今日約了從外地回來的朋友吃晚飯,因為他在尖東附近住,所以我們就算了在尖東海旁附近的餐廳,想吃點特别的,所以我選了這間印度菜,裝修環境好舒服,餐牌也很多選擇,包括不少素食和印度特色菜我們叫了沙拉,牛油雞,黑松露芝士印度薄餅和蕃茄薄脆片,食物味道都很不錯,偏重口味,是很地道的印度菜,我最喜歡牛油雞和印度薄餅,很香很搭🔸Chicken tikka salad ($148)🔸Old Delhi 24K butter chicken ($208)🔸Truffle Cheese Naan ($78)🔸Masala papad ($48)我們還叫了2杯飲品,都是水果口味,很清新🥭Mango Lassi ($62)🍹Summer fever ($68) continue reading

⭐️⭐️好好食嘅尖沙咀🇮🇳印度餐廳😭圖二係🆓前菜。餅底好薄,配左兩個醬料。🫨Matka Pani Puri $128呢道好特別,食用方法係將底部嘅杯裡面嘅水狀嘅醬汁倒入脆球裡面,令食落配料更加滋味同融合🥹而外皮脆,食落薯仔好冧,裡面有mix羅望子醬和薄荷魚子醬,雖然唔係好分辨到明顯差異,但Overall醬汁食落感覺酸甜平衡,又有好小嘅微辣感~口感好豐富!仲有粒石榴果粒點綴裝飾都幾有趣🤣🍛Fish Madras $198呢個記憶點唔係好強,但都係屬於好食!不過可能魚同咖哩味食落可能分別對比唔係好強烈,但配搭感幾融和~🍚Cumin Toasted Basmati Rice $58雖然一開始以為米飯會平平無奇~但冇諗到好有驚喜😂 聞同食落都真係好香!!成碗齋食我相信都唔會dry!!!!🍕Truffle Cheese Naan $78賣相嘅cheese好足料,而入口反而芝士感好低調,而黑松露味好香,軟硬度啱啱好!🍹 Cocktails-Dark Spot $108酸甜平衡,果香味出,飲落幾清新,入口香氣重檸檬味,有蜂蜜味道,酒感比較輕~-Wine Ka Shaarbat $108飲落甜甜地,紅酒味道唔會搶成杯酒,風味 突出到水果香氣,杯設計好特別😆適合女仔飲❣️呢餐💰人均$373(*已含加一費用)如果會再覆桌,Matka Pani Puri一定係推薦必食!😭而Cumin Toasted Basmati Rice都好有驚喜感!呢間算係我目前食過Top 5!!食物整體都唔錯!!環境又好Grand,vibe同service都好好!仲有10秒 eat for free challenge🤣🤣每人有兩次機會玩!(見*圖9)呢間各方面細節嘅設計都好有心思!! continue reading

難得放假,想找一間開陽的餐廳食健康的午餐。第一時間想到尖東,有很多面向着海的酒吧餐廳。今日我們去了一間Tagline,原來是一間高級的印度餐廳;而我們就選擇了兩個比較健康的bowl。.墨西哥辣味烤雞肉碗- 烤雞肉混合蔬菜配牛油果醬和酸忌廉,整個感覺很陽光與海灘,味道很exotic,酸忌廉增加層次感。宮保豆雞肉蕎麥麵-豆腐混合蔬菜蕎麥麵,用中式煮法宮保雞丁的口味配上蕎麥麵,感覺很新穎呢。.兩個bowl配搭十分豐富營養均勻又健康,而且味道很不錯。.餐廳還很有儀式感,會有餐前餐包-不過這個餐包就是偏向印度的脆脆片。 continue reading
