雖然台灣菜食店「台灣郎」也有製作類似「牛肉飯」的食品,可惜現在的「台灣郎」,始終還是沒有提供晚市堂食食品服務給食客,所以我選擇購買「雞肉飯」,然後在「清風街」坐巴士返回「新蒲崗」才享用「牛腩飯」晚餐。「台灣郎」的台灣滷水雞腿肉飯便當食品的實際名稱頗長,叫做「台北車站滷雞腿飯便當」,顧名思義,「台北車站滷雞腿飯便當」概念來自於台灣鐵路火車站,售賣給乘客的外賣自取飯盒食品。我在「台灣郎」除了購買了一份外賣自取「台北車站滷雞腿便當」食品之外,還另外以套餐價價錢,購買一份沒有骨頭的小食「秘製香烤雞排」食品。「台灣郎」「秘製香烤雞排」實際製成品的外表真的十分厚實,外層口感感覺還有少許硬,而且「秘製香烤雞排」的實際口感完全沒有夾雜任何骨頭,是名副其實的無骨啖啖彈性雞肉口感。至於「台灣郎」的「台北車站滷雞腿飯便當」實際製成品,雖然沒有台灣原裝版本那麼有實淨手感的木盒,或者由硬卡紙摺疊而砌成的紙盒,但是勝在用上可以回收化解循環再造的紙盒。至於「台北車站滷雞腿飯便當」實際製成品表面,雖然沒有淋上一大片味道有濃厚鹹味和甜味的醬汁,但是這樣不等於「台北車站滷雞腿飯便當」實際製成品裡面沒有味道。因為「台灣郎」廚房在「台北車站滷雞腿飯便當」的白飯表面上,鋪上了一層味道偏鹹,口感爽脆的「榨菜」作為調味料,「榨菜」配合甜味薄身的「滷水」汁,令「台北車站滷雞腿飯便當」沒有濃稠醬汁,仍然十分惹味。當然了,「台北車站滷雞腿飯便當」表面的「滷水雞腿」實際製成品表面上,也鋪上了很多味道偏鹹有點像「蒜粒」,又有點像「鰹魚乾」的調味料,總之就是代替濃稠鹹味醬汁,成為「台北車站滷雞腿飯」的主要鹹味來源。即使「台北車站滷雞腿飯便當」還有甜味味道偏濃的半隻「滷水蛋」,不過論口感「滷水蛋」就難以跟便當旁邊的爽脆口感新鮮「小棠菜」相提並論了。至於「台灣郎」的套餐飲品「珍珠奶茶」,我最初曾經以為食店廚房,竟然還有負責製作台灣手調飲品的設備,怎料「珍珠奶茶」實際製成品卻是一罐台灣品牌,大陸製造,味道甜微有點過猶不及的罐裝「珍珠奶茶」飲品。既然「台灣郎」的便當食品裡面,已經有甜味感覺頗為濃厚的「滷水」醬汁幫忙調味,那麼「珍珠奶茶」飲品的實際味道,就可以不用再造得這麼甜了。所以我最後在「新蒲崗」食完牛腩飯,攜帶「台灣郎」「台北車站滷雞腿飯便當」坐小巴返回「西貢」,享用「台北車站滷雞腿飯便當」的時候,胃口已經沒有之前那麼大了,還被罐裝「珍珠奶茶」的過濃甜味所嚇到。可惜「台灣郎」沒有製作例如「水蜜桃紅茶」的手調台灣飲食,否則用甜味冰凍手調台式「水蜜桃紅茶」飲品配鹹味榨菜滷水雞腿便當,當作晚餐裡面的「雞肉」部分,也屬於一個不錯的選擇。 continue reading

今日去完真係超級失望😮‍💨因為午餐款式選擇少與之前差了很多,以前午餐選擇豐富,而家得返一個晚餐紙去點,已經好唔開心😫,唯有揀咗個蕃茄牛肉麵點知俾咗肥牛,一心仲以為是台灣牛肉,殊不知啲肥牛又肥又韌,食咗半碗已經冇食,餐飲仲要連珍珠奶茶都冇埋,怎麼可能一間台灣餐廳會連珍珠奶茶都話冇🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️,希望老細要好好檢討一下,唔好為咗貪方便乜嘢都cut晒,如果個餐牌再唔改善同埋唔整番珍珠奶茶,我諗都應該冇人再去幫襯(包括埋我)🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 continue reading

店內座位其實只有幾個所以大多數人都是買外賣午餐外賣送指定飲品,當日送冬瓜茶(味道正常) 之前吃過雞腿便當,但蔥酥太硬,不願再試紅燒牛肉麵就聽得多,配飯還是第一次聽到,決定一試,+$10 鹽酥雞紅燒牛肉是牛腩,燉煮入味,帶少辣雖然細件,但份量亦尚可白飯上的酸菜帶少許甜味,剛好平衡牛肉的油膩和辣味白飯口感帶煙韌,不是一般的香米鹽酥雞,另外以紙袋裝,未算很熱,想是預先已經炸好味道鹹香亦不覺油膩,食完亦不需要不斷飲水炸粉不會太厚,每啖都是雞肉大概有10粒雞肉,值得加購與人一同分享唯一的問題是外賣的包裝,包裝的袋是闊口的手抽袋,不能打結,放入便當後將飲品放便當上或側面,都感覺很容易會打翻。而且店員的態度像機械人一樣沒甚麼表情語氣,所以不好意思對包外賣的方法提出甚麼異議😑 continue reading

臺灣郎已幫趁好幾年,由住西營盤到電車路果間開始食至搬落天后去其總店開飯。多年來都是牛肉麵加凍飲(連加一$100無找)。與我的感覺是牛肉()高水平,湯0K,麵就一時時!2間舖的職員都是冷冰冰的像機械人一樣,所以除非很想食牛肉麵才會進去!今天剛巧想不到吃甚麼午餐,最後又踏進天后臺灣郎,照舊牛肉麵配凍洛神花茶。麵來到,看著著有種奇怪的感覺,碗是正常大小,但麵好像在些縮水,撈一撈湯麵再數了三次牛肉數量,以往是四件牛而今日祇有三件,件頭跟以往一樣的。我在想(1)會否星下午茶餐平一些減一件肉及麵條?(2)多年沒加價所以減質量以沖數?剛巧鄰邊來了客人要下單難得有待應過來,遂多口向她問句。她說向廚房了解一吓,不一會她拿了一個小碗盛著一件牛肉給我,說是廚房疏忽了!無言! continue reading

Hi, I have to express my dissatisfaction over the inability to use my Octopus card when I had sufficient funds inside to pay. The restaurant could only accept Octopus /Alipay /Cash. I understand bringing in cash is important to visit a not so established restaurant in HK but tbh not even a credit /debit card machine ? My bill was $16x. I have not installed Alipay and the only alternative is PayMe. The restaurant did not accept this either. The entire experience left me absolutely no choice but to visit the nearby MTR station so I could take cash from an ATM 😅😅There was also a time when I ordered food from this restaurant via Food Panda. A lot of people knew how easy it is to misclick and order an extra set because of the ‘+’ button. I contacted Food Panda and their CS requested me to contact the restaurant. Therefore I called 台灣郎 but the staff who picked up the phone call told them they did not know how to operate at all. I told them no that was Food Panda’s instruction. Could you not simply reject the order so I could make a new one ? I felt extremely shocked because there was no way for me to remedy this problem even I contacted both sides. Tbh they should brush up on their IT skills especially when food delivery service is prevalent, especially under the pandemic. The experience this time was I had to pay for an extra order.
