To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝早咗起身☀️，見太興已經開咗就一於去幫襯。去到大約接近8:00 ，已經差唔多坐滿晒人。-今次叫咗個火腿通粉餐，通粉真係煮得好爽口Q彈，中間夾雜着啲生菜絲同埋火腿絲，覺得比出面啲茶餐廳好食。-而佢杯冰鎮奶茶都係值得一讚嘅，奶茶夠凍同埋夠濃。

心血來潮想飲太興嘅奶茶，是日決定到訪歎個靚早餐。早餐D $40頂級午餐肉滑蛋公仔麵- 可以選太陽蛋或炒蛋- 公仔麵- 熱奶茶/熱鴛鴦- 加多士+$6公仔麵充滿麻油香味，Q彈，2塊午餐肉厚切，配上太陽蛋/炒蛋，多士，份量豐富

太興除做燒味外，朝早有做早餐，今朝嚟開黃埔試一試。打開餐牌，早餐選擇頗多，價錢三四十蚊算親民。⭐️火腿通煎蛋配多士味道ok，火腿通較茶餐廳大碗之餘有生菜同大量火腿絲，值得一讚👍🏻⭐️雙拼三文治自選兩種餡料揀咗炒蛋同芝士，炒蛋同三文治一樣厚，入口唔會太乾或散開，口感十足。⭐️凍檸茶跟餐推介叫凍檸茶，茶味香濃，檸檬份量足，喺芸芸紅磡餐廳中算係做得比較出色。總括嚟講，地方闊落價錢親民味道ok份量足，性價比不俗，難怪一早坐滿人。

食得太興都係貪方便，連鎖店餐牌差唔多味道差唔多，加上太興相比其他茶記真係坐得舒服啲地方光猛啲所以今日係黃埔想叫餸食飯都唔諗啦，去太興算2個人叫左2個餸，一個椒鹽鮮魷一個北菇豆腐青衣魚柳煲結果兩個餸都唔合格個椒鹽鮮魷真係最嬲，焯完先拎黎去炒返乾身撈啲椒鹽上去，仲要都炒唔乾身啲椒鹽都痴唔到上去我第一次見呢個餸係會白焯，唔識整唔好學人整啦老公見到碟餸一放低已經想叫姐姐拎走叫廚房再整，不過我制止左佢，先唔好講咩加唔加料，而係廚房根本唔識整，俾幾多次機會都係一樣個北菇豆腐青衣魚柳煲一放低又係唔對路，無乜色水無乜汁，結果食落真係淡茂茂連豆腐都唔入味花菇就更加唔洗講啦唯一可以讚嘅咪係個煲燒得夠熱囉老公對味道都唔算十分有要求，但係食完呢餐佢話以後都唔黎呢間太興食小菜，呢間分店淨係可以食早餐，淥下公仔麵、煎下腸仔就難唔到佢

今日一於下午時間去黃埔既太興餐廳食下位置及空間都闊落座位非常舒適午市套餐都好多選擇有炒飯、燒味、焗飯等等有燒味之外有小炒、海鮮、粉麵焗飯、同煲仔小菜午市和小菜餐牌上都好多選擇點了一個燒味套餐，同小菜招牌燒肉十分香脆，水準一直咁穩定雜果賓治夏天飲上雜果賓治夠晒有夏日色彩，最底浸咗唔同款既粒粒，好多冰浸住飲一口已經透心涼，味道好清新解渴。呢度既店員都唔錯幾好服務，上菜速度都好快
