又到假日,一家大細出動飲茶嘅好日子。大榮華都係我哋經常去嘅茶樓,身在食肆林立嘅黃金地段,的確係好幸福嘅事情,除咗有好多連鎖餐廳選擇以外,好多默默耕耘嘅食店更係街坊鄰居嘅聚腳點。大榮華之前裝修過,大家都知佢嘅大東主本身就係一個食家,所以對食好有追求,我哋可以喺到長期幫襯亦少不了佢嘅一番好心機。樓下有榮華嘅包裝嘢賣,仲有得買燒味,老實講,如果同隔離間x興相提並論,呢邊嘅燒味確實爭少少,不過都算係中上水準。而大榮華都好進取,由酒牌可見,貴價酒都唔少,相信配菜方面都相對改進咗好多。不過,對於我哋呢班街坊客來講,晚餐比較少上來用膳,多數都係假期同老人家上來飲下早茶或者下午茶,慢慢嘆返個零兩個鐘咁,已經係集體美好回憶。而除咗平時嘅點心之外,老友記都鍾意整返啲炒粉麵,呢味豉油皇炒腸粉唔會太油膩,份量亦可觀,連怕油嘅婆婆都係佢fans。女士來講,食豬腳薑絕不陌生。呢到嘅豬腳薑材料充足,味道好正,小女每次都係最後享用精華嘅一員,啲汁唔會太甜,又唔會太酸,好好飲,學媽咪話齋“仲好補㗎!”咖喱鮮魷勁正,每次一出就就好快被掃清,唔會太辣,啲肉質好爽口彈牙,成家中寵幸兒嘅我總係可以食到最矝貴嘅魷魚鬚。仲有好多即叫即蒸嘅一盅兩件,傳統的味道,都係質素上乘,絕不花假。更係其他連鎖茶樓無可代替的理由。鵪鶉蛋燒賣喺其他地方已經買少見少,好多點心師傅已經唔願做嘅舊有菜式,每次來都要懷舊一番~奶皇水晶包都係特有點心,外層透明見到裡面啲奶皇,其實佢仲會流心𠻹,趁熱食一流!不過,可能係因為間茶樓真係太好生意,啲員工做到冇停手,所以服務欠奉。甚至有時不太友善,可謂大打折扣,雖然我哋係為食而來。一間餐廳站得住腳與否,除咗出品,服務都好緊要,香港人嘅要求都唔算高,最起碼唔好黑口黑面、含沙射影就已經好知足。 continue reading

老牌酒樓逐漸式微,朋友好耐無食過中菜,我就帶佢去灣仔大榮華圍村菜。門外招牌已經反映到酒樓歷史悠久,客人多數喺熟客,我就喺其中之一。平時多數食晚飯,晏晝飲茶就第一次。酒樓有好多傳統點心,例如糯米包,果然無令我失望,糯米做得軟綿綿,必食!但喺其他包就有啲失望,例如蓮蓉包,做得比一般酒樓差,水晶包...唔吸引...馬拉糕喺飲茶必叫,朋友好鐘意食,仲誇張到直豎拇指!!大榮華炒飯尤其出色,賣相有啲似福建炒飯,但喺比福建炒飯更好食! continue reading

一行二十多人分兩圍去食親戚嘅生日飯每樣餸嘅份量都好足其中最精彩嘅係煎小黃魚( 其實超過手掌咁大)煎得好乾身又嫩滑另一重點就係豬油撈飯黃金比例係一碗飯一 匙羹 豬油一 匙羹 豉油可惜我覺得啲事又唔夠好食 continue reading

今日約左男友同阿媽飲茶,因為男友未試過榮華衣間飲茶,所以帶左佢黎試下。我記得間酒樓好似要十一點先開,所以約左佢地十一點半酒樓等。一去到就已經有位,唔駛等位。我叫左必食既腐竹白果豬肚湯😍,鵪鶉蛋燒賣,叉燒腸,同陳皮牛肉煲仔蒸飯。先黎個腐竹豬肚湯,今次好足料,勁多豬肚,啲豬肚大大件又夠林,又有白果同腐竹,飲落個湯有少少胡椒味好正。衣個湯好多時未到下午茶已經賣晒,所以有買襯手,手快有手慢無。再黎碟叉燒腸,今日個廚師好孤寒,勁少叉燒,條腸粉咬落都幾軟綿綿,口感尚可。再黎個鵪鶉蛋燒賣,衣款點心唔係間間酒樓有得食,面頭塊皮煙煙un un ,點埋啲蒸出黎既肉汁食,都唔錯,隻鵪鶉蛋都幾大粒,下面舊肉應該係手剁豬肉,所以食到粒粒肉粒,肥豬肉都唔算多。最後係個陳皮牛肉煲仔飯,講真我今次食唔出陳皮味,都幾失望,個飯勝在啲米,食落去粒粒米都分明,唔太軟又唔太硬,水既比例控制得幾好,唔知係咪用油占米呢,食落好有口感又有米香,都係啲飯最好食。 continue reading

I ate here on my first day in Hong Kong. It was really a good place. Although I don't like the service that much but the food was great. Me and my fried ordered their Five Spice Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, Fried Rice and West Lake Beef Soup. Everything was really good except for the soup especially since I'm not a fan of coriander and it tastes like plain water. Lol! The chicken was yummy and the rice as well. But I really fell in love with the Sweet and Sour Pork. It was really damn crispy and good. Yummy! We had some leftovers and it was still crispy at the end of day. Just don't heat it on the microwave. They have big and generous servings as well. This place is good for groups. continue reading
