作為西環人,無可能唔識德記西環以前係潮州人地頭,所以自然有好多出名既潮州菜館,而「德記」就係家喻戶曉、歷久不衰既一間星期五六日實有人龍,門口賣多豆砵仔糕婆婆多年都仲賣緊,依個已經係一個西環既「Signature」講返德記,典型菜館舒服光猛裝修,由於經營多年,餐牌有傳統潮州菜、新派改良菜式等,連素菜都有前菜豆乾送下酒都幾正架門口大大隻字黃油烏頭,當然要試下所謂黃油烏,烏頭魚體型要大,肉質豐厚,腹部夠肥先有「黃油」黃油係指魚煮完後,皮下會自然流出黃色脂肪油分,食既時候入口魚香四溢德記既烏頭係絶對非常大條,非常厚肉絶對唔難發現佢既魚肉沾到黃油,加埋佢自己配製既豆醬,比平時食到既普寧豆醬無咁咸,多少少甜味,來自甜麵豉入口魚香同味道一試難忘另一潮食必試當然係滷水鵝片,賣相精緻,鵝肉軟滑味道適中,滷水汁正中意嘅點返啲白醋或者潮洲辣椒油,更加有風味入面沾滿滷水汁同鵝肉汁既豆腐千祈唔好錯過椒鹽豆腐,上碟一見佢係三角形嗰隻豆腐就好有味道以前好多排檔都整依隻,但依家少啲見到,佢最大既賣點就係入面可以真係好滑,德記依個都係,外脆,但入面仍然非常滑溜香味十足既,但相對一般小菜既椒鹽會較淡,都係德記既風格黎既德記實在有太多招牌菜,好多樣都好正架,一班人黎食就正啲,可以試多啲餸多年黎都咁多人幫襯係有原因既#基督徒店黎既好多祝福既説説#飲返杯咸檸七都幾唔錯架 continue reading

由去年到今年,香港嘅事件真係發生得太多,令到我同家人沒有太多時間外出吃飯。新冠肺炎幾個月,限聚令自父親節放寬之後,其實好想去食呢間出名嘅潮州菜,對我哋九龍人來講呢間就梗係遠一啲,但最後都係冇失望首先未入門口嘅時候就已經吸引咗我同爸爸,因為嫲嫲同爸爸細個嘅時候住黃大仙區,門口就有張好吸引我哋嘅舊相片係1983年同2013嘅對比,又比到機會爸爸細說當年。入到餐廳裏面,有量體溫,環境就當然係爸爸最鍾意嘅夠地踎,但係又係篇乾淨嘅,全場都坐滿人,又有間板,令人都覺得有安心感覺。另外我最鍾意佢哋將出名嘅菜式掛晒喺個牆度,令人一睇就知道乜嘢係出名要叫嚟試下,食完全屋人覺得好滿意,重要嘅一點係返到屋企唔口乾,一定會再返嚟食埋其他想試嘅食物。 continue reading

今午去試一下,午飯套餐,點了1.瑤柱蛋白炒飯,水準差劣,飯太油,太粘口,沒味道.2.茄子斑片蚊米, 沒有汁的蚊米,都是第一次吃,詢問服務員,可不可問一下廚房師父,這個茄子斑片蚊米,是沒有汁的嗎?回覆是"就是這樣子的", 再問經理,回覆是"好,叫廚房師父加點汁在這菜裡,又等了5分鐘,看到的似干炒米粉,都是沒有汁的,非常油膩,95%剩下來,太失望了, 花了HKD105, 00,真是吃不下去。水準不如小小的茶餐廳.以後不再來午飯... continue reading

FRIDAY NIGHT 係打工仔最開心的一日.當然要搵個地方食餐好吧憵勞一下一星期既辛苦今日就去遠左少少吧西環 (香港大學站C2出口) 既德記潮州菜館 品嚐一下這家時常爆滿既潮州菜館今晚點左味三滲醬墨色拼海蜇頭.說實在$128的價錢來說都是偏貴,而且味道方面沒有太大的驚喜.除非你是海蜇頭狂粉,否則我覺得可以不用試.鵝片係我強烈推介的一味菜,$98 相信其他潮州菜館未必可以用此價錢品嚐到鵝味濃而且肉質很好,感覺很新鮮.絕對值得一試蠔仔粥 $42 如果2個人去的話我建議叫碗. 不過如果是蠔仔粥狂粉可以叫一窩,因為很化算.很足料,蠔仔肥美. 有大地魚乾在飯內香味濃郁~ 每一啖飯都有配料,大滿足(煎)馳名蠔仔餅$88, 點解要強調(煎)因為佢有煎同炸選擇. 我個人會推薦 (煎) 因為蛋味較濃而且冇咁油膩最後呢味就係香酥芋茸鴨 $78 我個人覺得不過不失,可以一試.因為都幾飽肚,如果比較多人既話可以叫一碟齊齊分享,但如果人數較少我就覺得要食量較大既人先可以叫,因為很容易吃剩.但由於我們都食量大,最後可以清碟. ^___^ continue reading
