俗。可惜就是鱼蒸得太老,鱼肉碎到筷子夹不起来,还有的都拧在盘底了。

【瑶柱竹笙什菜煲】
就是大杂烩蔬菜煲,适合冬天吃的温暖汤菜,汤头依靠瑶柱和竹笙吊出一口鲜气,青菜和粉丝都很入味,竹笙泡发得弹软,但印象中我没吃到瑶柱。

【清心丸绿豆爽】
餐后一碗滋润微甜的热糖水真心舒服,这里面有绿豆、白果、糯糯的清心丸,浮在表面的脱皮绿豆是银杏落叶一样灿烂而温暖的颜色。

【XO酱西兰花虾球】
这道菜最一般就放最后写,看色泽就觉得太淡,吃起来也真没什么XO酱的浓郁滋味,虾仁够大只、够饱满,但不够脆弹。

今日晏晝同事帶我嚟咗依間超大嘅餐廳食飯。入面佢間開咗,環境就唔係靚㗎啦,不過都乾乾淨淨企企理理咁中午時間現場都係比較多中年大叔,餐牌方面來講網絡價錢都幾合理,應該話抵食先啱。揀咗個滑蛋蝦球河粉飲凍檸茶。凍檸茶表現正常,唔使額外加錢,幾鍾意個河粉份量好足,雞蛋確實係幾滑,花球已經去咗搶,亦都冇咩冰鮮未。河粉都係新鮮嘅,整體嚟講好滿意,大份得滯,一個人未必食得晒,下次會考慮同朋友share最唔滿意嘅地方係服務員成日上錯咗菜,上錯咗仲會問我哋不如算啦食佢上錯嘅嗰個就算,大家企硬啲話食返原本叫嗰個就OK 㗎啦😜😜😜

舖頭座位非常多,但係無阻長長人龍,晚飯時間4人入座預等半個鐘頭。 有部分食物係其他餐廳比較難搵到,例如:脆皮糯米釀大腸、滷水大鵝肝、福果芋泥等,佢地味道都好出色,絕對會令人想返轉頭再食。 脆皮雞食落多汁多肉,但味道平時去飲既炸子雞差唔多,可能係一樣做法,所以無乜驚喜。 整體黎講,絕對會推薦過黎試食!

參觀完香港大學(見到而家啲後生仔真係覺得自己好老,明明都唔係真係畢咗業好多年咋嘛😭),anyway ,廢話少講,之後去咗附近既德記潮州菜館食晚飯。啲嘢食大件夾抵食,兩個人嗌三個餸都食唔晒要打包返屋企lol非常推介大腸包糯米飯,大腸脂肪唔多,糯米飯唔知係咪加咗香芋,食落去有種軟淋淋嘅感覺😋胡椒豬肚湯都好飲,不過個人認為可以再辣少少。蠔餅唔腥,證明用嘅蠔非常新鮮👍兩個人晚飯先食咗三百零蚊,仲有得打包返屋企,真係非常抵食!

胡椒豬肚湯都好飲,不過個人認為可以再辣少少。蠔餅唔腥,證明用嘅蠔非常新鮮👍

兩個人晚飯先食咗三百零蚊,仲有得打包返屋企,真係非常抵食!

總結:第一次食德記,話晒米芝蓮諗住價錢都應該唔會平得去邊,但原來又唔係喎,我哋四個人都係食咗$1020,勁抵😂食物真係無咩可以挑剔,樣樣都幾好,而重點又唔會吹人埋單交枱,嗰日見入座率都有七八成以上㗎,但食完都仲可以慢慢吹水,而家係香港食飯真係好難得架啦~
