鯛魚燒是日本街頭小食的經典,加上雪糕和繽紛toppings就進一步俘虜甜品迷的心。 這次經團購買券,試試鯛魚芭菲的元祖-日本橫濱的Tai-Parfait!鯛魚芭菲有原味乳酪和雪糕两種選擇, 魚肚內餡可以挑綠茶、紅豆、吉士,紫薯,toppings有芭菲中常見的士多啤梨、香蕉等水果同綠茶紅豆,紫薯同黑蜜糖黃豆粉就是相對特別的配搭。立戶於food court, 舖頭空間小,但有open kitchen讓客人見證整個鯛魚芭菲的製作過程。據聞香港的Tai-Parfait會將員工送到日本培訓,並用上日產的烘烤模具,以保持老品牌的原味。三條鯛魚芭菲bb終於出世了。外形比常見的鯛魚燒更精緻立體,朋友所點的乳酪鯛魚融得很快,相機要食得快時,人也食得蠻狼狽的。自已點了紅荳綠茶鯛魚芭菲,鯛魚燒口中是軟滑的綠茶吉士,帶淡淡的甜香;紅荳泥味道一般沒有驚喜,而雲呢嗱雪糕用上了奶味頗重的A1。畢竟要配合鯛魚燒的size, 雪糕也相對細球,實在令人意猶未盡。還帶暖意的魚身由混合了九州麵粉和美國杏仁粉的粉漿烘烤而成,口感較厚實,味道沒有如本地格仔餅或韓國鯛魚燒的蛋香。魚腹中間就有像麻糬的煙韌質感,再加上豐富的紫薯餡料,令人大滿足。而紫薯味意外地濃,還能吃出並紫薯粒粒噢!同行女伴點了另一個熱門選擇。微酸的原味乳酪配上士多啤梨是個小清新,再有焦糖醬點綴, 也是個不錯的輕量選擇,而且外型亦更討好。(辛苦了魚魚要啃更多的餡)初初覺得鯛魚燒太小巧,吃下去時才發覺每個層次都剛剛好。剛好的份量,剛好的味道,剛好的味蕾沖激。那是日本製造的細膩吧。  continue reading

Tai-Parfait Strawberry & Frozen yogurt with chocolate sauce +purple potato filling 魚魚係即叫即製,所以外脆內軟。我一開始以為佢地用普通蛋加麵粉,但好似唔只咁簡單,魚好香而且入面有d qq。原本我係食完dinnerv過來追加個甜品,都驚會唔會食完太濟,但係topping原味既Yogurt 同strawberry小小酸,令到佢感覺好健康又唔膩~😋😋 食完反而仲想食多條入面filling可以任選-有紅豆/吉士/綠茶/紫薯...全部都好似好正😍,我係吉士紫薯苦惱左好耐,最後決定試下佢既紫薯係咪真紫薯(因為好多紫薯dessert 得個色,但味超假)結論係真係好香紫薯味,唔係沖粉假既味,相信佢地真係落左紫薯蓉😁😁幫我整既女仔好generous 咁把紫薯蓉fill到底,令我食到最後都好滿足,紫薯控應該會好like~~ 原本冬天食會驚愈食愈cold💙💙 但因為yogurt 只係topping, 到最後食紫薯魚身既時候感覺好暖粒粒🔥,😚😚😚好幸福不過呢個價錢比起其他魚魚有d貴 $38 hkfoodie: hunger.food (ig) continue reading

上次嘅經驗令我對鯛魚燒無咩expectation🙎今次反而感覺唔錯💁鯛魚燒攞上手夠哂熱辣辣🔥而且質感出面係脆但無唸過入面咁煙韌👅個人覺得配乳酪係一個好選擇👍酸酸地令到成個開胃咗,同其他配料都夾到另外揀咗吉士醬,正常地好食,所以整體比想像中好! continue reading

香蕉+原味乳酪配焦糖醬近期雪糕鯛魚燒在韓國丶日本等亞洲都好hit!之前係新加坡吃過始祖一來自日本的Tai-Parfait,真係超好吃。前排它抵達香港當然要放蛇試試。鯛魚燒即叫即整!魚身溫暖,外脆內軟。Yogurts 酸酸甜甜,焦糖味俾yogurt 蓋過哂!魚腹內餡有吉士丶抹茶和紅豆蓉選擇!我選了紅豆蓉,略微甜左小小!而且份量太細,吃一個好像不夠yogurt 上的醬容易流下來,吃時要小心!價錢HK38 continue reading

同小小豬去銅鑼灣買嘢,見未夠鐘去上興趣班,所以就帶小小豬去食下午茶。路經見到有雪糕鯛魚燒,所以就買一份俾嚟試下啦~之前都聽朋友仔講過話銅鑼灣都有,不過直都冇機會嚟試,終於可以趁今次試下Tai-Parfait嘅鯛魚燒啦~依度鯛魚燒都有好多選擇哦~諗左好耐,最後小小豬就揀左雜果加原味乳酪雪糕鯛魚燒。落好單後就拎住個機仔準備等食啦~等食等到悶悶不樂嘅小小豬~其實都真係唔怪得小小豬,我地都等左差唔多20分鐘。不過啲鯛魚燒係即叫即整,再加上得一位姐姐負責做,落單...整魚仔...都係佢一腳踢呀~終於等到震機嘅時候,可以去拎鯛魚燒啦~單睇個賣相都好吸引呀~好一隻為食豬呀~上層雪糕就俾小小豬食晒,佢當然係話好好食啦,不過我眼見啲乳酪都溶得幾快,所以要快快食先得啦!下層嗰條魚仔就當然係我食,可能係即整關係,所以個鯛魚燒餅都幾脆口,而且亦唔會太厚身。內裡嘅紅豆餡都算幾多,而且又唔算太甜,所以口感同味覺都唔錯。唯一就係覺得整份雪糕鯛魚燒份量就細左啲啲,可以大份啲就更加好啦! continue reading
