23/4/2025 星期三,舒舒服服閑遊大澳,喺東涌搭11號巴士,沿途欣賞風景,40分鐘左右車程,到達大澳,第一時間梗係搵食啦!經過大澳壁畫,見到「橫水渡小廚」,就是朋友介紹的這一間食店。店內分兩區,室內有冷氣,由於天氣熱,我哋選擇坐室內。我哋二人,簡單叫咗三款小菜,有:-大澳蝦膏蒸豬頸肉,好正,豬頸肉有蝦膏香味,亦有少少甜,唔太咸,入口美味。腰果西芹炒蝦球,夠鑊氣,蝦球彈牙,而且份量足😋客家籠仔蒸菜心,菜心鮮嫩,配以梅菜,有客家菜風味,好食。當日不是假期,店舖都好好生意,有遊客亦有大澳本地人幫襯,可見食物出品好,店員招呼友善,價錢合理,定必受歡迎。 continue reading

貴價垃圾級別,切勿中伏,試吓大澳小食仲好墨魚餅好似小賣部普通小食咸鮮蒸飯白飯+蝦乾+蝦醬+油擺喺塊荷葉上面 ,完全係零荷葉味。椒鹽鮮魷新鮮整既垃圾。冇椒亦冇鹽,炸到白恰恰。大排檔環境有咩好去,既無海景又無山景。茶葉up 嘅三樣嘢 $5XX 極度搵笨,係極度。切勿以身試法。你不如用啲錢去食大澳小食,建議食沙翁(即炸非常好味)、燒魚春..etc 你先試左尼兩樣野,就知我講嘅係堅。相信我,唔好幫襯,你唔會有任何損失。否則我唔會咁得閒無啦啦開post。唔食係唔會蝕底,只會賺咗。 continue reading

難得有幾位朋友來自台灣嚟香港旅遊搵我玩,我帶左佢地去大澳1日遊。夜晚黑黎度呢間出名嘅橫水渡小廚,坐低嘅時候就想點佢地招牌菜墨魚餅。而店員推介燒鵝,本身我地都猶豫然後隔離台話都好味,隔離台仲特登向我地推介籠仔飯話哩嗰超好味,係必食。於是我地就叫左呢三樣野。墨魚餅確實好味,籠仔飯亦確實係好出色,好似冇乜喺第二度食到哩個風味,啲魚仔撈埋啲飯好香!係爭在某一種魚佢可能重手左非常之咸。至於燒鵝就不過不失!整體黎講我地都享受依晚嘅晚餐,最重要既係佢係河邊,可以睇到大澳獨有嘅水上棚屋美景! continue reading

之前食過一次有印象係咩都OK嘅,今次去再試,味道唔錯,服務都正常,超級多人喺度食飯,特別注意餐廳係冇寫出嚟收茶水費,大排檔都收加一啊,要應該要明碼實價寫出嚟😂😂😂🍴茶位每位 $8 收加一服務費🍴 咸鮮蝦乾荷葉籠仔飯 $188 (8/10)用咗大澳兩寶,就係鹹蝦醬同埋蝦乾魚仔乾豬肉,個飯都粒粒分明幾乾身有少少荷葉嘅味道,鹹蝦醬唔會好鹹,用得有少少,幾香口嘅 另外蝦乾魚乾都真係好紮實,好有蝦味,更加有層次,中間少少豬肉粒添!🍴西蘭花炒魷魚 $118 (7.5/10)魷魚好大塊,食落去有口感都幾有魷魚味,不過相對比較老身少少?西蘭花就正常,清淡帶有少少酒味?!🍴墨魚餅 $148幾油下,好有咬口,真係粒粒墨魚,食落去係比較彈牙,唔會好鹹,淨係食到墨魚嘅香味,配咗個雞醬都OK。推薦指數: 8/10好食嘅,不過有啲貴,三碟就已經五百幾蚊,絕對係貴過平時食嘅大排檔,不過難得嚟一次大澳就冇所謂啦😂 continue reading

在大澳吃飯,可選擇的茶餐廳是一目了然的,看餐廳內客人多不多便知道。就算位置很好,位於搶眼位置,客人都可以很少,這家茶餐廳內就充滿了本地人,仿似是聚會或甚麼慶祝會的。當然成為了我們選擇目標。他上菜是慢了,但服務態度很好,居然把事情挌了。菜式炸尤魚,尤魚固然新鮮,炸出來又鮮嫩,彈牙,甚至脆口,香氣撲鼻,十分美味。炸豆腐也有同樣的效果。非常贊。他的小炒加入了多種當地的魚乾海味,再配合蝦醬炒出,海鮮野味炒作,只有這菜可感受到。 continue reading
