好鍾意食燒味但係又怕普通燒味店坐得唔舒服同埋環境比較一般,所以就想食燒味都會諗起太興見呢間舖頭都裝修咗好耐,行過見到終於開咗 啲燒味就吸引咗我入去太興個感覺係唔同啲光猛整齊乾淨叫咗一個三星拱照 -燒味例牌拼盤有燒肉雞同埋叉燒, 真係唔係浪得虛名好精緻,底仲有個蠟燭熱住,所以食到尾仲係可以暖笠笠燒肉皮脆就基本㗎啦 裏面嘅肉都好鬆一層層叉燒幾符合我嘅口味,唔係話好肥嗰種食落去鬆化, 唔會太甜雞夠滑但係又唔會太生, 感覺滑到好似海南雞咁, 雞好重雞味,食落都覺得好驚喜太興咕嚕肉,次次我嚟都叫, 食過就知正,真係啖啖肉,皮好薄 ,肉肥瘦好均勻, 係唔會可以咬返一嚿肥肉出嚟嗰種朋友話好想食返個蒸肉餅,所以就叫咗鹹魚蒸肉餅,簡簡單單家常便飯的感覺太興又點可以唔叫冰鎮奶茶 調味好適中,奶同茶嘅比例都好好,同埋整杯茶好穩定,唔會因為有冰而整淡非常豐富的一餐飯連餐具位置都覺得好整齊第一次嚟呢間舖頭食飯,唔單止係太興一貫嘅味道,服務質素仲好好, 主管阿姐一眼關七, 落單 加菜,加水,態度都好殷勤, 真係覺得如果間間餐廳都係咁樣嘅話,香港人日日都想出街食 continue reading

位於尖沙咀加連威老道的「太興」新開張,大大的店舖光猛新淨,坐位闊落舒適。燒味和冰鎮奶茶一向是「太興」的招牌菜,除此之外,還有各種經典套餐,例如豉汁涼瓜火腩飯,支竹豆腐火腩飯等……而下午茶餐也相當抵食。燒味達人《四喜臨門》$138自拼燒味自由度高,我選了燒鵝、乳豬、叉燒和燻蹄,上枱時驚見有燒鵝脾,真是幸運。乳豬皮脆肉嫩,叉燒軟腍多汁,樣樣都很有水準。《太興切雞下莊》$60下莊有大大隻雞脾,物超所值,雞不會太肥,雞皮薄,肉質嫩,好正。《豆豉排骨炒麵》$68除了燒味得,小菜也不遜色,脆卜卜的炒麵整成圓柱體,淋上醬汁和加入美味的排骨,好睇又好食。《秘製奶醬多》$37下午茶來碟奶醬多,份量剛剛好。《冰鎮奶茶》加$3食「太興」當然要飲冰鎮奶茶,只需加三元,絕對抵。茶香奶滑,咁出名當然是有原因的。《 紅豆冰》加$8甜味適中,紅豆份量多,如果上面的Cream 轉雪糕則更佳。 continue reading

今日係尖沙咀行街,見到呢間太興既燒味好靚,決定入去試下佢地d燒味好鬼靚,仲俾埋個爐可以熱住燒鵝上庄 $106我地中意食上庄,個燒鵝皮超級脆,胸位啖啖肉好夠味,甘香味美,配白飯一流5星級脆皮燒腩 $90轉套餐+$19配白飯及餐飲燒腩份量多,真係一層層好靚,個皮仲脆卜卜,配埋個芥末醬十分出色,加套餐配飯同埋飲品都只係加19蚊好抵食輕盈叉燒湯瀨粉 $40下午茶時間仲有瀨粉食,叉燒半肥瘦,個瀨粉好滑好好食油菜大大碟,食燒味一定要叫凍檸茶 +$3凍咸檸檬七喜 +$8兩杯飲品都各有特色 continue reading

服務態度真心唔錯😌 思源是咁的,我手機撳掣撳錯咗,撳咗冰鎮咖啡(唔知道原來佢連咖啡都冰鎮),但可以幫我地換返冰鎮(凍)奶茶🥹 姨姨好人呀😗 冰鎮奶茶基本上係必飲,將啲冰放外面,避免傭兵之後溝稀咗杯奶茶。跟餐都係加$3 ,感覺唔係特別貴。黃金大蝦球($98)呢個餸要等耐啲,可能啦。但係佢嘅黃金即係鹹蝦醬都幾夠味。鹹蛋有起沙嘅口感。蝦球都多肉感,咬落去算係皮薄、炸粉唔厚。另外個friend 叫左三拼燒味飯($83) 兩份share,油雞+半肥瘦叉+燒肉。我自己鍾意油雞,雞肉都真心幾滑。眼前平啲,半肥瘦叉燒都係做到半肥瘦嘅,因為佢手機落單可以另外揀就咁叉燒。鯪魚粉葛赤小豆🫘 幫我裏面都多粉葛,赤小豆嘅顏色仲紅過我自己屋企煲。嗱如果係味精,應該改變唔到佢顏色嘅,所以應該都真係足料先做。都夠大份夠我哋兩個人share(: continue reading
